They do a good job. I have used them several times before. They do good work, offer a competitive price, and clean-up after the job is done. I would highly recommend Killeen Plumbing.

The whole experience was just as I had read in other reviews. I called the office, explained what I wanted done, was given an appointment for Tuesday morning and told what the charges would be. On Tuesday morning the office called me at 9AM telling me that Corey, the plumber was on his way. Corey arrived within 15 minutes and we went over the things I wanted done. He explained what my options were and answered all my questions. Corey began by inspecting the drain line from the driveway first. The camera didn't get very far as the line was obstructed with mud and roots. He used a medium size snake to clean out the line, required multiple passes, but was gentle enough not to tear up the corrugated drain line. In the end, water flowed freely from the driveway drain to the sump pit. The second job was replacement of the waste and overflow assembly from the tub and shower. It was original and the trip lever no longer worked. Since I had recently removed the drywall ceiling in the basement below the tub, the drain was now accessible. Corey explained what the options were, and I agreed to have it replaced with a lift and set assembly. He cut out and removed the old assembly, installed the new assembly and thoroughly tested for leaks before caulking the overflow and spout of the tub. I also was interested in getting a quote for a backflow valve on my sanitary line, but since I didn't know where the riser and cleanout was, I decided that I would call the city first, since they offer to locate the cleanout for residents. I plan to call Killeen for a quote when I get more information. I was very pleased with Corey's work, very professional from start to finish. Truck is well equipped, had everything to do the job.

I was very very happy with my experience with this company! I called on Monday, Felicia was very pleasant, & wanted to send someone out that day. We made appt for Tuesday between 3-5. On Tuesday, they called to let me know they were on the way. Randy & Adam (his apprentice) arrived, both are super nice. I showed them where I had dug down to the corner of the sewer line to the tee w/ plug. This section of line runs from the back of the house to the street. Randy said they could use that access to snake the line. He said they could add pipe to make a clean out at the surface. They did not have the size they needed on the truck. They called & someone else from Killeen's brought the pipe & gravel they needed. That was fantastic!! I was probably most impressed by this! I didn't have to go to the store & the work didn't have to be delayed to get the pipe. The problem was caused by sludge buildup in the line. Despite some complications on my house's part, Randy was able to find a solution that allowed them to get the line cleared. After that line was clear & the new cleanout installed, Randy wanted to snake out the line that ran behind the house. Randy & Adam found additional sludge in that line too & got it cleaned out. Randy then backfilled the hole I had dug even though I told him he didn't have to, that I would do it. Wow, that was nice! Randy was very knowledgeable & answered all questions. Randy & Adam are both great! I enjoyed working with them and I am so happy they were able to fix the problem.

Outstanding, excellent, extraordinary. If I told you how good they were, you would not believe me. Not only are they extremely professional, punctual, courteous, friendly, good at what they do, answer all your questions without any hint of a condescending attitude of exasperation, keep you informed of progress or problems at all times, give you informed options with potential costs, not break anything, and are inexpensive. If you watch "Holmes Makes It Right" on TV, and wonder if you will be able to find someone to work on your house, you have found the "Mike Holmes" for any plumbing problem you have. House was built in 1924, plumbing upgraded around 1960, fixtures and plumbing are old. Translation, touch any plumbing fixture and you most likely create two more to fix. These guys fixed them all, didn't break anything, nor did they create any other problems. Randy and his helper are outstanding. Can't say enough good things about them!

Everything I read on Angie's list from other customers were extremely accurate. A representative from Killeen's called to let me know someone was heading to my house. They arrived on time as expected. They listened to my concerns and had solutions quickly and went right to work. Turns out what I had initially scheduled with them wasn't necessary and my final bill was less than what I was anticipating which is always a good thing. They were able to solve some problems with newly installed parts. Even had a student working with him and both were extremely personable and I think it's great that this company has an apprenticeship program! Hopefully we won't have any other plumbing issues for a while but I know who I will be calling if we do!

Everything went well, and I would hire this company again to do work. I would ask for Tony to come again if he was available.

This positive review started with the initial call on July first. Chio, who answered the call, was very helpfull and very considerate. She listened to my sewer issues/concerns and responded with informative questions and answers. I did receive a courtesy call the morning of the service, informing me the servicemen were on the way. Randy and Aden arrived on time and were very professional. Randy listened to my concerns and sewer issues. Randy informed me upfront of the potential costs involved for the service I needed to find the solution to the problem. I did like the way Randy handeled this stressfull situation. The crew went to work immediately. They used the camera to clear the the sludge blockage in the sewer line. They continued to check the entire line. During the entire process, I was kept informed of any and all isuues. I got the impression that they had the "top notch" equipment needed to find and solve any problems I might have. Randy and Aden worked well together and did solve my sewer/toilet issues. I am very pleased with Killeen Plumbing. It's refreshing to deal with a honest and reputable company. I got the feeling that both guys enjoyed working for this particular company, which explains their positive attitudes. Thank you Angies List.

