He did a nice job. The cost was reasonable at the time because he totally took off the electric meter, put in all new gadgets there, run the electrical line into my garage. He put a pipe in up over my ceiling in the garage to the new electrical box and reconnected all the electrical boxes. It was not that much money either. I would tell a friend to use them. Actually, I just talked to the guy the other day because I had a question for him because half of my lights were on and half were not on. So, he at least called me back to explain to me what was going on.

Very good. It was fast and efficient. I had a positive experience.

Everything was excellent about them. They are professional and of quality. I would use them again in the future.

I called and left a message on his voice mail which he returned later that same day. We discussed what I had in mind and he promised and estimate for me in about a week or so. After not hearing from him for approximately 10 days, I left another message on his voice mail inquiring about the estimate. Here it is five days later and still no response. He must have "bigger fish to fry". He is not the first contractor that I have contacted who made a promise and then did not respond. What is so hard about being honest and saying either you are not interested or too busy? This is not a good way to run a business.

I didn't hear back from him for seven days. I called them and told him on the phone that I have used Kal electric in the past and really liked the gentleman and I told him I was very disappointed. He said he was having some sort of phone problems. In the past he did a wonderful job and was very nice. He was very personable, honest, punctual and polite. I wouldn't use them again.

we had a possessed ceiling fan/light combination that came on by itself. ken spent an hour trouble shooting the problem. he solved the problem and my wife is very happy.

INSTALL OUTDOOR LIGHT FIXTURE. CALLED ONCE AND COMPANY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL.

THE WORK WAS DONE FOR MY ELDERLY MOTHER. SHE THOUGHT HE WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY RESPECTFUL.

KEN WAS UNDERSTANDING TO MY SITUATION. AS A LANDLORD, I ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE MY TENANTS WITH A TIMELY RESPONSE AND SERVICE. KAL ELECTRIC ASSISTED ME IN PROBLEM SOLVING OVER THE PHONE AND MADE HIMSELF AVAILABLE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MY CALL. ANOTHER COMPANY ON ''THE LIST'' DIDN''T BOTHER TO FOLLOW UP WITH A PHONE CALL AS PROMISED AND IT HAS ALREADY BEEN 6 DAYS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND KAL ELECTRIC!!!

OVER THE PERIOD OF ABOUT THREE WEEKS I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT KAL. ALL I GOT WAS THEIR ANSWERING MACHINE WHERE I LEFT A MESSAGE REQUESTING THEY COME OUT AND QUOTE THE JOB. THEY FINALLY CALLED BACK A MONTH AND A HALF LATER LETTING ME KNOW THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DO THE JOB.

DID GREAT JOB, TOOK A LONG TIME FOR APPOINTMENT, COULD HAVE CLEANED UP BETTER BUT WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN. I ACTUALLY HAVE CONTRACTED NEW WORK, WAITING FOR PARTS TO COME IN.

CAME RIGHT ON TIME. DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS REQUESTED. WORKED ON HIS OWN SO I COULD DO OTHER THINGS. BROUGHT HIS FRIENDLY DOG ALONG. WILL CALL ON KEN AGAIN. GREAT JOB.

VERY HONEST TURNED DOWN JOB SAID THAT MEMBER COULD DO IT CHEAPER AND INSTRUCTED HOW TO DO.

KEN WAS A LITTLE SLOW RETURNING CALLS, BUT I LATER FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS DUE TO A SICKNESS AND LATER DEATH IN THE FAMILY.

WE ARE REALLY IMPRESSED WITH HIS WORK,HE DID A GREAT JOB FOR US.HE WAS PROMPT WHEN RETURNING CALLS AND CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, GREAT JOB!

KEN WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING.I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN.

KEN LINGREN NOT ONLY PERFORMED ALL OF THE ABOVE AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, SHORTLY AFTER HE COMPLETED THE WORK, I HAD A POWER PROBLEM AT ABOUT 9:30 P.M. ON SUNDAY NIGHT. I CALLED HIM AND HE SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR TROUBLESHOOTING WITH ME OVER THE PHONE. IT TURNED OUT TO BE ANOTHER PROBLEM, NOTHING RELATED TO HIS WORK. HE IS A ONE-MAN COMPANY AND VERY BUSY, BUT DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT.

FANTASTIC JOB. CHOSE HIM DUE TO HIS HONESTY AND REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS. HE WAS HONEST ABOUT WHAT TRULY NEEDED TO BE DONE. TOTAL COST WAS FAR LOWER THAN OTHERS. FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL, DOWN TO EARTH. WOULD USE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.
