Kevin and his team did an excellent job. They were prompt and eager to please. They arrived at 6:30 each morning. Kevin was there to oversee the whole project. They worked as a team to get the job done. My old garage floor was sinking and I couldn't use my garage . Now I have a beautiful floor and will be able to park my car in it this winter. My old driveway looked as if someone had taken a sledge hammer to it. The new driveway is perfect. My sidewalks were stamped, stained and sealed and look beautiful. I have received many compliments from my neighbors. The whole project has changed the way my property looks. I am thrilled with the way everything looks and next summer Oleary Concrete is tearing out my old wooden steps off my deck and installing concrete stamped steps and a new patio.

Kevin and his team did a great job installing my new driveway. They removed my old driveway on one day and poured the new concrete on the next. On both days they were done before lunch. They also removed an old sidewalk of mine with minimal damage to the surrounding yard. The driveway itself looks very nice. The crew is very detail oriented and cleaned up very well before they left. I would recommend O'Leary to anyone looking to replace their current driveway.

I found O'Leary Concrete on Angie's list when searching for potential contractors to replace my driveway in June 2014. I was caught off guard when Kevin said it would be several weeks before he could come out for quote due to full work schedule, and I almost decided at that point to limit my concrete company search to other options. Fortunately we were in no hurry to get the job done so we decided to wait to make decision until we had the O'Leary quote, too. When Kevin came out to the house to provide an estimate, he listened to what wanted, offered up ideas of his own, and calculated an estimate on the spot. I had a written quote less than a day later. O'Leary price was a little higher than the other quote we had in hand, but I decided to select O'Leary Concrete because of the positive reviews on Angie's List and Kevin's professionalism /punctuality. We had to make a couple of adjustments to the quote before work started due to change I asked for in driveway size and pipe spec; the adjustments Kevin made to the quote were fair. He and his crew did an outstanding job with the tear out of the old and install of the new driveway. The finish and saw cutting look beautiful; I can't tell you how many compliments the neighbors have given on the end result and professionalism of the crew during the job.

O'Leary Concrete was the fourth company I called to replace our driveway and the only one of the four that actually followed up on their proposals to show up and complete the job. Several weeks in advance, Kevin arranged to replace our driveway over two specific days in August. He called a few days before to confirm he was coming, showed up on time on the promised days and completed the job on schedule. His crew were hardworking and professional and went above and beyond the call of duty, e.g. repairing downspouts they found to have been inadequately laid beneath the pre-existing driveway. Kevin was there the whole time supervising and working. The project turned out great. The job timing could have been derailed because the city was also paving roads in several subdivisions. The road-paving schedule could have caused a conflict. Kevin worked this out with the city so our job could be done as promised. After two years of being stood-up for months by other suppliers, I really appreciated working with a company as reliable and professional as O'Leary concrete. I would certainly work with Kevin and his crew again.

Kevin O'Leary arrived on time to discuss the job. He showed me photographs of other work he had done. This was very helpful, since I found the exposed aggregate there. Kevin and his crew arrived early on the scheduled day. Everything went beautifully. When there was a question, Kevin discussed it with me. For example, I wanted a slightly wider curve from the walkway to the driveway. Kevin and his crew are the ultimate professionals, as other reviews have noted. I am so grateful to Kevin, his crew, and the other Angie's list reviewers for leading me to them. Since the completion of the job, so many neighbors and friends have told me how beautiful my new driveway and walks are! O'Leary Concrete is absolutely the best!

They removed the garage floor by cutting it up with a concrete saw and removed it with a small walk behind bobcat. There was zero dust and no damage to anything in the garage. They cut it up one afternoon and poured the floor the next morning. They then Jack hammered the driveway, removed it with a bobcat, brought in gravel and graded it, and installed the forms and rebar before quitting for the day. They started pouring the driveway at 6:30 the next morning and were gone by 11 AM. Kevin has a team of 7 guys, so the work flowed smoothly with no downtime or delays. The guys were enthusiastic, hard workers, so there was no sitting around on this job! The total time for the job was 2 days. They cleaned up everything, used lots of plywood sheets to avoid damage to the lawn, and filled in with topsoil when the forms were removed. The job was done to perfection and looks better than any concrete job I have ever seen. I was particularly impressed with how meticulous they were in insuring that every inch of the driveway met or exceeded the specification thickness. Kevin O'Leary is obviously a real perfectionist and he was personaly on the job the entire time.

Kevin and his crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, efficient, professional and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our new driveway and sidewalk. Driveways are a big investment and while we weren't thrilled with writing that large of a check, we felt like Kevin delivered a great product. Our crumbling driveway was cleared away without a trace and replaced with a pristine one in two quick mornings. We also decided to have the driveway sealed to protect our investment and are glad we did. It looks great and everyone who worked with us was pleasant and helpful.

Kevin O'Leary and his crew did a excellent job on the installation of our new driveway. They began the job on the agreed upon date. The old driveway was torn out and hauled away on Day 1, and the new one installed on Day 2. Each day they arrived at the expected time. Kevin has a very good crew, polite, efficient and professional. The amount of work accomplished over the two days was impressive. Clean up was as expected. Kevin is obviously serious amount his business and the quality of his services. I would recommend them to anyone seeking this type of work.

Oleary concrete delivered everything they promised and more! Kevin's team is punctual, professional, efficient, and the quality of work is outstanding! We have received several compliments on the work from our neighbors as well as many inquiries from people who now want him to do their concrete! I would absolutely use him in the future!

