 + -1 moreMatt gave me a price for the work we discussed. When the job was done that is what it cost, despite the fact that they did a little extra work they found as they were doing what we discussed. Pleasant to deal with and quite professional. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Needed a rental unit "spruced up." Matt came and looked at the job, it was really a mess.
