I found O'Leary Concrete on Angie's List and called to get an estimate back in March, and Kevin -the owner- came out that very day to look at what I wanted done. He asked lots of questions to make sure he knew what I wanted, inspected the old porch, steps, and walk-way, answered all of my many, many questions, and gave me an estimate that day. After accepting his proposal, I was put on the schedule for mid-July. My project took 4 days total to complete. Kevin and his crew arrived on day #1 bright and early, right at 6:30 am, to get in the days work before the expected rain and storms came. Right from the start, Kevin and his crew were so very personable and also professional. Building the forms/framework for my new porch, steps, and walk-way was much more detail-oriented and labor-intensive than I would have ever imagined! Kevin and his crew were extremely particular about getting the form-work "just right" - even ripping out the forms for the steps and doing it over because it wasn't exactly how they wanted it!!! Day #2 involved finishing the forms and building up the walk-way which had "sunken" over the years, causing a lot of standing water.........and then more rain came. Day #3 was a beautiful day. Kevin and his crew arrived shortly after 6:00 am and the concrete truck came before 7:00 am. The concrete was poured, then stamped, and then later that day, the form-work was removed. Day #4 involved staining the concrete, and then applying the sealer. I simply could not be any happier with the finished product! My new porch, steps, and walk-way are simply beautiful, even changing the look of my house for the better! Kevin and his crew demonstrated honesty and integrity in several ways throughout the entire job and I appreciated that more than they could ever know. I believe that is so very important when working with someone. Throughout the entire process, Kevin consistently asked me questions about the process to "make sure we were on the same page." He and his crew were always up-front about anything that came up throughout the entire job. Kevin was also there, on-site and available, working with the crew throughout this process. The entire crew were such very hard workers, who also kept a sense of humor during the workday. It made working with them so very nice. The work they completed for me made their talents "shine" and it is very easy to see that they all take sincere pride in the work they do and the way in which they do it! I would definitely use O'Leary Concrete again, without hesitation. Simply put......Kevin and his crew are just such very nice guys who are very, very, very good at what they do, who work with honesty & integrity, and give you a beautiful, quality finished-product!!! :)

Very punctual, professional crew, they work very well together. They tell you upfront what they are going to do each day, and they do the work and it looks great. They worked hear 2 days, and were in and out in a timely fashion. He helped us save money on sealing the driveway, by doing it ourselves. Told us how to apply the sealant and when to put it down. We were very happy with the results and looks of the driveway.

Promptly returned call and arranged time to come out. Did come out on time for quote. Quickly assessed that job was too large / complex and that it was not the right fit for their company. Would have still appreciated a more detailed quote for driveway despite not being able to do patio but did give a quick ballpark. Appreciated they were honest about scope of their work.

After finding O'Leary Concrete listed as #1 and reading a lot of all the positive reviews, I decided to call and ended up contracting with Kevin last fall. He came to my home, surveyed the site, asked what I wanted done, measured, and gave me an estimate on the spot, advising that it would be next spring before the new driveway job could be done. I was OK with that because winter was coming on. So Kevin called to set up a tentative date in March. And then the rains came...and came some more! Finally, the weather outlook was good and the job commenced on Thursday, June 11th at 0630...maybe even before the rooster woke up! After much measuring to verify all that was to be done, he further explained to me exactly how it was all going to come together asking me more questions to be sure he did what I wanted done. He and his team got to work and by 1300, the whole thing was ready for concrete to be poured (early again) on Friday as they cleaned up the site and departed for the day. As promised, the whole gang showed up early and got the concrete show on the "road"....poured into the forms and "swirl" finished very nicely, once again in a timely fashion. In what seemed like no time at all, the concrete had set well enough so that the forms came off, the last of the minor finish work done, the site cleaned up, and the crew had it all wrapped up. In 2014, the owner attempted to fix my driveway by grinding it down to the aggregate and coloring it. He said that the grind down would fix the problem - it did not. In March 2015 after the winter, my driveway was crumbling again. I spoke with the owner at that time, he inspected my driveway & agreed that it was bad concrete and needed to be replaced. He scheduled 8/17/15 and was apologetic about the delay, but said he "needed to make some money first." On 6/3/15, I received a text message from Kevin O'Leary stating that there was nothing more he could do for me. When I called him the next day and asked about the replacement date of 8/17/15 that he had scheduled. He just kept repeating that he was "done" with me and my driveway & there was nothing that he was going to do. 3. Have you made at least one attempt to contact the provider regarding your complaint? I gave this company a great review in August 2013, & here is the way it turned out. I have sent the following complaint to the Better Business Bureau: O'Leary Concrete replaced my driveway in Aug/2013. It looked great when it was finished. After the winter, in March 2014 I noticed that the driveway was crumbling. I contacted the owner Kevin O'Leary & he came out to inspect the driveway. Kevin got the concrete vendor to pay to have the crumbling ground out and to color the driveway. Kevin assured me that this would fix the problem. It did not, in March of this year, the driveway was crumbling again. Kevin came out to inspect & he agreed with me that it needed to be fixed. Kevin gave me a date of 8/17/15 & said that he was a man of his word & would replace the driveway. I received a text message from Kevin yesterday that stated there was nothing more he could do for me. When I called him today to remind him of the 8/17/15 date to replace my driveway. He stated that he was "done" with me and my driveway & that he had no intentions of fixing/repairing/replacing my driveway, because it had been well over a year since it was installed. This is true, the driveway was installed in August/2013 & I honestly believe that he had the concrete ground out and colored in 2014 to put me out past the year guarantee.

