The plumber, Tony removed the plug popup adjusted the height on the popup rod. He tested it and it works fine.

Tony worked really hard to get every leak in our basement fixed. He was great and super cautious to get everything fixed before leaving!

John and Ryan came out to check out a few faucets that were leaking. After some analysis, it was diagnosed that the new faucet we had installed was the cause of the leak in the kitchen and needed to be replaced. John fixed the other two sink leaks and even replaced a toilet valve that ran to long. Very professional and patient determine the source of the leaks. Would certainly use them again.

I called yesterday afternoon & Pete came out at 9AM this morning. In 1.5 hours he was done clearing the clog & we learned the line to the street is clear & there are no tree roots or broken clay tiles. Both he & the receptionist were efficient & pleasant. He called just before he came out, as we had been told. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Killeen used a camera to inspect our sewage pipe. When Corey was finished he showed us the video he made of the inspection. The other plumbing company did not show us a video. He said our sewage pipe did not drop down! He said it did not need replaced. They did see that had a grease build up in the kitchen sink pipe. They cleaned it out. I cannot stress enough how great of a job Corey and Joe from Killeen Plumbing did for us. They were honest, , efficient , experienced and friendly. I highly recommend them. Call them. You can’t go wrong.

All drains were snaked and opened out to the street. I called early in the morning and a crew arrived a couple hours later. Nick and Tom checked out the issues when they arrived, quoted their price and got to work. They cleaned out multiple sewer lines and recommended some plumbing changes to prevent future problems with our kitchen sink drain. Although this is an unavoidably smelly job while it is happening, they kept the mess to a minimum and really cleaned up everything thoroughly. By the time they left, everything was back to normal. We would definitely use them again.

Once again, Killeen's did an outstanding job of installing a gas line for our backyard fire pit. Patrick & Jonathan worked very hard/were extremely conscientious and professional in answering all our concerns. Also, Jody & Stephanie in the office were very helpful and friendly and we appreciated their efforts as well. We've utilized Killeen's in the past (inside our home for plumbing jobs) and will definitely use them again in the future--we highly recommend this company.

Called to schedule service appt. after it was discovered children had placed plastic objects down the toilet in a church facility. They were able to schedule service for the next AM. They removed the toilet, extracted objects, and reinstalled the toilet. Work was completed in about 1 & 1/4 hours.

Perfect, Killeen removed the old toilet the day before the new flooring was installed. Killeen returned the day after the floor was installed to install the new toilet. Absolutely no problems. I have a second bathroom to update and I will be working with Killeen again.

Their office is responsive and courteous and timely. Their plumbers are experts in diagnosing the problem and fixing it professionally. They protect floors and leave everything clean after the work is done. They talk to you intelligently about problems and offer suggestions for improvements and reliability. This whole organization is a well intended, highly skilled and service oriented bunch of professionals. Have used them many times and their service is consistently excellent.

My outside faucet completely burst during the cold spell. I was worried about how much it would cost and the extent of the work that would need to be done. Randy and Joe came out, assessed the situation and had it fixed in 30 minutes for $170. I was shocked, pleased and they couldn't have been nicer. I'd recommend them to anyone. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thanks guys!

Killeen Plumbing were great. I had a stopped drain in my upstairs bathroom. They first tried power-snaking (for an hour at no charge) with no luck. Diagnosed a probable corroded pipe not letting the snake work properly. Came back the following week, quickly opened a small hole in closet wall, confirmed the pipe corrosion, and replaced the old corroded pipes. In, out and fixed in an hour, less than the estimate. Quick, clean and professional. I can't recommend highly enough!

They did not repair the problem. They came to assess a situation and make repairs. They insisted that I agree to an hourly rate before they know what is wrong and without a guarantee that it will be fixed. They spent 1.5 hours on the main line drain outside even after I insisted that they start in the basement where the blockage was. The clogged drain took 30 minutes to detect and unclog. They refused to repair the problem that caused the stopped drain. I asked for an estimate. The worker looked at it for 10 seconds and said a couple of thousand dollars or $147/hour for 2 days to run a new sink drain 6 ft pipe to the main pipe. I have used them 6 times but never again. Approximately $2,800 in 5 years. For that I have a hot water tank and a main line that will likely be clogged again in 6 months. I've asked for estimates numerous times and they say the owner gives the estimates but it never comes or they give a giant ball park number: To replace the main sewer line = $1,000 - $10,000. They also say that my line is sound and in good shape and to just use root killer. Reroute sink drain = $2,000 They are inflexible and unable to assess a jobs scope. They charge by the hour regardless of results. They overcharge for time. They advertised $108 and charged $300 for a 2 inch pipe laundry tub clog.

All went well. Crew tried minimally invasive procedures first before cutting into a wall/ceiling to determine where the leak was coming from. Did not have a part on the truck that day but found one for us and brought it the next day.
