Description of Work: Townescapes did excellent work -- professional, high quality. Even now, maybe six months later, it's clear that the contractor knew what he was doing; no flaws, no cracks. It did take months to line up the job but I'd hire them again if I needed similar work.

Description of Work: Services included creating steps leading from driveway wall to front of house, cut an area in driveway wall on opposite side to store garbage can and created a flower bed at the end of the driveway. |The first job completed was below standards: incorrect color selection of bricks, angle of bricks not lined up with driveway walls, large gaps in the bricks with rocks thrown in between the bricks, chip original driveway wall, etc. |It was a difficult getting the company to come to review the work before it was completed to make necessary changes. Then even more difficult to get the company to come out once the work was completed to resolve the unsatisfactorily completed work. I had to contact Angie List for mediator resolutions. This was the catalyst for the company to arrive and make the necessary changes. |I must say the company went all out removing everything and redoing the work according to my original expectations. Also, reducing total cost by $3000.00. It is a job well done. I am happy with the results. They were apologetic and explained the men who completed the work was no longer with the company. |If you choose this company be sure to check the work each day while the job is being completing to ensure your expectations are being met. |

Description of Work: The concrete drive de-laminated (4-5 areas about 1 sq. ft each)due to salt damage (according to Townscapes Production Manager). They returned 1 year later to cover the entire driveway with a sealer which seems to be holding up this winter. I will need to have about 20 stones replaced due to cracking (concrete faux stone walls)which they should do this spring. The issues I experienced were not due to craftsmanship but material defects.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sealed patterned concrete sidewalks and repaired and sealed patio. Workers did a good job. Were professional and efficient. Problems were with Chris the sales person. We had many delays and he did not communicate well with us or his own office. Caused frustration and delay that did not need to exist.

Description of Work: Did not call me back. I even called again and they would forward me to someone else who wasn't there. So I left a message and still no response. I guess some companies do not need more business. Oh well on to the next one.

Description of Work: Estimate for a simple patio. Quoted $3000, received estimate from contractor we chose (Kramer Concrete) for $1700 for same work. They seem to prefer doing higher-end work with stamping or staining - not really interested in something as simple as we wanted.

Description of Work: We contacted Townscapes regarding the replacement of a patio off the back of our home. Their rep was both patient and knowledgeable in explaining the various options, costs and design possibilities. After receiving a detailed quote, visiting their display area and having several follow up conversations we decided to go ahead with the project. The demolition and replacement work was performed as detailed on their estimate and in a timely, fashionable and professional manner. No complaints - wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or use them again.

Description of Work: I recently hired Townescapes to do a stamped and colored concrete job and it went extremely well. The concrete looks awesome, Dan did a great job on the concrete, Shane gave the estimate and everything turned out exactly as promised. I haven't had the best luck with contractors in the past so this was really a pleasant surprise. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed. I will add photos later.

Description of Work: I used the services of TowneScapes. They did stamp concrete on my porch but it was part of a larger project. The last time they came out was in September or October of last year. They did a porch, steps and foundation work.

Description of Work: TowneScapes replaced a deteriorated concrete pool deck for me. The existing pool deck had shifted over the years and was falling apart, so I needed to get it replaced along with having some other work performed on the pool itself.
