We had used Wayne Holtgrewe at our former house. For that job he made a front panel for our dishwasher, He stained it to match our cabinets perfectly. At this current house, since we knew the kind of work he did, we asked him to look over our kitchen needs. We knew he would give us options and not just tell us what he thought we needed. We had to fill a blank area with wall cabinets and create a desk area using 2 lower cabinets. Plus all the cabinets needed to match the existing cabinets. Having someone work in your kitchen is hard. But Wayne made it bearable. No loud radio, no cigarette smoke, no dirt tracks around the house. He always let me know what time he would be coming and about how long he would be at the house that day. Each day, they cleaned up and left the kitchen presentable. We had new cabinets made and installed several years ago. Our dishwasher was older and the cabinet maker made a panel to insert into the frame of the dishwasher door-- blending all the cabinet fronts. When our dishwasher died, we called the man who made the cabinets to see if he could make a panel for the panel- ready dishwasher we wanted to buy. He said sure and even came to the house to look at the dishwasher. Many months later, no panel. So, I called another cabinet maker and he did not want the job. Luckily, I found Wayne Holtgrewe at Desing/Build Cabinetry. He came out, took measurements, discussed the project, and took one of my cabinet doors to color match the new dishwasher front. Within 3 weeks he was back and the panel was installed. It matches the existing cabinets wonderfully and looks like it was part of the original build. I couldn't ask for anything more!
