Kevin and his crew were wonderful! They were on time, very specific as to their duties and completed everything on time and exceeding our expectations. We now have a aesthetically appealing driveway with proper drainage away from the garage and a patio with a drain to prevent water damage to the house.

Kevin is one of the best contractors with whom I have had the experience to work. He came out last fall, gave an estimate, and at my request scheduled our job for this Spring. He called around March to schedule a time to come out and go over final details and any changes we might want. He thought they may be delayed because of a lot of rain had set them behind, but in the end came out as scheduled. His team worked like a well oiled machine. They all had a job to do and worked in sync with one another from start to finish. It was impressive to watch. When they were done they left the yard as clean as could be. I am very satisfied. Kevin's bid was higher than others I had received, but after comparison to the service I received from others, it was worth it. I guess the old axiom is true, you get what you pay for. I would have no problem referring O'Leary Concrete to anyone.

Kevin and his team did an excellent job of tearing out an old driveway and two walks and replacing them with stamped, tinted concrete sidewalks and a broom-finished driveway with a stamped, tinted border to match the walks. From the initial call and meeting with Kevin, the owner, he was straightforward about what he could or could not do and by when he could do it. I started my analysis and bid process in the early Fall of 2013, and Kevin was quick to point out that if selected, he would not be able to do the work until Spring or Summer of 2014 due to his order backlog. I had numerous questions regarding details in his bid, and he spent the time necessary to clarify them. As it turned out, I selected the O'Leary Concrete bid and we agreed to talk in early 2014 about a scheduled date, which ended up being slightly delayed due to difficult weather, but Kevin was very accommodating in getting it rescheduled to meet our needs. Once the work began, it went as well as a project of this size can go, and it was completed in 2 days. There were issues, but at each step Kevin or one of his crew made me aware of them and we decided together how to address them. The crew were all courteous and friendly, and obviously very knowledgeable in their craft. They took great pride in the work they were doing and it showed in the finished product, which is beautiful. I have even had a neighbor or two inquire and follow up with Kevin about doing work for them. Bottom line is they were straightforward and honest in what they represented, their pricing was fair, the work was done respectfully and timely, and the finished product is something both O'Leary Concrete and I can be proud of. Well done!

This was an odd experience. I called the company to obtain a quote on my driveway repair. The manager/ owner told me he would call me back as he was on site. When he returned my call, he quickly told me that he did not want to take on any more work. This is a bit suspicious as nothing on their website indicates they are not accepting new work. Further, the company is still offering coupons on Angie's List for driveway repairs. All around the approach was a bit suspicious and unfortunate given their previous positive reviews.

When we first placed our phone call, the response was immediate. That in itself was refreshing. They came out and assessed the driveway and the back patio area which is all of the same brick material. Both areas have been exposed to the sun/snow and needed cleaning and sealing. The crew from O'Leary worked quickly and efficiently and before we knew it....they were finished. The before and after was an amazing transformation. They explained in detail everything they were doing and then what we could expect. If I had the before/after pictures, I would post them because the drive and patio look brand new. They did a beautiful job. If they have the pictures, I wish they could post them. This company is not just precise, but they do what they say they are going to do. They will be first on my call list and on my recommendation list. They are the BEST!

Kevin O'Leary responded almost immediately to our request for an estimate to do the above stated work. He took the time to be sure of what we wanted and he provided us with the estimate promptly. It was a rather large job with some unique problems that he addressed ahead of time and made sure they were taken care of properly. He and his crew were here when he said that they would be and they never stopped working until the job was completed. We had some weather issues and that didn't even slow them down much. They were polite and efficient and checked frequently to make sure that we were happy with the progress as the job went along. Kevin was on site throughout the whole project. He also coordinated with our electrician to make sure the plumbing and electric were installed in the proper location for the greenhouse, as well. We couldn't be happier with our new driveway! We are getting a lot of complements on it. Kevin and his crew are truly artists. They made really good suggestions and, when completed, enhanced the function and beauty of our home.

Kevin O'Leary and his team are really great to work with. They are very professional and friendly. He does the work when he says he will and keeps you informed as the work is progressing. He is very honest and does great concrete work. The sidewalk and front porch look terrific and it really improved the entire look of the front of the house. I will definitely continue to use O'Leary Concrete for all of my family's concrete needs.

