+ -1 moreWe bought a house a few months ago. They were supposed to come out and replace the seals on several windows. We called them about a month later because one of the windows still had a broken seal. I spoke with the owner, he said he would come out that week to look at it. Never came out. I called and left 2 messages over the next 2 weeks, he never replied and never showed up. Guess he figured he got paid and wasn't going to follow up to ensure he completed the job and did it properly.

+ -1 moreTheir services has gone very well. I have used the company for about 5-6 years. I usually work with Mr. Graham and he does great work. I enjoy working with him and he is very friendly. He knows exactly what he is doing. He can make measurements in about 5 minutes and when he comes back he can install the windows in about 10 minutes.
