Kyle was super attentive and engaged since our 1st contact, and once hired he always kept me informed of any development and/or issues, and was readily available for further discussions. His 2 crews were very good and thorough - we had some structural work to do (replacing posts and doing new footings underneath the sunroom), and his first crew not only did a fantastic job but also offered extra advice on how to improve the overall structure; then the deck crew (cleaning/painting) also showed great flexibility as we switched colors during the work and had to add a few repairs. Both crews were super respectful, punctual, and cleaned up really well after the work. By the way Kyle not only orchestrates the team, he also rolled up his sleeves and worked on site, which was great as he has very detailed oriented and noticed an issue that if left undetected would affect the deck's appearance. 2 thumbs up and totally recommend Realtor's choice!

The painting team were very professional and did a great job; top-notch workmanship. They were friendly, clean and safe. Kyle was very responsive and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend Realtor's Choice.

They pressure washed the entire house. Itâ s a one and a half story Tudor with stucco and wood on the second floor. They did a very thorough prep job, scraping all loose paint then going over everything with a side grinder to completely smooth everything. The paint color that we chose first was not quite right. Kyle was very understanding and is absolutely great to work with. We got the colors right and they did a fantastic job. They used Sherwin Williams paint. We were under the gun with a pending fine from the City building department and the approaching cold weather. They jumped right on it and quickly completed a perfect job. The building department appreciated the prompt completion and quality of the job. They cancelled the fine and promptly closed the case. Kyle is fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them for your next painting job.

Kyle and his crew were professional and thorough throughout the painting of my house exterior; i especially appreciated the time Kyle and the head of his crew took to walk around the house reviewing the wood repair and power washing. Kyle also made a point to wash my deck a second time when the first washing didn’t quite do the job (and he returned to do some final touch up on the painting after the job was completed). I would absolutely recommend Realtor’s Choice for both painting and washing.

The paint looks great and Kyle and crew were very easy to work with. Very responsive and detailed. Have a bit of chipping on my old house but Kyle is going to fix any issues right away so I’m very happy with the results and peace of mind working with Kyle.

Kyle and Brennan showed up everyday to paint the exterior house. They are extremely reliable, responsive and get the job done in a professional manner. At the start of the day, Kyle lets me know what will get completed for the day, and updates me on how it is progressing throughout the day. At end of the day, they make sure there are not any tools or empty buckets getting in the way and they always keep the work area clean.