Called on Monday and came out on Tuesday to give bid. He couldn't do the job until July and his bid was a bit pricey for us. I'm sure they would have done a good job based on other reviews.

Very professional and will use again for a driveway.

They got here early early, and worked thru to around 8pm. Three days later complete. I did have to have them back for a minor issue, and they were back the day after I called!! This job involved had manual labor, and they were great about getting the job done. I would have never know they were there it was so quiet!! Great A+ job!

It went really well. Love the new look. Wish I had done it long ago. Would do it again with the same company. And when I do need to replace the driveway I will use them.

Kevin and his crew were punctual and professional in all aspects of the project. Exactly what was to be done was well understood by all parties. Worksite was cleaned up adequately and everyone was extra courteous. These fellows work well as a team and individually. The driveway and entryway were completed as promised and the workmanship looks great. My wife and I are extremely pleased and would use them again.

This is as professional as you can get on concrete. I´m more than satisfied with the work that Kevin and his crew did in my home. Many things made me feel great about it. First, the same day he came to check the job he gave me a quotation and brought his catalogue with pictures and options. This was very helpful. Second, when we agreed on what I wanted, he gave me a timing that was respected with out any delays. He came the day he promised with all the equipment he needed at 7am!. I believe the job in my house was pretty big, and they completed it very fast compared to two other concrete providers I tried before them. Definitely the quality worth the price. A+ for them!.

Everything went very well, just as expected. The driveway looks better than it ever has and we love the added width. Kevin arranged with the township to replace the pipe under the driveway when they regraded our ditch. Kevin also had sheets of plywood placed over the ditch so we could park our car in the grass. He will come back to remove the plywood as soon as the driveway cures and we can drive on it again. Kevin was very professional and returned all calls promptly. I would recommend his company to others looking to have concrete work done.

He did an excellent job. He arrived on time in the morning. He power washed the surface and left for about 4 hours until it had dried. He returned and use a blower to be sure that all of the surfaces were dried and he applied the sealer.

Kevin responded to my request for a bid very quickly and then followed up fast when I had questions or requests for modifications. They kept our scheduled date and even offered to advance it by a few days, but we were unable to do it earlier. The job was done fast. One day to remove the old asphalt driveway and place the forms. One day to pour and finish the concrete. I was also impressed by the crew that was very knowledgeable experienced and worked together well. I was onsite during the job and they were very helpful in explaining how they were doing the work. Finally, the team used design elements that made our standard driveway look special. I?m very happy with the quality and look of our new driveway. Our neighbors have been admiring the new driveway and we?ve had several requests for Kevin?s contact info, which I have gladly provided. I also let them know about the great experience and that O?Leary Concrete needs to be booked about 3-6 months in advance of the job since the company is in high demand." We had the same excellent experience with O'Leary. Our borders look great on the new driveway, as does our cleaned and sealed walkway. Our neighbor marked his sprinkler system and electric dog fence and the O'Leary crew was careful to not disturb them. We neglected to tell them about our sprinkler system and a couple sprinkler heads were damaged, but that is not something we hold against them - our fault for not pointing them out.

I called Kevin because of the great reviews he had on Angie?s list. He didn?t disappoint! We first met the end of May beginning of June, he was prompt and energetic, and we discussed what my wife and I wanted. He had helpful suggestion but was never pushy about his ideas. After meeting with him and discussing what we wanted he emailed a proposal. My wife and I had a hard time visualizing what we were going to get so Kevin came out again and mapped it all out for us. He spray painted lines in the yard showing where everything would be to give us a better idea. He then invited us out to his house/showroom to show us some of the things he can do. He also gave us 4 or 5 references of people he had done work for?..some were large projects and some were small?..it was a nice variety of jobs. When we finally decided on what we wanted, we set a date, one thing?.Kevin is a very popular guy and if you don?t get on his schedule early it will fill up fast, this isn?t a knock on Kevin, it just shows that he popular because he does a great job. Our job was scheduled for 10/21. He was right on time. His crew showed up on time and they got right to work. All during the process Kevin was in contact with me wanting me to come and see at each stage what had been done and if it was to our liking. At one point I noticed that the steps weren?t as my wife and I wanted (no fault to Kevin?.I had drawn them in wrong). I mentioned it to him and he said the guys would be there first thing to change it to my liking even though they had already put all the formers up. Sure enough the guys came first thing and changed it to exactly the way we wanted it. Kevin didn?t charge me a dime for this change. The whole process took 5 days just like Kevin had planned and was absolutely beautiful??my wife and I couldn?t be happier with the new stamped back porch we put in. I highly recommend Kevin for concrete work?..he lives by the moto ?The customer is always right? and goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is totally happy with everything or he?ll make it right.

