The whole job took about two and a half hours and went well. The man sent to do the job had never installed this particular faucet, but he read through the installation instructions and was able to complete the install without a problem.

Thank God, I found Killeen Plumbing. I am an out-of-state landlord. I had no hot water pressure in one of my rentals. Killeen sent an estimator out right away to take a look at it. He said it required a simple water heater valve replacement. Just to be sure, I called in other plumbers for estimates. The competition, in my opinion, tried to up charge me with quotes as high as $900! Killeen Plumbing was thorough, knowledgeable and I only paid $130 for parts and labor. I will use Killeen Plumbing again. Excellent customer service, trustworthy and GREAT at what they do. Thanks Tommie and Vlad!

Great - they replaced the supply line and cleaned hard water scale.

I requested a Toto 1.6 gallon and did not notice until the guys had left that they'd installed a 1.28. I called to let the company know. They apologized and they said to contact if any issues. The toilet is awesome though, so all is good. They also noticed that the water shutoff on that line was leaking and replaced it. They took the old toilet away and everything was done in an efficient and professional manner.

Took them 5 minutes to fix. They also explained options if the same thing happened in the future.

I called Killeen Plumbing because there was standing water in the corner of my basement. My sump pump was running every 2 minutes so I knew there was a problem. They had to do a lot of digging. They put in new pipes and added dirt and gravel. They did a good job, they were on time and pleasant. They were knowledgeable and were able to solve the issue. Honesty and quality of work is of utmost importance to me. They hit the mark on both counts.

This was obviously an emergent situation. This company was excellent from beginning to end. I was able to get someone out to repair the problem the same day I called the company. They repaired the line and did a complete camera inspection. They also checked the gutter lines with the camera. The crew was fabulous, explaining everything they were doing. They helped us understand how our new home works and routine maintenance that will be required. They needed some stone to fill in the hole in the backyard and within one call to their office, the company delivered exactly what they needed to complete the repair. They servicemen, Corey and Jonny were excellent and worked very quickly and professionally. I would hire this company again for any plumbing needs and would highly recommend them. Their price was extremely reasonable.

They ordered and replaced 2 older faucet parts. No problem now.

They were extremely professional and very knowledgable. The gentlemen were friendly and completed the job quickly. Initially I called because I thought the main sewer drain was causing sewer gases but they informed me it was not the main drain instead it was the washer. They saved me alot of money by finding the real cause instead of performing unnecesarry jobs. My toilet became backed up the night before their arrival and although it was a seperate problem they still performed the job. Definitely won a customer for life.

We trust him. He has worked for us before. He was thorough. Made sure everything was done to code so the inspector could come out. They did a thorough and good job.

I had called 3 other contractors prior to Killeen, only one had answered the phone or called back, and they never came to do the job. Killeen answered on my first attempt, scheduled the service that week and the guys came out and did the job in a timely matter. Was given a time frame of 9:00-11:00, but was called around 10:15 to let me know they were a little behind schedule. They showed up around 11:45. I appreciated the phone call. Only thing they could improve on is that when they were done I was not aware of what the status was of the job or what work was actually done. I called the next business day and they were able to provide me a full workup of what work was performed. Also, I would have paid more if they offered to hook up the downspout to the drain for me. Not sure if that is something they do though. Overall, a very pleasant experience, considering how horrible other contractors were to even get ahold of. I would do business with them again and recommend to others.

Installation at first was in need of some corrections which Killeen rapidly came back and rectified. The installation is frequently used and is working correctly.