I found Kevin and his team great to work with, professional, and they answered all my questions. Shortly after contacting Kevin he came out to give a quote and was hopeful to squeeze me into late fall. Due to weather, I was rescheduled for spring. I appreciated that he wasn't willing to risk the concrete not curing correctly by doing it too late in the fall/winter. Both days of the job the workers were there on time, and ready to work. Kevin was also at the job site both days. They really do care about doing the job right. Lots of measuring and rechecking that things are set as they should. They also take away the old concrete so I didn't have to figure out what to do with that. I love the look of the driveway, walk, and porch. I've even had compliments from the neighbors. I like the extra step of giving each square a framed look.

The owner came out to look at the patio and gave us a quote, which was a reasonable one. He gave a date in which they would come back for the project. They were then able to come out sooner than planned. The day of the project six guys including the owner were there bright and early to start. They were able to break up the old patio and lay the new one in 5-6 hours, I was very impressed. They did an amazing job. We have had so many people compliment our new patio.

From the initial contact through completion, everything went well. Very quick on providing bid, follow-up on work schedule and quality of work was great! Appreciated the responsiveness of Kevin on questions via text message. Made it very convenient to communicate with him!

Went well- sealer had some bubbles, but they came back immediately to fix.

All the guys were very friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and efficiently and it looks wonderful!

O?Leary Concrete is one of the best contractors I have ever observed. They replaced my much-aged, average-sized driveway in under eight hours. The owner-led crew of six was meticulous in everything they did and efficient throughout their work. Even the sod was replaced after the concrete framing boards were removed, leaving hardly any gaps. It was a pleasure to watch such a well-synchronized crew with everyone having assigned duties at all times. The owner, Kevin O?Leary, is a no-nonsense type of person who promises great results and delivers. He is proud of the work his crew does and rightly so. I would recommend O?Leary Concrete without hesitation.

We contacted Kevin in the spring of 2014 for an initial estimate at our new home. He was very responsive and showed up on time and provided a price on the spot and followed up with a formal quotation via email. We received many other quotes. Kevin's price was in the mid-range and he provided more detail about the work to be done than any other contractor we had out. We were not ready to do the work at that time, but knew that we would be going with him when we were ready. Kevin followed up with us several times to check in after that. When we were ready for the work in February 2015, Kevin came out and looked at the site again and provided us with another quote as we had increased the scope of work. The price was very fair for the amount of work to be completed. After several delays because of weather, we had Kevin and his crew out to perform the work in April 2015. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They took great care to lay plywood in our yard as to not ruin the grass. The work was completed right on time and just as Kevin had discussed with us. The patios look fabulous and we could not be any happier. We would not hesitate to recommend O'Leary to our friends and family. If we are ever in need for concrete work again, we will definitely be contacting Kevin.

I am very happy with the finished product. Kevin kept me informed of scheduling issues as their work is so depentent on the weather. So while our project started later than when first scheduled, I always felt that I knew what they were working towards. The crew showed up on time both days that they were working our project. Kevin was here to answer any questions that we had. The whole crew was seemed very friendly and wanting to do an excellent job.

I got his name through Angie’s List. He did a good job. The service was good. Three or four workers came out to do the service. He was very prompt. Everything was as scheduled. They showed up on time. The workers were good.

