The crew for the valve was excellent as well as the crew for the sump pump. They were prompt courteous and they were patient with our questions on the sewer, storm and foundation drains. The water tank was installed by one man and he explained everything and corrected a few additional items for us at minimal charge. Killeen will be our plumber for all future needs.

It went great. They found where the pipe had broken from tree roots. They quoted how much an hour and parts. The very polite workers had to dig up part of my backyard, by hand, in this cold to replace my pipe. They then were able to clean the drain out to the street. They also fixed a leak in the stack where my husband tried to snake it himself.. All said and done very prompt, polite staff. Prices were very reasonable.

I forget the gentlemens name who explained every issue in amazing detail, but he fixed everything! He was very knowledgable. Killeen plumbing is the way to go!

Service was excellent. Outstanding start to finish! I called hoping to get same day service and within 30 minutes two professional technicians, Patrick and Adam arrive at the door. Extremely polite and efficient, explained in detail what needed to be done and got right to work. Very professional team, who did quality work with a smile! Pleasure to work with this company. Adam and Randy showed up on time, were very friendly and knowledgable. I explained the history of the problem and what work I had previously had done, and they got right to work, properly diagnosing the issue rather than blindly cramming an auger down my sewer pipe (not a euphemism.) They used their camera system to diagnose how severe the root issue was, and then were able to locate the clean out in the yard. The clean out was not in great working order, but they were able to get it back in working order and also marked it for future use. They removed the roots from the sewer line and called me out to the yard for a camera tour of my new root-free pipes, and showed me that all the way up to under my house, and 60 feet out to the sewer were clear. They ended up taking longer than the 2 hours I initially signed up for, and Adam came and informed me that although it was clear, there were still some roots to remove and that it would be an additional hour of time, which I appreciated so there were no surprises. They charged me 3 hours + the cost of some parts required to fix up the clean out in the yard. I was very happy with the service, felt the price was reasonable for the work performed, and would definitely hire them again. Thanks again, Adam and Randy! To the owners: These two guys rock! THIS PUMP CONTROLS ALL THE WATER FACILITIES IN THE FINISHED PART OF MY BASEMENT - 1/2 BATH, SINK, STATIONARY TUB ETC. TWO YRS AGO I REPLACED THE PUMP DUE TO MALFUNCTION. 4 MOS AGO MY TOILET BEGAN BACKING UP I HAD A SERVICEMAN COME OUT TO INVESTIGATE. HE SPENT 1 HR TALKING BUT BUT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM UNTIL HE WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE. KILLEEN CAME OUT AND RIGHT AWAY INDICATED IT WAS A FAULTY INJECTOR PUMP. I DIDN'T KNOW IF IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. RANDY TOOK THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE AND FOUND THAT IT WAS. HE DROVE ALL THE WAY TO INDEPENDENCE TO DO THE EXCHANGE. INSTEAD OF COSTING $895 FOR A NEW ONE IT ONLY COST $232 UNDER WARRANTY. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE! MANY THANKS TO RANDY AND KILLEEN FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND SAVED ME $700.

The plumber arrived on time. He put on protective shoe covering. He checked over the affected drain and fixed it. We had paid previously with a special price offered from Angie's List and Killeen Plumbing of course honored that price. This is the second time we have used Killeen in the last two years. They are very polite and respectful. This young man educated us on how this problem with that drain could be prevented in the future. We were very happy with Killeen and would highly recommend them to friends and relatives.

He said the following Sunday the boss would work up the estimate. I did not hear back from them and called two weeks later. I was told the boss was working on my estimate. Today is November 8th and I have not seen an estimate nor have they contacted me to decline or explain. I am using another Angie's list vendor and they are working on this fine Sunday.

We lived in our new house for three days when we couldn't get a shower to shut off all of the way. I called Killen after hours asking for someone to call us back when they opened in the morning. Their answering service was friendly and sure enough the next morning, three minutes after they opened, I was on the phone with a friendly person who was working to schedule someone to come out ASAP. They did their best to work around my day and by lunch they had come and gone and the shower was fixed. The two men that came out were professional and completely cleaned everything up. They were fast and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. Although the problem and fix were simple, I have found a new plumber for future projects based on their responsiveness.

