I recently hired WFS Electrics to install two bathroom exhaust fans in my home. The electrician responded quickly to my inquiry and provided a reasonable quote for the job. He arrived on time and completed the installation of both fans efficiently. While there was a small hole left in the wall that I will need to patch up, I understand that this can sometimes happen during electrical work. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided by WFS Electrics. The electrician was professional, and the fans are working well. I appreciate that they were able to complete the job at a fair price. I would recommend WFS Electrics to others looking for bathroom exhaust fan installation or similar electrical work. Despite the minor issue with the wall, the overall experience was positive, and I am happy with the end result.

We were very pleased. Home panel replaced/upgraded. Initial quote was very reasonable and when other needs popped up, the cost for those was reasonable too. New lighting added throughout basement. Removed old flourescent bulbs and fixtures. Troubleshooting needed to fix old wiring (old house, lots of things to clean up). Crew was smart, hardworking and personable. We were able to get them out quickly which was an added bonus!

My entire experience with WFS was great from start to finish. Walt was very responsive (even after hours) with my questions during the quoting process, and scheduling was timely. Brian and Israel showed up on time (actually 15 min early) the day of the appointment. Brian was wonderful and I’m amazed they got everything done in the 8 hours they were here. From adding power and overhead lights in rooms that had no ceiling wiring, to replacing a chandelier, to upgrading panel and installing a new EV charger and circuit in the garage, Brian was always friendly and informative. The work was done exceptionally well, and the areas all left clean. And the price charged was exactly the estimate. Thanks to WFS (Walt, Brian and Israel) for a very positive experience.

Brian came early - it was wonderful to see that WFS is a rare contractor that shows up so punctually. He was polite and patient, and explained everything very clearly. He was careful to test all repaired circuits and lights before departing. He was also very efficient which contained the cost of the visit. Brian is a friendly and experienced electrician and this is our first experience with WFS and we will hire them again given this superb customer experience.

I just want to say thank you to Walt and Journeyman Brian. What started out as a simple install of recessed lights, turned into a complex investigation of locating a broader and very dangerous electrical issue. I'm super thankful that they found the issue with our panel and fixed it promptly and safely. They are both super responsive and super flexible with scheduling. We are very appreciative. They’ve had our business for 4 projects over over 2.5 years and that will continue for all our electric needs!!

I’ve had WFS do work for me six or seven times so far - from small jobs all the way up to a 400 amp service upgrade. They’ve never been anything but fun and professional to work with. Walt is always prompt, always where he says he’s going to be when he says he’s going to be there, and his crew follows his example all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend WFS for any electrical work. They’re the only electricians I’ll hire.

Tech was very prompt actually a few minutes early. Listened to my list of things to do and offered suggestions. He was very informative. Made sure to answer all my questions. Very reasonable and would recommend this company again if the need ever arises again. Job well done!

Awesome experience. The power was out in half of my basement (all on the same circuit). The first company I called sent someone who couldn't figure it out and said they'd send another person. They called back and said they didn't want to do it and that I should call someone else. A neighbor recommended WFS Electric so I called. Within an hour, my call was returned and an appointment was set for the same day. Brian came out (on time), identified a solution, gave a quote and made a second appointment to do the work. They were here (on time again) and did the work in less time than quoted and the charge was about $130 less than the initial quote. They were friendly, wore their masks the entire time and cleaned up when the job was done. I was 100% satisfied and will definitely call WFS if I ever again need electric work.

I reached out to WFS Electric and immediately Walt guided me in the right direction and informed me about the sunken meter issue and promised me a quote the next day. Even though it was a Saturday I received a quote from him and then on Sunday Walt again called me and we finalized the project for the following Friday. Walt was quick in organizing it with Duke Energy as well as the inspection company. Then we waited for Friday to come. Brian and Tony showed up on time at 8:30 am. However Duke Energy did not show up until 11:15 am. They were at the mercy of Duke and I was getting worried. However both of them were very polite and patient. Apparently they are used to Duke Energy never showing up on time. Brian and Tony then did an excellent job together and resolved the issue and assured me that we should not have any more sunken meter issues for a very long time. I would definitely hire them as they seem to be honest friendly workers. I give them A+ even though Angie's List does not have a rating over A. Thank you all. God bless.

Perfect. From start to finish, Walt and Brian made the job easy. They understood that at we were responding to an inspection done on our house for sale and corrected all that the buyers were requesting.