As promised, O'Leary Concrete arrived on time and began by removing all items on the front stoop (flower pots) and patio (lounge chair, 2 chairs, 2 small tables and a large table with 6 chairs. They then power washed the patio, driveway, stoop, and sidewalk. When all surfaces were dry, they sealed all of the surfaces. When the sealant dried, the patio, stoop, and sidewalk looked brand new. The driveway, which had been stained by berries from bushes and flower petals from a magnolia tree, looked so much better than it had prior to the treatments. I plan to have this done every 2-3 years by O'Leary, depending on the severity of our winters.

I began my search by calling three contractors and left messages with each one. The first contractor stated he was booked for the season, but recommended O'Leary Concrete since he'd seen and liked their work. After a couple of days Kevin O'Leary called back and said he had one opening left, due to a cancellation, otherwise he was also booked for the season. Since I live out of town, he offered to go to my Dad's, look over what needed to be done, and call me back. He was very prompt, always calling when he said he would, and calling back promptly when I missed his calls. He quoted me a price, I emailed a confirmation that we were a go, and the job was scheduled. On a side note, the third contractor I originally called finally called back after a week, so waiting two or three days for a call back was no big deal. On the day of the job, his men showed up early, as promised, and were fast! I arrived an hour and a half after they started, and everything but two steps had already been removed. The men were very courteous, and brought me up to speed on what they had done and what they were going to do next. Because it was a hot day, I went out and filled a cooler with water, Coke and iced tea for them. I don't say this to pat myself on the back, but because I think everyone should extend this courtesy when possible. These men work very hard in hot weather that the rest of us could barely stand just going from a parking lot to the store! They were very appreciative. They finished the work they had planned for that day and said they'd return the following morning, as long as it didn't rain, to pour the concrete. Of course, it rained, but the owner called promising to have the concrete poured on the next day of good weather, also stating he wouldn't start another job until he finished this one. Again, as promised, the crew returned the following day, finishing up in just a few hours. They were very respectful of my Dad's property, cleaning up after themselves each day. They did a beautiful job, and my Dad commented several times on my visit the following week what a great job they did. I can't thank them enough for their skill, professionalism, promptness and courtesy. I would absolutely call them again, and I highly recommend them.

We found O'Leary Concrete on Angie's List. After reading the rave reviews, we called Kevin O'Leary and asked him to come out. He set up a time for the next day and arrived on time. Right here are two exceptional things - he answers his own phone (or returns the call promptly) and he came out when he said he would be here. We liked Kevin right off the bat - easy going, friendly and knowledgeable. We have extensive & established gardens along the driveway and Kevin was understanding of our concerns regarding the plants and willing to work to preserve them. Kevin also assured us that he would be on the job and overseeing all of the work personally. We were emailed an estimate the next day (again - noteworthy). O'Leary Concrete had recently done a job in the neighborhood and the people who had used him were very pleased and impressed with his work and it did look very nice. We let Kevin know we wanted him to do the work and scheduled it for May. But when unexpected township curb and street work was scheduled for May, Kevin was able to reschedule our driveway for September. His crew arrived on time and they were exemplary in not only their work, but they were very polite and personable. They cleared the entire drive and prepped it all in one day. As our drive is fairly steep, the workers all participated in working out the correct slope and they explained it all to us. The next day the drive was poured and finished. I told them it was like watching a ballet as they handed off equipment and tools. They were a real team and they obviously took great pride in making the finished product beautiful. Where 3 sidewalks intersect around an island, we now have a lovely design instead of just squares. The walk around the island has a graceful sweep instead of just a normal curve. We are planning on having them come back in a month to seal and driveway and clean/seal our sidewalk. Even though we've had several estimates to do the drive replacement over the years, we are so glad we waited and found O'Leary Concrete on Angie's List.

