Very responsive company and was worth the extra day wait. Extremely courteous and professional. Our service rep was Randy and he was very informative and helped guide us through the whole process and showed us the problems with the previous system. Work was done with high quality workmanship and the crew was extremely pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future!

It was a smooth experience. He arrived on time, started work promptly and finished within stipulated timeframe. Answered all my questions with interest. I also liked the fact that he did not try to up sell anything - focused on solving the current situation. Because of that I will call then again if I need their services.

Arrived at 12:30.. well within the 2 hour window they gave me of between 11-1 pm. The service person Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked steadily for the next six hours using the camera, snaking where needed, putting dye in various drains and watching where it appeared. When he couldn't find where one of the bathrooms drained he went on the roof and went through the ventilation pipe to discover a partially blocked drain pipe I didn't know existed under my front window. He dug it out and snaked it. He was very informative when asked what I needed to do and what his findings showed. To finish the job the city I live in needs to identify where the hook-up for the storm sewer is. I will definitely call Killeen Plumbing again should I need plumbing work done. Good experience.

Found out I needed to have the main line snaked, but they were so busy with all the rain we had had that they couldn't get to it for another week. I ended up finding another company that could do it sooner.

Killeen plumbing came to help me with crushed drains causing backup to my garage and basement of all storm sewer water. The job became more significant as the camera work was completed. Killeen employees went beyond expectations to help me with the issue and were allowed to quickly make decisions on the spot by calling the owner, Killeen who made himself available and authorized more time. Cory and Cody were definitely the A team on the job, they planned well, were timely, had the humble and go getter attitude that makes them A++ customer excellence rating. They worked under the rain for hours the second day, they ordered superior quality pipe schedule 40 versus the cheap brittle pipe schedule 30 that failed guaranteeiimg more durability and no more possibility of tree root damage. Water is flowing fine and aftermarket follow up has been excellent. The owner also seems a great judge of talent and his employees speak highly of him, his dedication over the years, establishing himself as an honest fair game, fair price and top notch quality business person, always going the extra step for his customers. Defintely deserves to be hired again and again and is extremely effective at what he does is honest and a business person you can trust to deliver above expectations.

Went great. They arrived on time and did a thorough job of snaking the sanitary sewer. I'm having them come back to snake the storm sewer also.

Had it done in 20 minutes! Very good work. I have used Killeen Plumbing about a half dozen times and they do excellent work. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

The men that came out to do the work were very nice, professional and competent. Quinn and his employees took the time to explain what they were doing and why The only big complaint I have is with the secretaries. They are the rudest and most incompetent people I have dealt with. The only one to deal with is Jody. We do have other significant work that we need to have done yet, but after dealing with these secretaries for 2 separate jobs, I will not be utilizing this company again

Killeen replaced and re-routed plumbing under cellar floor. Very professional, laid drop clothes on living room floor to limit mess, hauled off all debris removed from cellar, replaced lines, and had to improvise a bit to complete job. Overall the job ended up costing $300 less than original quote. Very knowledgeable and explained the work as they went along. My son-in-law highly recommends their services and will use them in the future should plumbing work be needed.

Holes were rusted shut and Killeen service man drilled them out allowing the drain to flow again freely. Quick, friendly, clean and very reasonably priced.

I was disappointed as I felt they spent too much time examining the sump pump instead of repairing it.

The plumber arrived promptly and had the job done in an hour. Laid a towel on the floor near sink and was very neat and organized - tested everything when he was done. Everything works perfectly! I got to use my Angie's List $25 off coupon! He was very polite and professional.

Called Killeen's (as we have used them several times before) and within an hour of our late afternoon call, they were able to have our regular service provider at our home. He went right to work and replaced the warranted sump pump; only cost to us was labor which in our estimation is only fair. As always, Killeen's provided us with prompt/professional/dependable service that gives us peace of mind.

Called and asked for service; later that day they were out to address the issues. Everyone at Killeen's is always very professional/friendly and go above and beyond to service our plumbing concerns in an extremely prompt and efficient manner. So glad we found Killeen's!

Repairman was on site for approximately 2 hours trying to determine what the issue was. He made 3 calls to Tech Support to assist with the diagnosis. The final diagnosis was that the gas control valve was defective. He did not have a replacement gas control valve to fix the one that he said was defective and he also stated that the tank and part were out of warranty. He charged us $198 and left without fixing the problem. I called their office to find out if the $198 would be credited to future labor to fix the defective gas control valve. The company stated that it would not be included and that we would be charged again for any additional labor for any future work. They also suggested that it may be in our best interest to just purchase a new hot water heater from them. We subsequently called the manufacturer and determined that the defective part was, in fact, still covered under warranty. The next day we called a different repair service to evaluate the problem. The repairman showed up and within 20 minutes the problem was diagnosed and the repair was complete. It was determined that it was NOT the gas control valve but rather the igniter.

They were able to schedule us quickly, and arrived even earlier than promised. They had to solve some really tough logistical issues to make things work for our unique situation. They were resourceful, professional, friendly, and worked incredibly hard. The owner stopped by personally to lend his expertise. The price was far less than what had been quoted elsewhere for the same job. I would recommend Killeen wholeheartedly to anyone. Great company and great employees.

I was not home when the service was completed so the technician dealt directly with my wife. She was extremely pleased that we were able to get an appointment on short notice. The overall service was excellent and thorough. He resolved our current issue by clearing a blockage and gave us advice on how to correct things going forward (unfortunately that involves taking a tree down in the future). He also gave us an estimate on some future work that we will need to have done at the suggestion of the city engineer. Definitely would hire them again.

The receptionist was friendly and arranged for someone to come out the same day. The plumber was friendly and fast and the job actually came in lower than the estimate. Would definitely recommend them.

Killeen Plumbing was great! Corey came out and did a very professional job. We first called Sal's Plumbing and after 3 visits and 389.00 they left us with an estimate to bust open our finished basement floor to replace what they said was a broken pipe. The estimate was for 2400.00. I called Killeens for a second opinion and so thankful I did! They guarantee their work and we have had no problems since. Thank you!

They were able to send someone out the very next day. Their employee, Nick, came in a got the job done very quickly. The finished work was of excellent quality and Nick was very courteous and professional.

He was really nice and professional. He was able to snake out a completely clogged sewer drain. He told me the issue was a slight dip in the pipe and showed me where it was at with the locator and brought it up on video. He left the place in good shape, especially considering the job to be done. I'd use them again.
