O'Leary concrete is absolutely top notch. They were very responsive and super helpful. Once we agreed on a price, he told me what i could expect and when they would arrive. They were at our house at 6:30am sharp and started at 7:00am. You could set your clock to them. The work is first class all the way. They know what they are doing. You will be very pleased with every interaction with them. Kevin is very particular and he takes pride in doing great work. I can't recommend them enough! Someone who actually tells you exactly what they are going to do and then actually does it. Excellent!

Didn't use O'Leary, but was impressed. Came out same day. After looking at the very large patio I was planning he told me that concrete would not be a good idea and why. He could have made a lot of money, but it would not have went well after he left and he told me so. I appreciated his honesty and will use O'Leary next time I need concrete.

Kevin and crew did a great job. Large rear load drive was torn out and replaced with concrete drive and sealed. Job was completed on time and Kevin is one of the few contractors I have dealt with that actually communicates proactively so everyone is on the same page throughout the process

We are very happy with our experience with O'Leary Concrete. From beginning to end, Kevin and the company were great to work with. Kevin came out and gave us a fair bid for the job. It wasn't the cheapest, and it wasn't the most expensive. We booked a date, and he kept us informed along the way. They were actually able to come a week ahead of time! Kevin continually kept us informed on the progress of the job. The guys worked quickly and efficiently. The couple of guys I spoke with her friendly and knowledgeable about the work. It took two days and they cleaned up when they were finished. We are very happy with the product and service so far.

The work was scheduled for two days at the end of June. The Thursday before the work was set to begin, Kevin and his team came out and laid the job out. I was told that they would be here at 6:30 am on Monday to begin the job, and that they thought it would only take 1 day to complete. They arrived promptly at 6:30 am, dug out the gravel, built the frames and regraded the array that would not be poured with the gravel the dug out. They spread the gravel not needed for around the concrete over low places in the rest of the driveway. The pour was completed shortly after 12 p. Once the concrete had set to the point that the frames could be removed, they removed them, cleaned up and left, only to return a few hours later to spray seal the concrete. I have the most beautiful concrete portion of driveway I could ever hope for! One thing that really impressed me was that Kevin suggested I consider doing the rest of my driveway in asphalt since it is more easily sloped for drainage. I know it is also less expensive, but I still plan on having O'Leary pour the rest of my driveway. They were great!

The job went well. Kevin is super responsive, answers all questions, shows up on time and does what he says he will do. That is rare these days. Not to mention, the job was incredibly well done. Neighbors have commented on how beautiful it looks. Would recommend O'Leary Concrete any day.

We are very pleased with the job Kevin and his crew did. Kevin came to our house to give an estimate back in the spring and got us on the schedule. The contract outlined what the job entailed and how much time was involved: two days. The week before, Kevin emailed us to confirm the scheduled date. He and his crew arrived on time (6:30 a.m.)and immediately went to work. They clearly have worked together for years because they work as an efficient, well-coordinated team. By early afternoon, when they left, the asphalt was cleared away and the bottom half of the concrete poured. They returned the next day and finished the job. They were prepared for rain and laid plastic over the newly poured concrete. Our driveway looks terrific: smooth and beautifully finished. The crew were very friendly, worked hard and cleaned up before leaving. Kevin corrected some slight issues caused by the installation of an outside drain and we appreciate that, too. Great job, great service.

They refused to take the job because of the "possible" work involved repairing the concrete under the terracotta on our front stoop. It is a small area and may not have needed to be replaced but the person who gave us the estimate didn't want the bother or hassle of the job. We don't understand why a business that advertises concrete repair turned it down. Oh well, another company gets the job and our money.

Before contacting Kevin at O'Leary concrete, I had attempted to get estimates from other concrete contractors in the area with lackluster results due to slow response or lack of ability for them to produce an estimate for the work. I called Kevin in December of 2016 and met with him within a couple of days of our first call. He wanted to meet with me the next day but I was out of town so we met upon my return. He arrived on time for our first meeting and I found his punctuality to be constant throughout the timeline of the project. Both Kevin and his guys were always on time or early for every meeting I had with them and when they were performing the work for the job. We discussed the parameters of the work. He then assessed the area, made his measurements and notes and then we discussed what made sense and what did not. From this discussion we agreed on the best way to proceed. Due to the time of year he told me that the concrete work could not begin until April 2017 at the earliest but that the retaining wall could be tackled at some point during February or March. Around mid-February he contacted me and we discussed scheduling. We worked around the weather and then him and his crew showed up to construct the new retaining wall and pour the coping walls. The work proceeded smoothly during a five day period where they removed teh old walls, widened the driveway and installed the new wall with drainage lines behind them. The attached picture shows the beautiful Allen block wall that they installed. As April approached, we scheduled the driveway install. On the scheduled day, they arrived early the first day to regrade the existing driveway and install the forms. The second day, they arrived early and had the driveway poured and finished by noon. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Kevin and his crew. They were a pleasure to work with and I would use them again without hesitation.

Kevin Oleary and his crew are extremely professional and meticulous in their work. Kevin was personally involved in every step, from demolition to pouring to concrete stamping. Kevin’s quote was highly competitive and he delivered on every point, and made helpful suggestions. I recommend O'Leary Concrete for anyone looking to do a concrete project. Kevin is a great guy and has a fantastic crew. I changed plans 3 times prior to actually doing the project. Each time I called Kevin O'Leary and he was at my house the next day to go over plans. We finally landed on a plan and he and his crew executed exactly how we wanted it. They were really friendly with my family while doing the work and made sure to clean up when they were done. I have an extremely steep driveway and had a few bids for the project, O'leary Concrete was not the cheapest but completely stood out when it came to Service/Standards/Professionalism. Kevin provided. I decided to go with them and am very happy I did. Kevin was thorough with communication, details, timing, etc. He is your guy for your next project!

Mr. O'Leary told me that my driveway is okay for 2-3 years; that the garage floor only needs sealing; and that the front porch would best be improved by concrete paint. I was highly impressed by Mr. O'Leary's honesty and professionalism. It was incredibly refreshing to deal with a service provider who told me that I did not at this time need his services! When I do, however, I will definitely be calling O'Leary Concrete!

The team did a fantastic job. They were highly professional and made sure my yard was not impacted by their equipment-which was difficult since it had been pouring rain the days leading up to the work. I would definitely hire them again.

The whole process from start to finish with Kevin and his crew was great! They are extremely professional, great at communication and delivered exactly what we talked about. This project was the foundation to a much larger project. There were specifics on placement, design, drainage angles, where to pour footings for a pavilion that is now being installed and what colors go where. A lot of moving parts. They built the forms on-site, custom to our project. We personally verified each measurement and angle before they poured. The entire O'Leary crew worked with us and the other professionals involved, as a team. And as a bonus, we have had warm weather in February and this part of the project was able to be completed ahead of schedule. This is actually the second time we have worked with Kevin and his crew. They are by far, one of the most professional crews we have ever worked with. Highly recommend!

Kevin was very responsive quickly returning my call, getting me a written quote, and following up to answer my questions. His crew arrived on time and the work performed was excellent and in the time they estimated. No debris was left behind. We are very pleased with the job performed and would recommend to others without hesitation. One note, they like to start early in the morning, so be prepared for the trucks to arrive by 6:30 am and jack hammering to start by 7:00 am.

It went great. If there were two words to describe my experience with O'leary Concrete, it'd be quality and professionalism. Kevin O'leary's team was skilled and you could tell that they knew what they were doing. Kevin was very clear about the parameters of the job and he worked to accommodate my needs for the project.