Leaking toilet supply line coupling nut that cracked when I tried to remove/replace.Non-stop leak! Called on a Saturday morning and they accomodated an appointment within 30 minutes.Prompt, cheerful, courteus representative. Went above and beyond, including wearing shoe mitts to not damage wooden floors, After completion of work, double-checked all work carefully and provided a detailed completion of work and reviewed warranties. Used high quality part brands I am familiar with and not subpar parts. quick, professional install with recommendations of best solution for problems. Disposed of all used parts and cleaned entire area. 2nd time I have used this company and I would highly recommend. Tony did a great job. no service call fees. reasonable rates. weekend hours. Angies list 10% discount coupon also used.

Nick and Andy arrived on time, were neat and clean. Cleanup was excellent. They tested the sump pump. Much quieter than the old one we had. They also installed a new toilet seat for us and reconnected the dishwasher drain line. We were well pleased with the job. They were our second quote for the work and we saved $1000 on the job. Would hire again.

Showed up when they said they would and called before getting there. Unclogged the drain and cleaned up after they had finished and charged me just what I had expected. To me that is just what I want from a tradesman.

Purchased one of their deals for a sump pump. They arrived 1 hour late, due to a delay at a previous job. However, when they arrived they installed the pump and cleaned up after they finished.

He showed up on time (same day that we called). Very professional and nice. He was able to identify where the leak was, how it occurred, and get the replacement parts all in a very quick period of time. (We had no idea where the leak was coming from!). After moving into this home a short time ago, and having a leak from the 3rd story into the basement he found the problem and fixed it! Had to cut through the dry wall and replace parts.

We have now called Killeen three times for three different problems and they solved them all. They always came within a few hours after we called them, even the first time on a holiday as a new customer!

The appointment was great from start to finish. I was notified about 20 minutes before the plumber arrived that he was on his way, and he arrived very near to the beginning of the appointment window. Everything was inspected thoroughly as requested and Patrick clearly explained all the details of what he found. The minor leak was repaired on the spot and I plan to make another appointment to have the main water valve replaced at a later date after I make a request from the city. During the entire inspection and repair, I felt as though I was being treated honestly and fairly and no one was trying to sell me anything that I did not need. I would definitely recommend Killeen Plumbing to any friend or family member.

Problem was tested, diagnosed, and repaired in no time. Great service. They were nice enough to work me into their schedule the same day I called. We will be sure to use Killeen in the next several weeks to complete the plumbing for a remodel.

We were supposed to get an estimate. Plumber said it was just bad caulk. Ripped off old caulk on a Friday and said he'd be back on Monday to caulk it. The plumber was fine except for not letting us know beforehand the price. Our main problem was with the billing. We sent an email concerning our service and never received a response. He took our credit card information the day he caulked the tub and we paid the bill. Three months later they send an email with the same invoice plus a $40 late fee. I let them know it was paid day of service. Of course I didn't receive a response.

We have used Killeen twice in the last 45 days and both times we have been very impressed. Very professional, neat, quick and friendly. The technician took extra time to talk with us about future renovations we are planning to do in the next two months. We will deffinetly hire Killeen for our upcoming slated projects. Thanks!

The plumber, Nick, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was punctual, pleasant, and did a great job. He even made a minor repair on our toilet at no charge. I would absolutely use this company again. We value honesty and Killeen Plumbing employees are honest and fair.

On first call plumber stated it was just the reset button. He pressed it and charged 88.00 for the service call. Later we realized it still was not working, so he came back same day and installed a new garbage disposal. After he left we realized he the rubber gasket has been installed upside down, which we fixed ourselves. We also found he didn't remove the plus for dishwasher use, which caused the dishwasher to leak. My husband fixed that. We dis;t call them back regarding those two minor issues but we do feel that those are things the plumber should have known to do.
