O'Leary Concrete Company LLC

Filled out a form on their website for an estimate in the beginning of August. No response back. I called and a message said they were on vacation and back on 8/19. Still no response. It is now 8/26/13, still no response from this company.

Excellent! They showed up on time. Cleaned my driveway and made it look like new. They sealed it to protect it. The persons who performed the work were friendly and professional. The work site was cleaned up and looked great. I was happy with the price. It was worth it. I highly recommend O'Leary Concrete.

Job not started or completed due to last minute cancellation by O'Leary concrete. Did not offer to reschedule to a later date. I believe he made an error in his original bid and this is why he cancelled on me.

We contracted with Kevin O'Leary to remove and replace sidewalk and patio and replace it with textured and colored concrete. The patio was contracted to pour the new concrete on 6/18/2013. The project was to run concurrently with a drainage project. Kevin and his foreman Joe showed extreme flexibility when we contacted him to remove the old concrete in two days, During the removal, Joe and Ray laid plywood on my driveway and the grass. The removal took about 5 hours and they cleaned up after the removal and even raked my grass where the plywood had lain to make it stand up. On the day of the pour, they took precautions once again so my driveway and grass would not be damaged. During the complete process, Kevin kept us informed as to when events were to happen. Kevin and his crew were extremely professional at all times. I would not hesitate to use O'Leary Concrete again. They were prompt, courteous, and hard working.

We are extremely happy with the entire experience working with Kevin O'Leary and his crew. Although the end cost of the project was high, we got good value for the money we spent and was exactly what Kevin had proposed. Kevin and his team were very professional and courteous. They took great care to minimize any disturbance to other areas of our property as they did their work. The weather delayed the start of the project which is to be expected when having this type of construction done. But once they arrived on the job, the team worked quickly and efficiently. Kevin and his crew took the time to discuss exactly how we wanted the various parts of the job to look and what our expectations were. As they started deconstructing the patio they even took the time to spread the soil that was being displaced to low areas of the yard that they asked me about. And they neatly stacked the patio pavers in another area of the yard so I could reuse them for another purpose. By the end of the first day I was amazed at the progress that had been made. After finishing and sealing the patio they moved to the front for the driveway and porch and within a couple days the job was completed. Kevin reviewed the sealing job on they patio, which looked pretty good to me, but he was not satisfied. It did not meet his quality standard, so they resealed it. After everything was poured and complete, the team cleaned up they site taking away all of the construction leftovers. I would highly recommend O'Leary to anyone that is looking for someone to do any kind of concrete work.

Phenomenal in all phases of the project. Prompt response to request for bid, which was originally just for a standard concrete drive. Bid for that was very competitive, but Kevin showed me the beauty of a stamped drive with contrasting edges, so I bought into the upgrade on the spot. Began the work the week they said and stayed until it was completely finished. Always answered his cell when I had questions. Since I was out of town during the work, Kevin called with periodic updates. The result is truly gorgeous - it looks like I have a patio instead of drive, and it's by far the most attractive drive in my neighborhood (all brick homes are 25-30 hears old). The basic color of the drive and the edging compliment the colors of the brick and my garage doors. He included a new walk and stoop to match the drive for a reduced price. If you are interested in a new standard concrete drive or stamped concrete to truly enhance the curb appeal of your home, come look at mine and then call Kevin.

Working with Kevin O'Leary is a true pleasure. He is direct, honest, punctual, thorough and a great concrete supplier. Our deck looks gorgeous and I enjoyed working with Kevin every step of the way. He was up front about concerns, he brought possible issues to our attention and was extremely detail oriented. His crew was delightful and the entire process was easy. We hired O'Leary Concrete to replace our garage floor and driveway. All of the great reviews they have received on this site are definitely well deserved. The quote Kevin gives you is the amount you pay in the end. Kevin called us 2 weeks ahead to say we were still on schedule, and 2 days ahead to confirm it. We can't say enough about Kevin and his crew. Kevin obviously hires experienced workers. They arrived on time, were courteous and friendly and their work was outstanding. On the day of the driveway pour, rain threatened but the crew came well prepared. They were interrupted twice, with brief rain showers, so they covered the entire driveway with huge sheets of plastic. When the rain stopped they were able to finish. They covered it up again and 4 members of the crew stayed for 4 hours to insure the concrete had set up enough to not be affected by the rain. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up and returned the sod along the edges of the driveway. Kevin is a young man with a great work ethic. He takes the extra step to keep you informed and will answer you calls or return them immediately. It is very obvious that Kevin and his crew take great pride in their work and pleasing their customers. Our driveway and garage floor are the best in the neighborhood. We have received several complements from our neighbors wishing they had used O'Leary Concrete. In closing, let me say I would highly recommend O'Leary Concrete. If you call Kevin and they are booked for a period of time, just hire them because they are definitely worth the wait.

