Provided a good job, but lacked attention to detail. Left weeds under mulch and didn't pull them out as promised. Left a pile of debris in the side yard.

The technician parked illegally on the wrong side of the road. When I called the owner they said no big deal. Please think before you hire a contractor which is willing to break the law to perform a contracted service. If an accident was to happen, the party which hired the law breaking company could be held responsible to. If this company is willing and sees nothing wrong with breaking a parking sign law, how many other laws will the break???

The price was really good and the old saying, "You get what you pay for." I had a lot of crabgrass and nutsedge this year and I asked them if they took care of that and they said they do but you have to pay another fee to take care of that kind of grass and it would cost like $99. So, I went back with the previous because they offered me a pretty good price which included killing the weeds, nutsedge and crabgrass. They did a good job as far as the fertilizing. We asked the person who came out if she could spray for weeds and she said it was too hot to spray for weeds so she didn't do it and I ended up with more weeds. The price is excellent if you are just looking for someone to do lawn fertilization. They told me when they would be out and they were out. I had to call a couple of times and then they finally got back with me.

Contacted this company from a referral. They came out and gave a quote for service plan that I signed up for. They did the initial service and then I never saw or heard from them again. I contacted them to ask when they would do the next round of treatment twice, the operator said they were doing their round and should be coming to my home any day, but they never came. I never officially discontinued service with them, but they never showed up anyway: not in the late fall and not this spring. I guess they are too busy making too much money elsewhere to bother servicing my lawn or to even give me a courtesy call. I would also add that the one service they did do was not good. I could tell by the tire makrs in the lawn that they seemed to quickly and haphazardly do a quick oncearound by back yard rather than in a dexcrenable pattern that would ensure proper even coverage. And whatever they were spreading around got all over my flowers leaving holes and burns on the leaves, and was flung all over my driveway and sidewalk. I had to clean it up myself. If you want consistant lawn treatment that you are looking for from a professional, don't go to these guys.

Things started out promising when we first contacted Louiso. They came out as promised to look at the project area and promptly provided a quote. After that, it's been radio silence. We have called them to discuss a few changes to the quote and to get the work scheduled. He had said (in March) that he could do the work at the beginning of May, but that was the last we heard from him. We tried to reach out, but with no response. It is now mid- may, and we are looking to get someone else to do the job. What is most bothersome, is that we are seeing promotions listed specifically to our subdvision for special offers from Louiso. I have a hard time with the fact that they are out there offering specials, but ultimately won't call back!

I started to write all the details of our horrible experience with Louiso's Lawn Care but to list ALL of the details of how this company failed was too extensive and exhausting. I decided that it would be best to keep it simple. In the past 20 years of hiring contractors, repairmen, laborers, journeymen, etc. both professionally and privately, I have NEVER experienced worse service!! The office staff was completely unprofessional, rude, hostile, and incompetent! The sales staff made promises they either couldn't or wouldn't deliver. The crews that came to our home showed up days late, without the right equipment or broken equipment. The quality of the work they did was so poor we have had to hire another company to repair the damage they did to our yard and to finish the rest of the job they neglected to do. They lied about providing services they never did or completed. When Contacting the main office in regards to our service they could of cared less and essentially told us to take it or leave it . So I will take my business elsewhere and be certain that I do not let any friends, neighbors, or Angie's List subscribers make the same very costly, very frustrating mistake I did. With all of the lawn care and landscaping companies in Cincinnati who are willing and able to provide excellent service at a reasonable price their is no reason why anyone should ever use Louiso's Lawn Care again-Save yourself from this miserable experience! In fact. hiring the neighbor's 13 year old son will undoubtedly be less stressful and produce better results or better yet do it yourself, in the long run it will cost less and couldn't possibly have worse results than Louiso's Lawn Care!

Did not do the work to my expectations. Will not used the lawn service again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Landscaping is mediocre. Weeds growing in beds by week two. Edging is poor. Only about an inch of mulch was used on beds. Represenatives do not call back or communicate . Very dissappointed. Will not use again and would not recommend.

I have used Louiso now for two years and will be going on my third year now. The first year was an interesting year. After the second application, they stopped coming. I finally got them to call back and they said I had not paid my last invoice. Well I did, but apparently just one of them. I had them apply fertilizer and grub control and they did it at the same time. Instead of putting two charges on one invoice, they had given me two invoices. I only saw the one and paid it. But no one ever called to ask for payment or even send another invoice. So my yard went untreated for about two months and ended up looking like heck. But they came and tried to make it right by only charging me about $100 for aerating and reseeding the lawn. By last year it was starting to look good again. I signed an agreement for two years with them. After one year they sent me another contract (higher price), but I called and said I signed a two-year agreement. So here it is April and still no application on my lawn, so I emailed them today. Most of the neighbors who have other lawn services already had their applications for the Spring season applied. No Louiso at our house yet. Had to even go ahead and spray my own weeds a few weeks ago because the weeds could not wait for Louiso and were getting out of control. At Christmas I also contracted with Louiso to service my daughter and son-in-law's lawn this year. It was a Christmas present. She called them a few weeks ago to ask when they would be coming and they came out to treat her lawn the following week. What infuriated my daughter is that the person who answered her call referred to my 30 year old adult daughter as "princess"! How disrespectful! I believe the quote was "don't worry princess we'll be out there next week." All I could do is apologize to my daughter who was very offended by the lack of respect and professionalism. So the truth is the work is satisfactory so far, the price is fair, but promptness, communication and respect is really lacking and almost nonexistent. I think my daughter is up in the air about staying with them and I am getting a bit tired of calling each year to see when they are going to come. Almost seems as if I have to remind them to service my lawn. So if things don't improve real soon, we might investigate other services at the end of the year even if they cost more.

All work was done but they never called the day prior like I requested due to dogs in yard. I had to call to find out when next treatment scheduled. Attempted to resolve by calling company. Responsive on phone but never received return phone call to discuss solution for next year. Final treatment plus aeration and overseeding not completed due to failure to call me.

I have used them in the past. I've been very pleased with them. They seem to be very effective. They seem to be on top of things and I had good customer service. They are very reasonable. They were great. I would use them in the future and I have already signed a contract for next year.

First year that I've used a lawn service to control weeds in the lawn. They treat the lawn on a regular schedule throughout the growing season.

I fired them last year. I was pretty disgusted with them. They were very behind on getting to my yard. While everyone else was getting their weeds taken care of in April, I was getting mine taken care of in September. The quality of their service was bad and their responsiveness was horrible.

They did a nice thorough job. They were very polite. The price was great. They were very friendly and respectful.

The lawn care service comes and does their job without bothering me. They are very honest and I do not have to check on them. Very professional and dependable and caring.

THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY (I CALLED 5 DIFFERENT COMPANIES) TO EVEN QUOTE THIS JOB. THEY PROVIDED A REASONABLE AND PROMPT QUOTE, SCHEDULED THE WORK WITH 2-3 WEEKS (DURING THEIR BUSY SUMMER SEASON), AND PERFORMED THE JOB QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY. IT TOOK 4 HOURS AND THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE "CRUMBS". PROFESSIONAL, FAST AND FRIENDLY.
