I found D & P on angie's list on monday afternoon. Sent them a message thru angie's list. They responded that day and fixed my sink by noon the next day. Can't find that sense of urgency most places these days. Highly recommend them!

He was very professional. When he was running late he called to let us know. Did a great job. Would recommend to anyone.

The time from first contact up to Don coming to our house was very acceptable. He was personable and courteous as he investigated the possible source of very loud whining and groaning noises coming from piping when water was turned on anywhere in our home. He indicated that the likely problem was the pressure reducing valve. He recommended the it be replaced and, due to age, he suggested (no hard sell approach) that the backflow and shutoff valves also be replaced so as to provide a completely new system. I agreed to his suggestion and upon competion the noise problems were eliminated. He was focused on his task and completed the job in a very timely manner and left the work area neat and clean. The highest praise for Don comes from what happened after he left. A day of so passed and suddenly we started to experience dwindling water flow from faucets, especially when multiple water lines were opened at the same time. I contacted Don. He was surprised but agreed to come back to check out his work, which he promply did. He examined all that he had done but could not find anything wrong that would account for the new problem. However, he decided to replace the pressure valve he had just installed with another brand new one. Despite his efforts this did not correct the water flow problem. Don recommended that we contact the local water authority and ask that they come to our house to see if there was a problem with the water supply coming into the house, which he believed to be the cause of our new issue. Several days passed before the water authority was able to come to our house but Don contacted me every day to see what, if anything, the water authority found and to offer his help and support, if needed, when talking with them. It turned out Don was correct and the water authority fixed the problem. Great customer service is clearly a priority for Don. He is professional and conscientious and I definitely recommend him to others.

Don was wonderful! He was understanding and flexible about our appointment time (working around the delivery of our new range), cheerful, and perfectly professional. Then I called him again, in a panic, hours after he had left - and he came back the next morning to fix something that the installer (from Home Depot) had screwed up. A-plus.

Don notified me a day or so after I purchased the $199 toilet install deal on Angie's List. He was able to schedule the job on a day that I was already home from work, which was convenient for me. He arrived at the appointed time, was professional, clean, and got the job done quickly (installed in less than an hour). I am happy with the results and would use this company in the future.

Everything went very well. I really like Don, who is personable, professional, and really tries to solve problems for you. He was very honest and explained everything about my options and the potential steps and complications that each one would entail, which I appreciated; some providers just inform you what they would do and don't really explain. It turned out that given the problems with removing my vanity, I'm not going to have it done right now, but that's not a reflection on Don. I will definitely be calling him when the time is right, and for any other plumbing needs we might have until then!

was able to do repair on same day when toilet broke on the day before many guests would be arriving from out of town. So professional that I purchased a BIG DEAL from this provider later.

The installation was perfect. We used a DEAL coupon which stated "removal of existing toilet" as part of the service. It was a little ambiguous on the meaning. When I purchased the coupon I thought it meant removing the old one from the premise. It meant dismantling the old one before replacing the new one. There was an additional charge of $42.00 for removing it. We did have to cover the cost of a seal, etc., the total additional cost came to $60. The plumber, after looking at the printed out deal said it was kinda confusing in the interpretation. Would we use them again...YES. While he was here ihe also explained the drip in the shower and how to fix it with specific instructions on what not to do. We will attempt this on our own with his suggestions. If he hadn't mentioned some of the issues in replacing the cartridge we would have probably stripped something and been left with a terrible mess, including ripping out a wall to correct the problem.

Provider was prompt in returning initial contact call for service. He made contact on day of service to advise of arrival time. He completed job in a professional and timely manner. Provider was friendly yet polite while in my home. I would certainly use his services again.

The job took about two hours, the guys cleaned up afterwards and now I have great drainage!

The job went smoothly and quickly. I have scheduled the next part of the job for the week after next, but have no doubt that it will go as smoothly as the last part.

The service was great. I think maybe there was a part I had to buy, but it was a small amount. They were quick, efficient, helpful, and polite. I guess I would have taken his other Deal, but he told me to do that next time.

Company offered coupon for 2 hours of plumbing work for $125. After I paid and tried to set an appointment, they told me there would also be a $79 (or something along those lines) service fee. I cancelled. I also suggested to them they should tell people about the extra service fee upfront, but they said it wasn't possible.

He tried to get a drain open, but was unable. He said that I needed a whole new drain for the tub/ drain for sink/ and overflow. He sounded knowledgeable. The estimate was for $1750.00. There was no credit that was applied for the labor on the estimate, which is what I thought I paid for. He did make 2 trips to the house, because I had to adjust some things for him to view what he needed.

We used this company due to the Big Deal offered and they were also local. The Big Deal was just for the service call, once here we stillhad to pay for the labor and parts.They replaced a faucet seal, the cost seemed high but they were responsive, prompt, and professional. And they did fix the leak.

Replacing the sink drains was quite difficult in that removing the stubborn existing drains was not easy. That was a tough job that I could not have done. The toilet repair and unstopping the sink were relatively straight forward. I am very pleased with the work and on time scheduling. Will definitely use again.

The warranty company sent them out to fix a leak in our ceiling from a pipe that wasn't installed correctly. The were very helpful in answering questions prior to their service call and after.

Job was completed in reasonable amount of time. Serviceman personable. Did a great job. When he was finished everything was neat and as it was when he came. It was the first time I had used D and P and I was very satisfied. Would not hesitate to use again.

Not much to say: he sealed a big crack in the basement wall with blue gunk. It's still holding. Good job.

they arrived early, did the job perfectly, charged less than their quote, cleaned up afterwards and all in all did a fantastic job. Definitely top of our list for plumbers. plus they were extremely responsive via text.

Don was great. He was very responsive whenever I contacted him. He was good at explaining what the problem might be and possible solutions. He was very professional and polite and did a very good job of fixing my water leak.

There was some mis-communication in the deal description. I didn't know there was going to be a 79.00 service charge on top of the price of the deal. The company was very prompt and cleared everything up for me.

I purchased a Big Deal with them, and spoke with Don. He told me what parts I would need for the project, and it was very close to the price of just buying a new toilet, so I just bought a new one. Don told me that the coupon was not valid for what I needed, and that they were no longer honoring that deal anyway. He advised I get a refund.