It went great. Kevin did everything he said he would and more. He and his crew were puntual,polite, neat, and most importantly the stamped concrete is gorgeous. Everytime I step outside, I am so happy we did this and that we chose Kevin. His price was slightly higher (a couple of hundred dollars) than the other bid, but we could tell from the beginning how professional he was and he did not dissappoint.

I had a stamped concrete patio that had faded over the past 5 years. Kevin was punctual to provide a quote to clean and seal the patio. He was clear that the timing would be 3-4 weeks out due to the unusually cold spring. He met the timing and the job was very well done. The patio looks like new.

Best concrete work and service I've had in ten years. We had 3 similar quotes put together for the work and hoped to have it done during the late winter, but admired Kevin's honesty that it would be better for the quality if the temperature was warmer for curing. Kevin's professionalism, follow-up, and great communication made all the difference in the world. You just don't get this kind of service these days. Knowing that concrete can be a messy job and the close quarters of my private shared drive I expected a few issues. Kevin and the 5 man team handled all my concerns and my yard and neighbors were all taken care of with the same professionalism of their leader. Quality and craftsmanship was top notch. Re-bar reinforcement into the foundation and aggregate backfill were all part of the great foundation they put under the concrete. Entire job ( Demo and pour) took 2 days and went without a hitch. Clean-up of tools and consideration of neighbors drives due to water run-off of down private drive were noticed and appreciated. O'Leary has definitely made my short list for quality concrete work. I'd refer this team to everyone.

The information was great that he shared w/me. I felt very confident in his knowledge and honesty. I have not made a decision on when - but when I do I will definitely be calling him.

Our experience with O'Leary Concrete was A+ from start to finish. Kevin responded immediately to my request for quote for a complete tear-out and re-build of a large concrete driveway. He followed up personally with answers to my design and logistical questions, and showed a real eagerness to win our business. He was always available to take my calls, and was proactive in planning and working out all the details in advance. He and his crew arrived right on time (early, actually) and delivered exactly what they'd promised to deliver: high quality work, complete professionalism, fast and efficient job completion. I highly recommend O'Leary based on my experience. I've been on the receiving end of both very bad and very good home improvement services, and O'Leary ranks as one of the best I've seen.

I called Kevin to schedule an appointment to look at replacing my cracking and settling driveway. He called me within a few hours of me sending an email and we scheduled an appointment for a few days later (at my convenience.) Kevin was prompt (actually a few minutes early) on our appointment day. When I explained my concerns and what I would like to have done, he provided a bid but actually recommended that I wait as there was no immediate need to replace the driveway, only cosmetics that were not currently posing a problem. I find it refreshing when a service provider actually gives advice that may take business away. This shows honest and character. I did take Kevin?s advice and am delaying replacement for a year or so. Trust me when I say that Kevin will be my first call when it comes time to schedule the work

Kevin quickly responded to our initial inquiry for service. He gave us an approximate timing for the work. When the Spring monsoons hit, the service date had to be delayed a little. He always communicated any delays beforehand and followed up on all commitments. The work was performed exactly as promised. Luke was very careful to clean and seal every nook and cranny. We are very pleased with the responsiveness, top notch service, and overall results of the job. Well done!!

After pouring over Angie's List reviews, I called O'Leary Concrete and reached Kevin O'Leary on the first call. Kevin came out and together we discussed replacing our current front porch with a much larger stamped concrete front porch and sidewalk. Kevin offered helpful suggestions on colors for our front porch and assured us that the porch would be made to support a roof over it in the future. I could tell that Kevin really knew concrete and loved his work. We hired Kevin to create our new porch and encountered the only surprise that we ever got from Kevin, and it was a pleasant surprise: he had an opening for our project in just 4 weeks. He gave us a verbal estimate and followed that up with a written contract the next day. Kevin kept in touch with us and told us the project would take 3 days. As it turned out, they came out on a Saturday morning to do the demolition of the front porch. Monday was spent using a bobcat to remove our large spruce bushes and building the forms for the concrete. Tuesday they poured the concrete, smoothed it, and colored it. I came out to see it and told Kevin and his 3-4 workers that the porch and sidewalk looked more beautiful than I even imagined that it would. Kevin consulted with me on the color of the antique stain before applying it to the stamped concrete, just to make sure that I was happy at each step along the way. Wednesday one man antiqued and sealed the porch and the sidewalk; he also cleaned and sealed the driveway, which looks whiter than it has in years. They left the place clean every afternoon, and my husband was very pleased that our lawn looked great afterwards, with no damage from the cement truck and bobcat., thanks to the plywood they placed over the grass to protect the lawn. We are very happy with the results! Kevin and his team worked as if they were doing the project for their own homes. Kevin was very easy to work with and kept us informed on what to expect and when to expect them each day. Overall it was a great experience with excellent results.

