Excellent! Tony was right on time, explained everything and couldn't have been better. He explained the bill, was very professional and cleaned up beautifully.

They were quick to estimate the cost and came very close to the estimate. They even found a second break in the line and still came in under the estimate. Corey was great. He walked me through everything, showing me camera images as he was working and giving updates as he progressed though the 7 hour job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was at work so my son son was at home. They called prior to me leaving for work and told me when they would be there by calling. With handling both problems they were only on site just about an hour. By the time I got home everything was fixed and the area was free of debris and the old toilet which was unexpected. The price was by far their best selling point!

The upstairs shower was leaking onto the kitchen ceiling. Plumber came and had to cut into the ceiling to see what the problem was. The strainer to the pipe was loose and needed to be tightened. I've used Killen 3 times and have never been disappointed. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. The guys are all very knowledgeable and polite and clean up after. I'm very happy with them and their service.

They were very responsive and knew what they were doing. I wish their rate was a little bit less but the work they did was excellent.

I had never used them before. I found them to be highly professional, prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. The work was completed in a timely manner. Every tradesman that they put on the job was skilled, and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.

The plumbers arrived on time during the two hour window. Not only did they replace the tank, but also added new valves to water intake line and the gas line for safety purposes. The installation occurred in a timely manner, and they cleaned up after themselves. Both plumbers were extremely friendly and behaved in a professional manner.

Good, they were great! Prompt, were late but called ahead to let us know. Work was good, they were clean, did a good job. Easy to talk to, gave good advice. Will use them again!

The service was exceptional! I called around 2:30 pm, they were at Mom's house by 2:50 pm, with the new water heater installed and ready to go by 5:00 pm. They also hauled away the old one. My mom is thrilled with the service, and a big fan of Tony, who did the install. He was friendly, efficient, and treated my elderly mother with respect. This was a top-notch experience from the first phone call to the completion of the work. I would definitely hire Killeen Plumbing again.

On Saturday we had a large snow melt and my Sump Pump picked that moment to fail. I called and left a message to their answering service and got a very prompt response from the owner Quinn. Quinn walked me through my problems and we ascertained that the main pump (6 years old) had failed and that the battery back-up ran until the checkvalve malfunctioned. Fortunately the water was no longer rising and he told me he would send a crew the 1st thing Monday morning. Shortly after 0800 I did get a call from their service manager that a crew was on the way! Randy and Nick arrived and I found them very intelligent, knowledgeable and courteous. They investigated the problem and quickly came to the conclusion that the checkvalve had indeed failed which was why the main pump didn't run and the back-up stopped working. They demonstrated what they explained and after removing the pump found the valve and assembly to be of low quality parts and workmanship (SHOCKER being this is the 3rd time my new (6 years now) Gamilia house had problems stemming from substandard work done by Avon Lake Plumbing). Randy quickly installed the new sump and re-arranged the positioning of the back-up to where it's supposed to be. They then hooked up a hose outside and demonstrated to me how everything worked. If you're reading this let me tell you that I expect professional service from using Angie's List and was not disappointed like I was when I had my stamped concrete patio put in. That was the most stressed out I've ever been with a contractor from his total lack of professionalism during installation. When I brought up my concerns (ruining my outside bar, smashing our landscaping, dumping excess concrete on my drainage ditch, leaving a mess by the community mailboxes) the owner acted like I was out of line and then went on WMMS (caught and taped by a friend of mine) to complain about ME being "anal"!!!! Maybe he did it because Duji is my neighbor but it was totally inappropriate. He not only didn't fix any of my complaints (I did to the tune of $3,000) but insulted me on the phone. When I then gave him an F rating here on Angie's he then put a lawyer on me to cease and desist calling me a liar (I had the tape of the show and photos of the problems). This experience with Killeen Plumbing was exactly the OPPOSITE of that! My main reason for choosing Killeen was not for all the A's he got but for how he responded to the one F and few other lower ratings. No threats, lawyers or insults. It's hard to be happy over having to shell out $500 because previous work was substandard but at the moment I am ECSTATIC over the service I got from this company - no further stress. If you call ask for Randy and Nick as I highly recommend their work.

Punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. They did a thorough job well and cleaned up. We would recommend them and use them again.

They were on time, courteous and the service was seamless. They completed the job quickly as we were on a time crunch with other jobs happening in our home. I would recommend this company as well as continue to use them.

The are really great. They put booties on when they come into your house. They are very dependable and reasonable. Their price is competive with other plumbers and they do not try to sell you things you don't need.

They located the pipes in the wall and using a propane heater and used it to heat the garage where the water line and drain had froze. Before doing this they discussed options with me, as it was possible that this wouldn't work, but leaving it until the next day could have resulted in a cracked drain/water line. They let me decide if I wanted them to try (due to the drywall damage and the cost in labor). The heater in the garage took care of the water line, but they had to do additional work on the drain. They used hot water and a snake to work on the drain. It took them 2 hours, but they were able to thaw it.

It's been a fantastic experience. Killeen has extremely reasonable prices, they've done a great job with the repairs, and they always seem to complete work ahead of schedule.

Nate replaced a leaky saddle valve with a permanent valve. Very professional and Quick. Quality work. A+

Work by Corry & Chris began on time with running a camera down the line to determine problem. Several breaks in pipes discovered. Dug up in front yard and replaced the pipes. Both were knowledgable and efficient. Had a previous estimate and they met labor costs with a small addition for extra parts. They explained what needed to be done completely. This was a job that was needed and fixed quickly despite rather cold and snowy conditions. I plan to use Killeen Plumbing for future work.

They have always given us good service. Their pricing is always good.

Yet another great experience with Killeen. Called them about a burst pipe in the wall (I'd managed to shut the water off, so there was no emergency), and they were here within two hours. Corey and Chris were very professional and friendly, and took the time to listen to me about where I believed the section of pipe was and tried that first instead of proceeding blindly. As a result, they had the problem solved quickly, and it ended up costing chump change. So very appreciative. This could have turned into a VERY expensive job.

Fabulous job! The folks at Killeen were friendly, responsive and did great work. Pricing was very fair. Technician was neat and very knowledgeable. Because of the nature of the job, I needed help right away. Even though this was my first time using Killeen, they treated me like a long standing customer and responded immediately to my emergency!

It was awesome. He was extremely prompt on getting here. He was very professional. He also gave us a couple of options on fixing on our sump pump. He was also very friendly with our dogs, too.
