I was difficult to get a hold of - to set the appointment - but they were very timely answering my emails. He set an appointment outside their normal hours to accommodate us. He diagnosed the problem, got the part from his van and fixed it within the hour. Works great. They made it easy.

Don was a pleasure to work with! We were having trouble with our toilet bubbling when we showered. D & P Plumbing was the only company who could give us same day service. Don came out ON TIME and worked on our main pipe to fix the issue. He also gave us advice about the pipe running to the street. Don made sure everything was working properly before he left by having us run all faucets while flushing the toilet. He also looked at our tub, which was an unrelated issue, and gave us great advice about how to keep it draining properly. All in all, my husband and I are very happy with the service and this company will be our go to plumber from here on out.

First of all, Dan is a very nice guy. We were in contact several times before my appointment. He is very in touch with the customers and I had to guess at nothing about when my appointment would be. This is unlike alot of contractors who won't answer their phone during the day and contact you 3 days later in the evening on the way to soccer practice and you are no where near your calendar. I had bought 2 hours worth of labor. I showed him what I wanted done when running the line from the basement to the refrigerator. I thought we had agreed that he would go through the drywall with the line. I was expecting a shut off box on the kitchen wall in the area where the water line was being run like our current fridge location. Instead, he ran the water line through the wood floor in the main kitchen. He had the other end of the line clamped to one of the water lines in the basement but not completely connected so I could take a look at it. I wasn't pleased with the location because the clamp was in the basement ceiling above a wall. I was afraid if there was leakage, it would run down the wall. Dan explained that the tubing only comes in 25ft lengths and he would have to connect two tubes together to get the connection over to the utility area where the water tank is located. We agreed that was the best way to do it. Dan made sure the connection was above the utility area and showed me where it was in case of any leakage when we turn the water line on. Dan also put a shut off valve by the water tank so that the line was fully connected and ready to turn on. It just took a couple of adjustments and clear communication. Now we can continue with our kitchen remodel. :)

Don from D & P was extremely helpful on a number of occasions. My husband and I had just purchased our new home and had various issues from unpleasant odors in our sump pump to a running toilet, to a leaky sink and then the need for complete replacement of our sump pump and backup units. His pricing on every occasion was perfectly reasonable and at no point did we feel he was attempting to find ways to get more money out of us. He gave advice on the various projects and when we were ready he carried through with good timing. The sump pump and backup unit replacement were the most expensive project we undertook but the pricing at 1050 covered the replacement unit, backup battery, and a couple hours of labor from Don and was spot on. We also had an issue with our water pressure and as he wasn't familiar with the system we have he recommended someone to us without hesitation.

Don took pride in his work. He owns company and has an interest in making sure that things are done properly. He looked at the list of things that needed to be completed and did them one at a time. Would definitely call him again for plumbing issues.

The owner showed up early for the appointment and stayed a little over 2 hours working on both the pipes and faucets. He did a great job and handled all of my extra requests very professionally. I would have him back in the future for additional scheduled plumbing work. Very nice to deal with.

Don arrived in time with available parts. He also stated he would work on each problem individually rather than have too many things happening at once. I prepaid for 2 hours of service to save money knowing my list of repairs would take that amount of time. He gave me a quote on a replacement part from the mfg. who he called while in my home. I decided to use his part instead of waiting for a mfg. part to arrive thus necessitating another service call. We discussed replacing a toilet if the issue could not be resolved with his suggestion to utilize vinegar to reduce calcium buildup. He gave me a price for his replacement labor for a toilet, if needed, and offered me the choice to purchase on my own or have him bring a replacement bowl. He was professional yet very friendly in his demeanor.

D & P plumbing arrived on time and had my drain open and running in 15 minutes they were very professional and did not make a mess i would have them back again

It went really well. Very honest, and genuine. I paid for two hours and when the time was running out he walked me through work that I can do myself and offered help if I run into any difficulties. There was one adjustment that he wasn't able to fix but he was willing to talk through options and ideas to get it done. He performed all the improtant work so that I can continue to make progress on my remodel and he had everything he needed to complete the service. I will refer him to everyone.

D&P Plumbing responded promptly to my first inquiry. Free estimate was provided and work scheduled when it was convenient to my schedule. He showed up on time. Got right to work. The work was completed within the time frame predicted and the cost was slightly less than the original estimate. I was not able to check the water lines for leaks however, as the city water meter is damaged and not able to be replaced by the city until a future date. Don indicated he would come back if needed once the meter is repaired and water is turned on. I would definitely use D&P Plumbing again.

I had an old rusted trap in my utility sink. They came out and worked for over an hour and couldn't fix my problem. They originally quoted me $95 but due to the issues they dropped the charge to only $40 that was classy and kind of them and it's not something you see anymore in service workers

Great service provider. He was fantastic! I didn't use all of my time and he offered to come back within the next 60-90 days, so I can use my extra hour. Would use again.

Don was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what to do to repair the problem. I had an issue after the repair. He called me back on non-business hours to determine the cause of the issue and schedule a return visit. I would definitely recommend his company.

take a picture and send it to him. I did and he let me know what the problem could be. I called him back to ask a question about pricing, and before I got off the phone he asked if my sink faucet had a pullout wand on it. It does and he told me to pull it out and see if the leak is coming from it. Sure enough it was and I tightened it up and the leak was GONE. Made my day. I thought that showed that this company really goes the extra mile if they were willing to see if that was the simple fix over the phone. I will surely be calling them up next time I have an issue!

I have never used D&P Plumbing before, but they were recommended to me by a realtor. I called and spoke with Don on a Friday. He was able to schedule the work the following Wednesday (yesterday). In addition to the 2 sink faucets he was to install, I had planned on him installing a new faucet for the bath tub. However, he made a suggestion that made that unnecessary. In doing so, he did not have to cut an access hole in the bedroom, so will not have to have the drywall repaired. I am going to be able to get a refund for the faucet/shower head replacement package that I had bought. He also replaced the trip lever for the drain in the bathtub. He arrived when he said he would be here and I was very pleased with his work. I will definitely use him again.

Arrived remarkably fast for the Friday in between Christmas and New Year's. Diagnosed issue and went out of his way to get it fixed. Such a good job that I didn't "mind" paying the bill! Thanks D & P Plumbing!

Don came early to the appointment, which worked out for me. He was very professional and courteous. I have whole house repair insurance so part of the job was covered by them, the kitchen faucet was not. Previously another plumber who is on Angie's list came out and repaired the disposal, said the faucet needed replacing, and that the clog in the bathroom was too deep and I needed rotor rooter to come out. Don felt the disposal should have been replaced last time. He did agree about the faucet. He installed the new one I had bought. He provided the new disposal since it was covered under the warranty. In the bathroom he found the problem with my husband's sink and told me how to prevent it in the future. My sink he said was from years of buildup and he used some type of electric coil to pull out the gunk. He said the clog wasn't that far down. He charged $175 to replace the faucet and the $65 required by my home insurance policy. Everything seems to be working fine. I will request him from my whole house insurance for plumbing problems.
