The installer reversed the door placement in the new shower, without permission, and I chose to try to accommodate the change, but I found after a period of 4 weeks that this is too inconvenient for the family. Upon attempting to get this changed, I called Killeen. I talked to an individual, self-identifying as the manager, that was not knowledgeable about the installation and was not able to calmly discuss correcting the door placement (right-hand opening instead of the left-hand installation). After an attempt to schedule an appointment while I was being portrayed as incompetent, the situation got worse and the correction will not be made by Killeen.

The guys from Killeen Plumbing are great! I was able to get scheduled quickly for both the quote and when I was ready to hire them. Their pricing is very fair and their workers are very professional and friendly. The work was done very efficiently and quickly, even though I added a few extra tasks for them. All their work is well done.

Upon inspection by the technician, he discovered the water was actually coming in from outside. Major relief to me that no plumbing work was needed. I fixed the gutter and all is good now. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would hire them again.

Very Well! They were very responsive to get someone out right away to assess the situation and they were able to repair both the connector and replace the refrigerator water line with an upgraded mesh aluminum line that will not crack like the original plastic line.

Killeen sent out 2 plumbers on the same day. In fact, they arrived within 2 hours or so, and I was thrilled. They replaced both hot and cold water valves, hooked up my new washer, and cleaned the area around their work. They had of course explained to me what they found before the work was done, and their price was very fair. All in all, they were consummate, respectful, and knowledgeable professionals, and their work was perfect! They stayed less, and charged less than their original estimated time and price. Amazing! I am so thrilled with them, I taped their business card up on the laundry room wall for future reference.

It went well, including the plumbers figuring out and showed me that there was a previous repair that caused the stress on the line that led to the leak. He repaired both items and the total cost was much less than I thought.

They provided me a quote above $1000. And this was a lot of work so the quote was not unexpected. They said if things went well they would only charge for the time and materials spent on the job. As it turned out the replacement went really well. About half the time which saved about half the cost. I would use this company again.

I had Killeen out twice within a about a month. The first time was for a slow drains in my bathroom sink and tub. They cleared the bathroom but the tub was more difficult due to an old style trap. They came up with a creative solution that cleared the drain and saved me a couple hundred dollars. The next time out they replaced a pipe from the toilet to the stack that had a hole in it. He clearly let me know that due to the space constraints and where the hole was in the pipe it may turn into a bigger job once they began. However, they were able to replace it in the most efficient way and least expensive option. In both cases they were clear about the options upfront and were in the end able to execute in the most efficient way. I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs.

I asked for a garbage disposal to be replaced prior to a home going on the market. I was going to purchase one but Killeen said they carry them. The guys came out and said they could fix the one i had. The worked on it for an hour - said it worked and left. 4 days later - a home inspection report noted the garbage disposal did not work. I called Killeen and asked for this to be rectified either by coming out and doing the job right and crediting the small amount of money, 88 dollars, or just refunding the money and i could credit the home buyer. I wasn't super bummed. It was 88 bucks. As a repeat customer, I thought this wouldn't be much of an issue. Mind, you the service people were awesome, they had been for the three years I've used them. The folks on the phone, awesome and polite as always They said they had to kick this up the owner, Quinn Killeen, I was told i would get a call back. I called again a couple days later and was told i would get a call back. A week later i called again and said if i don't get a call back i'd file a BBB complaint and i followed up with an email. The email response from Quinn was rude and uncustomer service friendly. For 88 dollars on a repeat customer i was pretty offended that this was not a "whoops - of course we'll swing back out and fix it or replace it and credit this. Sorry about the issue." It was accusatory and mentioned he was too busy to respond. He offered me half off the job in the most begrudged manner. I was suddenly bartering rather than being treated like a valued customer. I let him know I'd file a BBB complaint for the cost i had to credit my home buyer for the disposal as the response was not appreciated. When i filed the BB response, Quinn was enraged. He called me a bully. A bad customer. He ranted all over the response. Suddenly it seemed like he was referring to another job - he said i had a garbage disposal purchased on my own when they were going to sell me one for a good price. He mentioned so delighted that someone saved me a small amount of money on a garbage disposal job that he couldn't believe i was complaining. I just wanted the disposal fixed and was happy to pay. He said the disposal broke after they left, when no one was in the house as it was cleared out and on the market. It It was pretty impossible communicating with him. I kept the case open as, heck - that's what the BBB and Angie's list is for. Reporting on bad business practices. Apparently the BBB closed it automatically inadvertantly yesterday, I asked for it to be reopened. We'll see. So it was 88 bucks Quinn, your staff is friendly. Your plumbing service is good, i used you for 3 years. Your customer service as the head of a company? In need of a brush up. I don't know, maybe that's the Bay Village shining through. I have all emails and am happy to share with future customers looking to see how they might be treated. God forbid it happen on a real plumbing job and not just a garbage disposal.

Called 30 minutes prior to showing up as I requested. Tech came out. Showed him the inspection. He checked everything out and said this is installed and works exactly as planned. Didn't try to sell me anything or charge more than needed. Great experience. Found my new plumbing company for future needs. Very honest.

The estimate was free, but he had to run a camera to see the problem , that was not free $ 196.00 and we agreed. He told us what he thought should be done and it was a much bigger job then we thought. He said he would give the information to the person who writes up the estimates and he would call in a couple days. This was done on 9-22-16, we called them on 9-28-16 to see if the estimate was ready. We were told it was on the desk of the person who does them but not done yet. It is now 10-17-16 and we still have not gotten a call or any estimate from this company, we think we have given them enough time. A call telling us they did not want the job would have been appreciated.

Great experience with resolving water leak and removing unwanted gas line. They were very organized and professional with scheduling the appointment, sticking to the anticipated time frame, calling me when on the way, and working efficiently. I would definitely contact Killeen about any future plumbing issues.

Excellent!!!!! He and his partner came out. I originally thought we needed a big commercial snake. He determined a smaller one was all that was needed. We had this done a couple years ago by a different plumber. Randy did far more work and charged me so much less. Explained things. Very satisfied!! Their receptionist Jodi was amazing too!

I called Killeen. They had Tony here in a few hours. He checked the toilet and found a small crack in the toilet bowl. He showed me how the water level dropped to just below the crack. The toilet needed to be replaced. He suggested 2 choices. He could drain the exiting toilet so I could shop for a new one or Killeen had some on hand that could be installed right away. He showed me the choices. I pick one out and he called the office and had the new toilet delivered. Then he installed it. The whole thing took about 1-1/2 hours. And the price was reasonable considering the quick & convenient installation. I'll definitely use them again.

We had to have them back four times until the problem was addressed.
