Lee & Jack's TV & Appliances

I purchased a refrigerator from them. They were very helpful and theri prices were a couple of hundred of dollars cheaper than the big box stores. They said they would order it on Monday and that it would be in on Thurs. They delivered it on Thurs and worked with my time frame to be at my house to meet them for the delivery.

I would recommend them. We went to a number of stores looking at appliances. Across the board, all of their appliances were 25% to 30% lower in price for the same appliances. Their service staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and low-pressure. The price was A+. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would go back to Lee & Jack's TV and Appliance.

They were friendly and helpful. Steered me away from a more expensive model - and explained why it wasn't necessary. I had looked at a few other places and their price for the model I bought was the lowest.

They always give us good prices. They will pick up the old appliances and deliver the new ones. The overall experience was A+. I will continue to use this provider. I started using them 17 years ago. We have replaced other appliances over the years.

I purchased a dishwasher, microwave, microwave trim kit, refrigerator, stove, range hood, deep freeze, washer and dryer for our new home. We chose them because they are cheaper than other stores without any sales or promotions. We also like that they are a local store.

I purchased a new washer and dryer at Lee and Jack's TV and Appliance. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Delivery was prompt, and the delivery repairmen were very careful and respectful when moving the new appliances inot our home.

Lee & Jacks did a great job of communicating when we were to receive the oven/range.

They have knowledgeable sales people with fair prices, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted at a lower cost than at other stores. Professionalism on delivery/installation was great too. We had a kitchen remodeler recommend Lee and Jack's a few years ago, and every time we've needed something since then, we shop around and then always find ourselves back at Lee & Jack's. Highly recommend them!

I was looking for a combination microwave/refrigerator. The unit was for a dorm room so it needed to be compact yet large enough for a couple of students to use. L&J's customer service identified two separate models that we could combine and save money. Their follow-up was terrific also.

I bought a dishwasher. They gave me a delivery time. No one showed. I called the next day and someone came later that afternoon and was mostly unpleasant. Prices are good; sales people fine.

This is the first time that I bought an appliance via online & telephone. The lady that I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and sent me a lot of information via email. Also their price was considerably less than everywhere else we looked.

The refrigerator was a very tight fit going down the basement stairs and the delivery guys (one the owner''s son) were extremely careful and did no damage to the walls or woodwork getting the new unit down to the basement. Great job!!

The prices are excellent and they don't try to upsell you; they sell you something you can afford. Communications are excellent; they are very prompt and courteous while delivering the item. It is a completely positive experience and I will use them again in the future.

They are very service oriented. They try to get any appliance that you want or need. They have very fair pricing, and sometimes they are willing to work out deals. They are excellent. The guys that install the appliances are nice, clean and prompt. They know what they are doing and always do a great job.

They delivered it for me. I thought that their price was good and competitive. They also gave me prices over the phone which was nice.

We liked their prices as it's the best in the area. I like their attitude. They don't push high end products when not necessary. They listen and their delivery schedule is almost immediate. They can get you a product the same day.

It was a really small place, low overhead, good deal, and they had really good appliances, such as GE.

They were here and replaced the parts that were required to be replaced. They were professional. I would use them in the future.

Went well as they founded discontinued one in stock at great discount. did quickly and efficiently 12/9/11 UPDATE GE has since had a number of its fridges with control board problems. (Now they've had 5 Iterations of board redesign!). I lost an entire refrigerated area of food due to that. No warranty coverage since it was over 1 yr. factory. I like the vendor but not eager to buy another GE product in general when it has cost me several hundred dollars in lost goods and aggravation!!! Warranties used to have decent yrs., and conditions. Now some much is planned obsolence I feel and have seen.
