Description of Work: It is true what they say, go to Lee and Jack's. I bought my washer at like 2:30 Saturday and was delivered and installed by Noon on Monday. Could not have asked for a better price or turnaround time. I will definitely be back when I need more appliances.

Description of Work: My experience with them was absolutely AWESOME! We needed to buy a new dryer but didn't have a lot of money. We called Roecker & Boerger to see about a scratch & dent. A friend of ours said that we should check out Lee & Jack's in Batavia before we buy a scratch & dent. To be honest... My expectations were pretty low, thinking that this was just going to be another one of those places that sells refurbs. I pulled into the parking lot, and it was full. I thought to myself "Hmmm, this is a good sign". I walked in, and the showroom was packed with people. I started looking at things that were in my price range. Their prices were way better than some of the other places that we had talked to. I asked a few questions of a very knowledge salesperson. I made my decision very quickly and purchased a new dryer. I asked them about delivery...when I could get it, How much was the delivery charge, and how much to haul our old one away. They asked where I lived, and I told them I only lived a couple of miles away. They said that their delivery charge of $10 included delivery, set up, and haul away of the old one. Yes... only $10. and we have a second floor laundry room. I asked when I could get it, and they told me they had a truck leaving out in a few minutes, and could deliver it right away. Within an hour and a half we had clothes in the dryer, the old one gone, and we were all set. You just don't get that kind of service anymore, but it was very well received. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for quality products, competitive pricing and phenomenal customer service.

+ -1 moreSalesman was very helpful. We explained our need and gave our price range. He suggested a Maytag dishwasher which we purchased over the phone. The delivery, take away, and installation was half the cost of other applicance vendors, so we were able to buy a better unit and stay within our overall cost limit. When the dishwasher was delivered it was an Estate rather than a Maytag. Since the dishwasher was for a business and the features were similar, it was okay to make the switch. We would have preferred to know about the change beforehand.
Description of Work: Purchased dishwasher over the phone. It was delivered and installed 2 days later.

+ -1 morewe shopped around first, then were recommended to lee and jack's...we went there just for a stove, but ended up getting the matching microwave, also...then several months later, we needed a new fridge and went back...we weren't disappointed!
Description of Work: we purchased a jenn-air 5-burner gas range, a jenn-air built-in microwave that matched the range and a g.e. fridge with water purifier and ice maker in the door, all for $2,300.00...that was including delivery!! not many places you can do that!!

+ -1 moreShopping at the store was very nice. I've purchased items from Lee and Jack's before. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They told me it would be 2- 3 days before the microwave could be installed but they called the next day and set it up for that day. The workman were great, efficient and pleasant. Unfortunately, after they left we realized one of the bolts was not attached to anything. We called them back Thursday morning , but due to the weather were unable to make it, they did come promptly the following day and repaired the problem quickly. I appreciate this company's commitment to customer service and satisfaction. There are a couple of other appliances on their way out at my house, and I know I will be purchasing the replacements at Lee and Jack's

Though I have never heard about Lee and Jack, I went to see then because they were recommended to me by the people who did my new kitchen. I worked with their staff and got their prices. Their price was far better than anybody else.

They always had what I wanted in stock, if not, they get it in couple of days. The delivery and setup has been excellent. Their price is always better than any other retailer, and their customer service is very good. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

Our salesperson/owner replied promptly to our email inquiry, compared a selection of microwaves in their showroom, then helped us choose the right one for us, on sale. The installation and delivery fee was very reasonable, and less than a large retailer. The installation appointment was kept right on time, and took less than a hour. Our technician cleaned up thoroughly and took our old microwave away. The people at Lee and Jack's are professional and helpful. We plan to buy more appliances from them in the near future.

+ -1 moreThey sent out a young man to check my stove and cabinets to measure for the hood. He did so and told me that they would call me when the hood was in. After two weeks the hood came in. They came back and installed the hood for me. They were very professional, polite, and prompt. They were very reasonably priced. He even showed me how to clean my appliances so I could properly maintain them.
Description of Work: They came out and looked at my stove and cabinets and then ordered a hood that would not cause my cabinets to be altered.

Andrew and Matt were very courteous young men who were careful w/the new stainless model and just as careful when they moved our old model to the basement. Very nice people--we won't hesitate to purchase from them again. BTW, owner was unaware that previous customers had reported experiences to Angie's List.
Description of Work: On July 3, 2006, purchased Amana Bottom Freezer Refrigerator. Appliance was delivered and installed (water/ice)@ our convenience the following weekend. Option available to have old refrigerator hauled away @ no add'l expense, but instead had it moved to basement. Price included a $10.00 fuel charge but no delivery fee.
