Description of Work: He worked on a sink and toilet and both are flowing better. I wanted the pipes going up to the second level capped off, but since I was a work, he talked my wife out of it. He did install some gas line, which is great, but neglected to relight the water heater. Believe me, I caught holy heck about it from my wife.

His wife thought he was wrong to cap off the lines as she wanted it operational for guests! She asked me not to cap them off.. The water heater was relight but some times if there is an air pocket the pilot can go back out . All he had to do was call me and I would have relight the water heater.. His wife is very sweet lady I doubt he caught to much grief from that .. Lol we try to do our best but we are only human and we do make mistakes.. I think the capping off of the upstairs plumbing was a lack of communication on his part and he does not understand that you can not just cap off a toilet drain a tub drain etc.. The water lines you can but not the drains. How ever me and his wife talked to him on the phone to let him know the cost of the work . If he really wanted that plumbing capped off he could have spoke up at that time and did not. We apologize for the issues and appreciate the business., thank you for the (b) rating

Description of Work: All went well. Don is really a nice guy and came over on time to fix a leak in our kitchen sink. He actually came over twice without charging twice as there were two leaks surrounding the sink. We definitely will have Don to deal with other plumbing issues in future.

Description of Work: He came out here and told me the shower was leaking because it hadn't been used. I ran the water and now it's not leaking. Later that day, it was leaking again. I told him in the past they replaced the seals and bands so he came back out. He couldn't take it apart so he left and said he would be back to me. He did not call that evening nor the next day. I called him to follow up and he did was not pleasant. He told me that he had other clients and would have gotten back to me when he had time.

Our first visit with [member name removed] was not successful in a repair.we received several calls from customer and even though we were very busy we tried to return the call promptly.when we did get back with customer he told us that he did care about anybody else's problem but his own. His warranty co felt a confrontation and transferred the call to a different co, which is co policy.we would have loved to finish job but customers reactions prevented us from performing further service.
