 + -1 moreCalled for repair of 36" Sony TV. Quoted $103 to come to house and none of that would apply to repair if they had to take the TV. Overall impression was that they were not interested in doing business. Decided to try another service that was $85, $35 of that would be applied to repair.
Description of Work: Did not use this company.

 + -1 moreHe was very nice, seemed to be efficient and I had no problems with his service. He gave us some good advice on what new TV to buy despite the fact he was not selling any, very unbiased info. He was courteous. My only beef was that we set up another appointment and they did not call the next day.
Description of Work: He spent about an hour trying to fix my Panasonic TV and could not do so. He said he could take the TV and send it in to have it repaired but that would be $175 and gave me the estimate, I decided not to do that.

 + -1 moreCOST OF SERVICE CALL WOULD BE APPLIED TO REPAIRS, IF I WENT AHEAD WITH REPAIRS. SINCE TV WAS 12 YEARS OLD, AND OTHER PARTS COULD FAIL SOON, DECIDED NOT TO GO AHEAD WITH REPAIRS (ESTIMATED AT $185), BUT TO PURCHASE NEW SET.