Kevin was prompt, charming, responsible, attentive, accessible, helpful, and expert at what he does. This job represented an incredible investment of money and time, and there was naturally a lot of trepidation about whether it was the right thing to do and if we should move forward. Kevin could not have been easier to work with, more accommodating in terms of schedule, willing to answer questions and to provide as many samples as we needed. He was informative, easy-going, and understanding. There was a tremendous amount of work to be done, and--while for us it represented a significant amount of money--we feel that Kevin was more than fair, gave a reasonable bid, and he and his funny, hardworking crew really deserved every penny. My brother got married on the gorgeous back patio on Labor Day weekend, and we knew this never could have happened--nor been so beautiful--without Kevin O'Leary's contribution. Our guests kept marveling at the amazing house, and it was because of how lovely the grounds have now become. Thank you, Kevin!

I was very happy with the job they did. Kevin O'Leary is very customer focused. He came to do the estimate the day after I called, and his crew cleaned and sealed the pool deck several days after that. They were very nice guys and were careful and neat in what they did. I will call them again for my concrete needs.

Everything went as planned and we are more than pleased with the driveway. Kevin is very professional and keeps his appointments and stays in good contact with you throughout the job. I was totally surprised that i did not have to call him about reminders when they were made so far out. I would recommend giving Kevin a chance if you are going to need any concrete work done.

UPDATE 6/5/15 My concrete driveway lasted less than two years. In March 2014 after the first winter, the driveway was pitting and crumbling. Kevin O'Leary said that grinding the concrete down to the aggregate and then coloring it to seal it would fix the problem. So I agreed and he arranged to have the driveway ground down to the aggregate and colored. In March 2015 after the second winter, my driveway was once again crumbling and pitting. I called Kevin O'Leary, he came out to my house to inspect the driveway & agreed that the driveway needed to be replaced. I will take care of this, "I am a man of my word." He asked me to wait until 8/17/15 so that he could make some money before this expense. I said OK. On 6/4/15, I received a TEXT MESSAGE from Kevin stating that there was nothing further he could do for me. I called Kevin and reminded him of our conversation in March 2015. He said that he was done with me and my driveway and he was doing nothing further to fix the driveway, he was not replacing/repairing. He further stated that the concrete company that he purchased the concrete for my driveway, said that the specs were ?well within Industry standards.? He reminded me that the driveway was past the one year warranty. This is true, but I sincerely believe that Kevin did the ?fix? in March/2014 counting on the driveway not deteriorating any further until after the following winter. My biggest mistake was not getting Kevin?s agreement in writing when he told me in March 2015 that he was replacing the concrete in my driveway. He is not a man of his word. 8/27/13 I am more than pleased with the job that Kevin & his crew did for me. The patio was completed last week and it is beautiful. Kevin & his team were punctual, courteous, professional and hardworking. Each step was explained to me about the color and stamping. My driveway is really gorgeous. Kevin knows his stuff & instills confidence. I have a neighbor who was in construction for many years & he watched every step of the driveway being done - from excavating the old driveway, to laying the rebar, to the pouring of the concrete. My neighbor says he has not seen a finer job done from start to finish. I had just had new retaining walls installed before the driveway was poured & Kevin coordinated the time table with the other contractor. I live in a residential area where the houses are very close together. Considering the space that they had to work in, there was MINIMAL mess and they were very careful about moving the equipment about so as not to damage my yard. If I have any future need for any concrete work, you can be sure that I will contact Kevin O'Leary.

Kevin and his crew arrived on time and went right to work. They were professional and very knowledgeable about the task at hand. They capped a very old and ugly patio area and extended it 12 feet. Finished it off with a swirl design. Have already had many compliments. They also dug up and replaced the front sidewalk. There was a small problem which I emailed Kevin about. I expected to hear back in a day or two, however, about an hour later, he was knocking on my door. Problem resolved. I am very happy with the whole experience and would recommend him without hesitation.