The owner, Kevin O'Leary, is very professional and courteous. He is on site for the work with his team. They arrived exactly on time, but had to postpone tearing out old drive because the dump truck broke down on its way to site. they were all back the next day, did job seamlessly, and provided high quality final product. He even helped us out an placed PVC conduit under driveway prior to pouring for outdoor lighting needs.

We had known from the day we bought our house that we would need to replace the concrete in our front yard. Kevin communicated very well throughout the process and was very clear with us what he would and would not do (he focuses on concrete). He guiding us through color selection and was great telling us what would last (it turns out that some colors are applied, not mixed into the concrete) and was patient as we decided on colors. He was also helpful making sure that we coordinated with other workers (such as the masons doing brick work). We originally hoped to get the concrete work done in November but the weather didn't cooperate. When the weather was right in March, Kevin brought a large crew of workers, all of whom were courteous and professional, and got the job done very quickly (less than 2 days). While they were doing the work they were very careful not to get concrete on the existing brickwork or remaining concrete and they cleaned everything up very thoroughly. By the time the crew was done we asked ourselves why we didn't do it sooner. While O'Leary isn't the cheapest concrete contractor we feel like we got what we paid for and are very happy with our choice. We give O'Leary Concrete our highest recommendation.

My front concrete porch had detached from my house pulling the brick sill with it, and the sidewalk was sunken. Kevin and his crew arrived right on time, and immediately explained everything they were going to do. Once he verified that I understood everything the crew went right to work on the job. In less than 6 hours they had the work finished and everything cleaned up. They were extremely detailed with the concrete finish, and the replacement of the sod on the side of the walkway. I am extremely impressed with the quality of their workmanship. You can really tell the crew is very skilled, and they like their work and their employer. I am an extremely hard customer to please, and O'Leary's tools and processes are very efficient, and virtually no damage was done to my lawn and landscaping.

They pressured washed and sealed 2,600+ square feet of concrete driveway, patio and sidewalks. They put up caution tape to protect access. They were prompt, thorough and professional. The person who did the work was friendly and thanked us for using them. Price was approximately $1,000 less than other estimates but their quality was excellent. They schedule up quick, so get on their calendar as soon as you decide to hire them.

Kevin and his crew of 7 arrived on time and in 2 days took our gravel driveway which was a large ugly eyesore and made it a wonderful addition to our property. Kevin and his highly skilled crew performed all taskes that one would expect to occur for a quality finished product. They are all very professional and great bunch of guys. I was home while they worked and felt at ease to go about my business while they did theirs. Communication with Kevin and his crew was extremely easy and that is not something that I can say is always the case when dealing with service providers at my home. We will be calling on him again for a future patio renovations.

Kevin O'Leary and his crew were consummate professionals. They were punctual, professional, friendly, and very hard working. They poured us a new stamped, stained concrete patio. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves each day. It is absolutely beautiful. We can not say enough nice things about Kevin and his employees. Their work was impeccable. We would gladly use them in the future and recommend them to anyone. We plan to call on him to help with the maintenance of the patio.

Kevin and his crew installed a new concrete driveway for us. They did a great job.The whole crew arrived promptly at 7 AM in the morning to begin their work. The entire job was completed by 4 PM. I was very impressed with the crew?s teamwork, skill and attention to detail.

O'Leary Concrete was exceptional in delivering a beautiful driveway and in causing minimal disruption to the yard and landscaping around the work area. The crew worked hard always. Communication was exceptional from owner down to the every single person on the crew. It was a treat to watch them work. Kevin, the owner, has a finely tuned work process and ethic that can't help but deliver success with each project they complete. Wish he had a brother in construction! Did I mention? They were EARLY to the job site each day.

Kevin did the estimate and details of what would be done. He answered additional questions by phone or email. This was in the fall and it would be July until I was on the schedule. It was my responsibility to have a drainage pipe under the drive inspected, utilities marked and to get the permits. Kevin was very cooperative with both of the latter. Work started early in the day. Rain may change the schedule. The actual work was fast with the asphalt removed and the forms and steel reinforcement in place before noon for the inspection. The concrete was poured by noon on day two. The crew is amazing and the work is like a choreographed dance. Kevin was on site and very involved in the work. It is recommended that you do not have cars on the new concrete for 30 days but a minimum of 14 days at least. Our house is on a busy street but the crew managed this well. There was no lawn damage and clean up was excellent. Credit cards are not accepted for payment. A month after the pouring we had the driveway sealed. We have had one crack which Kevin checked the day we found it. Two of our neighbors, family, and friends have commented on the improved appearance. We are very happy with the job.
