In response to a lowered rating in punctuality, I can speak to delivery and ordering issues we were experiencing at the manufacturing level in September 2014. As mentioned in another Angie’s list review response that was installed a week from yours, our company was going through stressful times. The vendor issues from September of 2014 motivated me to develop a relationship with a new local vendor who agreed to keep the windows in stock. This change has streamlined the ordering process and made a difference in our business. We now have what we need, when we need it. I am glad the vendor issue has been resolved. Since the change was implemented after your window installation, I want to personally apologize for any inconvenience you had experienced as a result. Please know that we have addressed the issue and that we appreciate this valued feedback! We are a small business always hoping to improve in every way that we can.
