The technician's name was Tracy. He was prompt and courteous. He explained what he did and why. He put my mind to rest about the condition of my septic system. He gave me great advise on how to maintain it, that I was not aware of. The price was great. The service was so much better than I had received previously. I would certainly recommend Mote's to family, friends, any one with a septic, and will call them again.

I called Rob Wednesday afternoon for the very first time. His wife called me back promptly less than two hours later. Rob came out less than 24 hours later on Thursday and mowed the lawn. I was very pleased with their professionalism, the quality of service and the reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him. I'm planning on setting up another appointment next week ;-)

Rob (Buchman) was extremely professional. He returned calls promptly, showed up as scheduled, and did an outstanding job for a reasonable price! I have a corner lot with 7 large maple trees. When the crew was finished, my yard was as leaf free as possible (considering there are still a few leaves left on the branches). I will definitely use Mote's services again, probably to help prepare planting beds (lifting sod, tilling). Thanks!

I contacted them to clear leaves from my yard and remove some tree branches. They responded quickly and did a great job at a fair price. I will contact them again at the end of the season for a final clean up.