O'Leary Concrete is amazing! They will always be our concrete guy. They were all super professional, extremely personable, and obviously knew what they were doing! Kevin actually shows up (unlike other contractors--we had 4 no shows!!) and is there on the job to oversee and work on the job site. All of his workers are extremely skilled and professional. The outcome is better than I even expected. Yes, $9,000 is a big chunk of change, but so worth it when the job is don't correctly, punctually, and proudly. That's something else I noticed about Kevin and his team. They are EXTREMELY proud of their work and proudly stamp their name on any work they do, which they should... (They don't literally stamp their name on their work. haha) I was overly excited and obviously showed it, and Kevin and his team went right along with my excitement. You seriously won't go wrong with this team for any of your concrete needs. HIRE THEM! DO IT! We will again in the future for sure!

I cannot say enough positive things and Kevin and his team! Kevin was quick to respond after my initial contact via e-mail, and he gave me a quote and written contract on the same day he came out to the house to look at the job. Luckily, he was able to fit us into his schedule the very next week, but after seeing what he and his crew can do, I would definitely recommend him even if he is backlogged on jobs. Busy contractors are busy for good reason because they perform quality work! The new patio looks absolutely stunning, and O'Leary's attention to detail is remarkable!

We were not able able to go ahead with the work planned at this time, but due to his professional response and handling of the situation I would call him back in a minute to set up more work. This kind of professionalism is very hard to find and I would definitely recommend him - A plus !

Kevin and his crew showed up on time each day and completed the work in a very professional manner and also made suggestions about how to best situate the replacement steps to avoid future water pooling problems. They cleaned the site each day and were careful to avoid damaging adjacent lawn areas.

The work was excellent. My driveway looks like new! Kevin and his professional staff were skilled and friendly. Very happy. Highly recommend.

Patio installation went well and turned out better than expected. Kevin was prompt and professional. I dealt directly with Kevin throughout the process. I first contact O'leary in February, wanting to get a jump on the spring rush. Kevin immediately returned my call and arrive at my house promptly at scheduled time. We planned for earlier May prior to having my yard mulched, giving me enough time to have my Sprinkler system move because some of the lines would have run under the new patio. Due to the wet spring, the sprinkler service was having a tough time completing the work. Kevin and his crew were patient and kept us on the schedule. The Patio is awesome and I received lots of complements from friends and neighbors who have enjoyed and adult beverage or two with me on it. I would certainly recommend O'leary

I am rating for professionalism and responsiveness because this was the first company to call me back out of 5 that I called so far. All were highly rated and all said they did steps on their Angie's list page. I had left messages with the others and have yet to hear a word from any of them. Kevin mentioned that others likely are not taking smaller jobs either, which could be why they have not returned my messages. I consider not returning messages rather unprofessional. He said he could do the job for me, but said he would have to charge me $4500 to do it, which is quite a bit more than it should cost, but it is due to how he is running his projects and needs to pay his guys. While I still don't understand why small jobs are not attractive to companies (maybe combine them into a day's work to make the money desired?), at least Kevin was professional and phoned me to let me know. If I ever have a larger job, I will ask O'Leary Concrete for an estimate - the companies who did not return my calls will not get a call from me in the future.

Kevin and his crew were great from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable about his work, is friendly and enthusiastic, and most importantly, treats every job as important, as many others claim to do, but do not. He was prompt in returning phone calls, helped us select a colored concrete that complements our house, and employed a professional, experienced crew. I chose Kevin originally because of a referral from a friend who is a stickler for quality, to say the least, and he was very pleased with the work Kevin did. For this kind of expenditure, you want someone who pays attention to detail and does what he says he's going to do. You could probably get a cheaper quote from another contractor, but like almost everything, you get what you pay for, and since replacing a sidewalk, porch and steps is a long term deal, paying a little extra is definitely worth it for the very high quality job we received. I'd call him again in a second for any other jobs we may have in the future.

Kevin took time to discuss what we wanted and made good suggestions about shape & color of new patio. Arrived on time on scheduled date and completed the work in the scheduled three days. Moved all debris and fresh concrete in small motorized carts that went from the curb to the back yard on sheets of plywood to prevent damage to the lawn. Covered windows with plywood during tear out so no worry about broken glass. Covered the side of the house with plastic while pouring new concrete to catch any spatter. Finished patio is absolutely beautiful.

It went GREAT!!!. We live in an old neighborhood where we are only 15 feet (if that) away from our neighbor. He did not have a lot of room to work with. Due to the property line, he had to take out the old driveway (and not take out more than was originally there) then remove a large hump that was causing access issues, then pour concrete in the same exact area. In addition, we was able to work very close to a deck and ensure that our drainage issues were fixed. It went amazingly well and fast. He said it would take up to 4 days and they were done in basically 2 days about 1/2 a day each. He is great at communication before, during and after the job. My husband was very happy in the fact that he ensured that before they poured, etc we had input just in case there was an issue. The concrete looks amazing and today (baring any weather issues) they are going to seal it. We had a few different people come to quote the job and Kevin was right in the middle which I feel is where you usually get the best bang for your money. Too cheap and I feel they are hiding something... too expensive and you waste your money. Kevin was good priced and I would use him again if we needed any concrete work. My only comment is that we did not know about the additional costs of sealing. the good news was he did not just assume and add it on but rather gave us the opportunity to do it ourselves if we wanted to save the cost. In the end we went with him. . This is just as much our fault since I never asked prior to the job being executed. Other than that everything was amazingly great.