Overall the experience was excellent. I originally contacted Kevin last year to get a quote. He was very prompt and courteous and offered a price while explaining in detail what would be involved. We decided to wait another year due to financial reasons. When I contacted Kevin again, he offered the same professional, prompt response. He came out and spoke with me in person providing details of the job and a quote. He answered all questions I had pertaining to the project. The crew showed up and immediately went to work. They were very polite and professional. Kevin himself was on the job and provided me with ongoing explanations of the process. They even took care of a concern I had with a drainage pipe. The new driveway looks fantastic! We have had many compliments on it already. I will definitely keep O'Leary concrete in mind for our next concrete job and have personally recommended them to others as well.

We needed our old 12 x 16 foot patio removed and wanted a new 16 x 20 foot stamped patio installed. I called Kevin for an estimate and he answered right away. He arrived promptly the day he told me he would and I received a verbal quote that day and a written quote the next. We ended up holding off on the project for a few weeks before calling Kevin back. When we did, again he picked up right away and came back over that Saturday for a new estimate because we wanted to change the original design. We ended up signing the new contract that day and work began that Monday. It took a total of 3 days to complete. Day 1 was demolition and forming. Day 2 was pouring and stamping and Day 3 was sealing. Kevin and his crew arrived by 7am the first two days and worked all day. Only one guy was sent on the 3rd day to complete the antiquing and sealing work. Once they began work, I was consulted several times during the process to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. They laid down a plywood runner from the front of my house to the back so their machines wouldn't damage our grass. They also completely cleaned up the work area when they finished. Kevin and his crew were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them. You can tell Kevin is an expert in concrete and I felt in good hands the whole way through. Whenever we need future concrete work on our house, I plan on calling Kevin.

Kevin exceeded my expectations from start to finish. He responded promptly to my request for a quote to replace our driveway which included the installation of a trench drain. His quote was very competitive (we had 4 people quote the work) and based on this and his ability to listen and provide solutions for our needs we accepted his bid. He and his team were professional and responsive, and did an excellent job of communicating with us when scheduling the work. The entire job (removal and pouring of new drive way + installation of trench drain) was completed in 2 days and Kevin was on site the entire day the concrete was poured as well as for the majority of work. His team cleaned up between work days and upon departure. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone - his quality is outstanding, he is responsive and professional, and his pricing is very competitive.

Kevin came out and looked at what I wanted done. He gave me an estimate and said he could do it next week. He promised me he would do a good job and that I would be happy with their work. He called me the day before as promised and told me would be out the next afternoon to get started. He was right on time and they complete all that could get done that day. They told me they would be back the next morning at 7:15 to get started and they were right on time. They completed the work by noon as promised and everything looked great. The work was completed as promised and was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for concrete work.

Overall this was the best experience I've had with a company. Kevin is very knowledgable and on top of things. He is excellent at everything he does from start to finish. He communicates throughout the whole process and doesn't miss a beat. He has a awesome crew who are very detailed and friendly. My Wife and I highly recommend Kevin. These days it's hard to find a high level of service, but Kevin is definitely an exception. You won't be disappointed!

Experience overall was great. I called for a bid and Kevin was out a few days later. He provided me with a quote on the spot and gave me detail of how the work would be done. I explained what I was looking for and I didn't find myself having to explain or repeat certain details of the project multiple times, he understood everything. The removal and re-pour took them about 1 1/2 days. Everyone including the crew was professional. The new driveway looks great! Kevin is also does a great job of communicating and keeping you aware of how things are progressing. Basic stuff to be sure, but a lot of contractors are unable or unwilling to do.

Overall, it was good. The new floor looks nice. They moved quickly. Weather delayed it one day but they were still able to finish on time. We had hoped fixing the slope of the floor would prevent water from getting into our basement. The old floor had sunk and sloped toward our house and water would pool in our garage during and after storms. Unfortunately, it did not help the problem, instead we just have a pretty new floor. To be fair, Kevin made no promises this would help so I do not blame him. I did ask them to stop after removing the old floor so I could see if there were channels where water may travel (per the recommendation of my general contractor neighbor) but I only got to see it after they raked it (I had gone out to run an errand and I guess made it back just a little too late for them). So I had to go with their word that there weren't channels. Kevin does seem honest- I asked him about other projects (new front porch/stoop to replace pavers) and about replacing my driveway. He said the driveway was still in good condition and to wait and he said to go with another estimate on the paver replacement (front porch) bc it was a good deal and attractive as is. He could have tried to sell me it and made some good money- not many people would be that honest. I would use him again and plan to on our back patio in a few years.

This project was a great experience. From the beginning, Kevin was very helpful with the design portion of the project. Kevin went out of his way to make an assortment of color samples for us to choose from. Once work began, Kevin and his crew were always on time and well organized. Most importantly, there were no surprise add-on's, etc. O'Leary Concrete delivered exactly what was promised in contract. The finished project is beautiful; better than we anticipated. I would highly recommend this company for any decorative concrete projects.
