Cleaning By Claudia

She first had to re-schedule the appt. to price the job since her car was broken. When she did show up to price the work she seemed really nice and I was happy to use her. Then she got sick so she couldn't show up on the scheduled day. I contacted her a week or so later to see if she was feeling better and was still interested in doing the work and I haven't heard back from her. I understand that life happens, but something just kinda stunk about the situation and her non-responsiveness. Her price was fair, but doesn't mean much if she doesn't come through.

Claudia communicates in advance, is punctual, is very friendly and likable, and does an excellent job. I feel comfortable and trust Claudia in my home. I’ve been pleased with each time she has come to our house to clean. She is thorough and does a great job. We recommend her based on our experience!

Claudia arrived early with a smile on her face and was ready to work, it was obvious that she likes what she does. We discussed what had to be done and then I left for work. When I got home in the evening the house was spotless, everything was in place and smelled great. I plan on having her do this again and again.