The staff at Killeen Plumbing was wonderful on keeping us updated as to the arrival of the serviceman and his assistant. The serviceman was very knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job for us. He found roots in the sanitary sewer line to be the problem. He cut and removed them and snaked the entire line for thoroughness. He then put a camera through the line to confirm that the problem was solved and the line was clear. He even identified with the help of the camera where the roots had come from. As it turns out, the roots had come from some previously planted ornamental grasses that we had completely removed in the spring. We?ll never plant anything near the sewer line again. Our toilet is up and running again. The price for their services was more than fair and it was within the range of what they had estimated. We would definitely use them again the future and recommend them to friends. They were a really nice company to deal with. Thanks Kaileen Plumbing !!!

It went extremelly well, they were on time and have aways been cheerful. They located the damaged supply lines with minumin damage to walls. They cleaned up after themselves and even when working in a very hot attic the workers were always pleasent and professional.

They came in, figured out what the problem was and then came back and fixed it.

Patrick was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He told me what he was going to do, and more importantly, why. I always use Killeen Plumbing, and I recommend them to all of my neighbors. It was worth the $72 because I'm horrible at caulking cleanly.

Went okay. Approximately 2 weeks after they left and $500, the drain began to back up again and we now have to pay $700 for a different solution.

When we called this company, we wanted them to use a camera to inspect our laundry drain to check for a broken pipe or blockage. Randy arrived promptly and when I showed him the drain, he informed me that it was too small and that the camera was intended for larger sewer drains. He did snake the drain and removed a concrete cap that had been installed over the floor drain to keep the laundry soap bubbles from getting all over the floor. He then removed the original drain pipe and installed a larger pvc pipe and a rubber gasket around it in the floor to keep the bubbles out, and now everything works great. We are very satisfied with his work.

I called Killeen plumbing on a Thursday, they came out that Saturday. They were right on time and Pat was an amazing plumber- he was knowledgeable and friendly and quick at his job. It took him less than an hour to unclog the drain-fully test it- fix a small leak in the pipe and explain everything to me. I will use them in the near future as i am having another drain issue- but I also highly recommend them- great service and very good prices

I've been using Killeen for years. When a huge storm hit this past week and I woke to find almost 4 feet of water in my basement, I called Killeen right away. I rented a 3" trash pump from another service to help start getting the water out of my basement. I had just about got the pump up and running when one of Killeen's men showed up. He helped to get the water moving out of the basement quickly, stayed to assist draining the water and then checked over my sump pumps to make sure they were working properly (the flood was from the city's storm line being overwhelmed, not my sump pump failing). The office staff was great-- putting up with my barrage of panicked phone calls in the morning -- and the service tech couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

The guy worked all night to fix the problem. I can't say enough about him. These guys succeeded where 5 others had failed. He snipped off the tip of his snake to make a hook to pull out a plastic bottle.

Sounds simple but my wife and I discovered the ruptured water lines 6 hours after my wife first used the outside faucets following our brutal Northeastern Ohio winter. There was water damage in our basement but I couldn't get the plumbing subcontractor who built the house to come and check the damage. I went to Angie's list and discovered Killeen Plumbing had excellent reviews. I gave the office a call and the office secretary scheduled a plumber to come out and inspect the lines the next day. I receive a call from the office 15 minutes before the plumber arrived and he arrived ON TIME AS SCHEDULED. He inspected the lines and reported estimated cost for supplies and labor. Got the job done in about 30 minutes. Very seamless service from the time I called to the time the job was done and I was issuing a check. It couldn't have been easier.... now I wish I could say that for our winter. THANKS KILLEEN. You have a new patron.

I was very impressed by them. I thought the price was good and the man who did the work was very cordial. He also made some adjustments that needed to be done without cost. It is a good company. I like them, and I would use them again. They gave us a scope of time and they were here within that scope of time. They are also friendly.

Killeen showed up on time and started working immediately after I explained the issue. He said he would try the easy solution first, but that wasn't the issue. He then replaced two valves to the shower. This took him more than an hour and he said he was having a litte problem getting them installed. After the valves were replaced this didn't resolve the issue. He then tried replacing a different filter that took him all of 10 minutes to replace and this resolved the issue. I asked him if he was going to give me a discount on the labor, since if he would have tried the third, and quicker solution first he would have only been at my house about a half hour. He said no, that the diagnosis process was followed and he would have probably had to replace the valves anyway. I disagree. I work in a business that has to perform diagnosis, and we always try the simple and quick solutions first. I think I was over charged because work was done that wasn't needed. The service techician was courteous, pleasant and worked steadily. The job was complete and the shower has very good pressure now. I'm not sure why the easy solution wasn't attempted first, but I think it cost me.
