The workers who showed up each day were very professional. They attempted to fix what was thought was a small leak in the buried water line coming into the house.. However, it was found that the copper water pipe installed 8 short years ago was pitted and leaking in multiple spots. They showed up the next week and installed a brand new copper water line. The material they used was top notch (K grade copper that is designed to be buried) and, though they had to dig up our front yard, they left our yard in the best shape possible. I would highly recommend Killeen Plumbing and I do plan on doing business with them in the future.

Spoke to Killeen on Tuesday and by Friday afternoon I had a new hot water heater installed and working (and this was with a major holiday in between). Very knowledgeable and helpful, explained everything very clearly. Pleasure to work with.

New dishWasher was deeper than old one. Had to remove original drain on floor that was no longer in use and sticking above floor level, had to move electrical box from behind dishwasher to next cabinet under sink, installed new water line and shutoff for dishwasher. Took 2 1/2 hours, very thorough job and cleaned up perfectly.

We were more than satisfied with them. We've had many plumbers throughout the years, and these guys were really top-notch. The fact that the young tech that came out was neat, thorough, professional, and well-mannered was fantastic. I was even more impressed by how efficiently and meticulously he worked, not wasting any time and doing everything with precision and cleanliness. Without question, I would highly recommend them.

The two men were prompt and courteous and clean. Their main office kept me updated on arrival time. Work was completed and the cost was very fair.

I had new granite counters installed and needed the plumbing reinstalled after having a new undermount sink installed. They came right on time and even called to let me know they were on there way. The plumber was very friendly and professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and I would use them again!

The purpose for my call was a leaky kitchen faucet. Killeen was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. They provided me a two-hour window for the repair. Just prior to the appointment they called to let me know Patrick was on his way and within a few minutes he arrived with his partner Adam. They were right on time. They were really super nice guys. At first they didn't think they would have the necessary part but as soon as they took the faucet apart they found that they did have it and they were able to fix the faucet right then. Apparently Moen covers the part on warranty so there was no charge for the part. While they were fixing the leak, I mentioned to them that the faucet has always popped out when the water is turned off (it's a retractable hand-held faucet). So they looked at that problem as well. They said retractable faucets come with a weight which pulls them back in place when not in use but for some reason, one had not been installed on ours. They said they just finished a job in which they removed a faucet and they thought it had a weight on it which they could install for us. They did have the weight and installed it with no charge for the part. When I called the person who scheduled my appointment pointed out that there was a coupon on the Angie's list site, which was for 10% of labor. So in the end, the total charge was just $70 for labor and no charges for parts. Patrick and Adam were right on time. They are super nice, friendly guys and were so easy to have come to the house. They were very careful with the repair and took the extra step of fixing the retraction issue. It's so nice to finally have a faucet that is not leaking and retracts properly. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. I would definitely have them come back for any work needed in the future and I'm happy to submit them for a POH.

Nate was the employee that performed the work. He was very professional and competent. He called before he came and was even able to come earlier than expected which worked out great for us. Overall great experience.

They were excellent. The plumber's name was tony, could not have been nicer. The office called me and he arrived 10 minutes later. He used shoe covers. The job was complicated and he figured out how to do it.

I am always pleased with the work done by Killeen. The servicemen are always very professional and timely. They know their job! I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

We were extremely happy with Killeen Plumbing and we will definitely use them again! Someone came out and gave us an estimate; however, the actual cost upon completion was actually LESS than the estimate! When do contractors ever do that? We were very pleased that Killeen did not try to bilk us out of money and we highly recommend them. The company as a whole and its employees are obviously very ethical.

The guys did a great job. Replacing the outdoor spigot turned into a bigger job than originally anticipated but the guys took it in stride. They were friendly, fast and thorough!

They are extremely punctual, provide good emergency service, will tell you when it's something they can't do, are always quite friendly and easy to deal with, and their charges seem to me to be quite reasonable. The work has always been dependably carried out, and I've never had to have come back to fix a mistake they made. I intend to keep using them so long as they're in business.

We discovered in the morning that our 8yr old water heater was leaking. We called and the office immediately put us on their schedule for that same day. Late morning, we received a call that a serviceman would be out shortly after lunch. The removal/replacement took around 2hrs; our basement was left clean and we had hot (really nice and hot) water again in around a half an hour. Everyone from the office staff to the service provider were and are always very helpful and professional and respectful of our home.

We have used them in the past. They are always easy to schedule an appointment. They always call before coming. Tony takes his time and doesn't seem rushed, also very pleasant. They get an A+ all around.

We have a 166 year old farmhouse and when we bought it four years ago, we redid the plumbing. Fast forward 4 years and two other plumbers and we have a leaky tub, a running toilet, and some roots in our pipes. After just about giving up--as in we literally didn't use the upstairs shower for months--I called Killeen. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things. They were prompt, professional, efficient, tidy, friendly...even took time with my two kids to play and chat. I had to hold my son back from harassing them the entire time and they could not have been nicer to him! The work was excellent AND they reminded us of the Angies List coupon so we could save money. They even camera-ed our pipes for free and showed us some potential trouble areas. I was stunned by the price in the best possible way given all they did AND they came in with cleaning supplies to mop my floors after they finished. I had completely given up on all things plumbing, but Killeen was wonderful! I cannot recommend them enough. In fact, this is the first time I've ever written a report but I felt so strongly that service like this needs commending, I wanted to write. Heck, I even called family in Florida to rave about the service!

They were excellent. There were actually three different guys in two trucks. Had no problem taking it out and replacing new one. Courteous, quick. No complaints. We originally had service scheduled for Monday but we had to change it to the Friday before. They came a little late but they stayed until it was finished. They accomadated our need.

The gentleman called to make sure it was OK if he arrived early. He quickly got our sink draining again. We have an old house with challenging pipes but he had no trouble. Friendly and professional and the price was right too! We will hire them again for future plumbing issues.

I am very pleased with the solution to our problem! This plumber, Randy Daniels, found a way to reinforce the plastic pipe and kept the cost to us at a very reasonable $88! It seems to have solved our leaking problem and cost much less than we were anticipating! The plumber was very polite, professional, and personable! We would definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs!

Every time they were here on schedule, explained what they were going to do. Today my Serviceman was exceptional he tried to do everything possible to fix the problem and went above and beyond.

It was a great experience. I was having difficult being on time, the dispatcher and the workers were polite and worked with me. The workers were polite, efficient and did a great job.

We called this morning to explain that the sump pump that had been installed last December was not functioning properly. They came out promptly and took out the malfunctioning sump pump (which was still under warranty) and replaced it with a new working sump pump. As always, they were quick to reply to our concern and did a very professional job. We will use them again and would highly recommend. Thanks Killeen!

When I first called I was told a rep would be out on Tuesday (5th) between one and three. We waited and no one showed. When I called I was told the appointment was not on their schedule and they made another appointment for Friday (8th). Two representatives showed up on Friday, looked at the situation and said they wanted to talk to their boss and would e-mail a quote. It is now six day later and no quote. I can NOT recommend this company.

I called Killeen plumbing for an estimate on what could be causing massive water backups into my basement during heavy rains. With in a few minutes of being their they gave me a couple possibilities. They ended up snaking the sanitary line to find a root issue that was blocking the line. They were done in about 2 hours. Hopefully this resolves the problem. The employees that came were extremely curious and it was an over all get experience with this company. I would definitely recommend using them for your plumbing needs.
