Worked quickly, ordered a part, returned in a matter of days and completed repairs

Early this morning our backyard spigot broke off of the house. Water was spraying everywhere and the shut off wasn't working so we were forced to shut the main water off to the whole house. I called Killeen's and was thrilled when they said they could fit us in same day. Tony was awesome! I had him quote us on future work before he left. I look forward to working with this company again.

Killeen was great! They came in and diagnosed the problem right away and got it fixed in no time. They fixed the rusted pipe and also snaked the drain since they noticed it was pretty clogged. They were also great with making sure everything was okay with our home warranty. They were up front and honest about everything with us and very professional and kind. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional, very friendly with a sense of humor. They where able to talk and work at the same time. Which is a good thing considering the cost of the " LABOR ". Two men - for 1hr. 15 min. $ 198.00 - 10% Angies "discount" = $178.20. ( I'm a retired lineman and wish I could have been paid that rate during storms). Coat of material 169.62 with the garbage disposal being the most expensive. They arrived on time in the morning, called ahead to make sure that my wife and I where up and still not in our " under rues". We discussed replacing both toilets, the different brands and the cost. I think there are more different styles of them then there are cars. WILL CALL THEM AGAIN WHEN WE NEED A PLUMER or decide if were going to replace our Irish throne's.

Long story short, I had a leaky kitchen faucet. I called the company that had installed my furnace, and they sent one of their plumbers out to look at it. Their plumber told me that my faucet was too old to repair and needed to be replaced, and that my garbage disposal was also broken, couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced. He then explained how complicated and time-intensive this would be. He wanted to charge me $950+ to do these repairs. Because I assumed that this company had been honest with me, I called Killeen and explained that I needed a new faucet and, after getting an idea of how the parts and labor would be billed, I made an appointment for them to just replace the faucet, figuring I would worry about the garbage disposal later. Patrick came today to replace my faucet. The first thing he said was, “you don’t need a new faucet, you just need to have the cartridge replaced.” Since Killeen had already ordered me a new faucet, I told him to just go ahead and replace it–better safe than sorry. The next thing he told me was that my garbage disposal was fine—it worked, there was just something stuck in it. He then proceeded to quickly and efficiently replace the faucet and remove the blockage from the disposal. I ended up spending a small fraction of what the original company wanted to charge me. I could have been out almost a thousand dollars! The faucet and disposal work great and I have no complaints at all about Patrick or Killeen. I am so thankful for Patrick’s honesty and efficiency. This is not the first great experience I’ve had with Killeen. The next time I have a plumbing problem, I will call Killeen immediately. No need to call anyone else. Thanks Killeen!

Randall and his apprentice were so nice and very professional. After fixing the pipe, they went the extra mile by looking up the part for the hose for the sprayer on the Delta website and calling with me to make sure the proper part was ordered. I appreciated their knowledge and expertise with being aware of Delta's lifetime warranty policy, in which I was able to get the part for free! Thank you so much! I will be using and recommending this company in the future!

As usual, Killeen employees were professional and friendly completing work in a quality manner and with respect to our home. Jody was also professional and friendly when scheduling and notifying us of pending arrival of plumbers.

I used then a few months back and they did such a great job for me that I hired them again for my water heater. They were so accommodating and very pleasant to work with. Everyone from the driver to the receptionist were great to deal with.

Randy, from Killeen Plumbing, did an excellent job at cleaning my slow bathtub drain and fixing my toilet, which broke free from being secured to the bathroom floor. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. He has been out to my house before to fix plumbing problems. I know that I can count on Killeen Plumbing for my plumbing problems. It feels good to know that I have a plumber that I can trust. My toilet broke free of being secured to the bathroom floor and water was coming out from beneath the toilet when it was flushed. It was a mess. Randy fixed it perfectly. It is very secure - and my slow moving drains that were snaked are running perfectly now. Thank you Randy and Killeen.

He fixed it quickly, was very personable, and explained things as he went along. He knew exactly what he was doing -- no guesswork at all. I was very pleased with this service. Because I had an Angie's List coupon, I had a discount as well. Because I had a Moen showerhead, the replacement cartridge was free. All in all, a great experience. I will definitely use them again, but hopefully, of course, I won't have to.

I could not have more pleased with the service provided by this company. I had a pipe break under a slab floor and contacted this company and within a short time they were out of the site and went over and above to get the issue handled.

5 star! Excellent! They have done small jobs, to installing a pander room toilet & sink for my mom. I tell everyone how great they are – I / we have had no problems with water in our basement since they completed the job.

I couldn't be any happier. From the time I left an email request... to the completed project ...everything was perfect ! The office staff was courteous and helpful in scheduling the work. They called the day of the appointment to let me know when Matt our service tech would arrive. Matt was very nice and explained exactly what was needed. He got right to work and completed the job in an efficient and timely manner. The cost was very reasonable and the work was done exactly as described. I would NOT hesitate to recommend this group and will definately use them in the future for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks guy great job !

work was done quickly and efficiently. I asked for a moen cartridge faucet to be replaced as well and was a little shocked by the price (a service call charge of $88) for a job that took 5 minutes plus the fact that the worker as already there. But I had him do the replacement anyway.

The plummer was very efficient. He arrived at the scheduled time. Made all the pipe work quickly and well.

I was able to contact and have someone come on a Saturday and no additional cost for emergency or Saturday service which was a huge blessing as I am on a limited budget. The young man who came out was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was able to unclog it and highly recommended a new toilet as my toilet is at least 25 years old or more. He gave me a reasonable estimate for a new toilet installed by his company but I just can not afford it right now. I am beyond pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. I would use them again and when I do get a new toilet i will call them. Also the receptionist who answered the phone was very knowledgeable in answering my questions prior to the plumber coming out.

Randy was excellent and professional. He was not afraid to at least try and unclog the drain that another provider charged me $125 to come in and tell me he could not unclog it unless I cut the ceiling in my family room to get to the pipes. Within seconds of using the electric snake Randy had the drain running perfectly.

Killeen Plumbing set up an appointment promptly and the young installer arrived timely. He identified the intake valve as a substandard design and replaced it as part of the service. He worked tidily and we are very pleased with our new amenity.

We had a toilet back up late in the evening and they came right out. Unfortunately, the work required needed more time so they returned promptly the next day. They snaked out the lines and replaced a cracked toilet in the basement. Cody was very efficient and did it all in 2 hours, plus he was very pleasant. We plan on having them come back in the spring to replace the hot water heater. I would definitely hire them again.
