Tim did a great job!

Not being able to do ladder work I needed someone to do what I would normally would do. I saw his add elsewhere and checked Angies List and BBB. Couldn't find any negatives. I made arrangements with him and I couldn't be more pleased.

The job went great! Tim picked up all the required materials from HomeDepot and provided a receipt copy to show the actual cost! Tim went the extra mile by picking two different colors of the weatherproofing strips for me to pick. The whole work was done in less 2 hours and he was on time :-)

We had set up this appointement 2 weeks in advance. It went poorly because this contractor was a no-show for the estimate.

I contacted Tim since I had a prior good experience with him at my last residence. In this case we needed some help painting one of our bedrooms. Tim came out once to survey the room and provide an estimate and then came back on two later days to complete the job. We provided the paint, trays, and rollers. Consistent with my recollection from the past, Tim takes a great deal of pride in his work and his workmanship is meticulous. When we ran short of paint, Tim volunteered to pick up the needed extra quantity at the home improvement store. The job was started and finished on time and even though we used a lighter color over a very dark wall, there is absolutely no trace of the former color. Very uniform application, very satisfied customer!

Found Beatrice Home Improvement through a "Big Deal" offering 50% off replacement of a light fixture. Called Tim (owner and sole employee) and explained I was looking to replace a light with a light/fan combo in two bathrooms and was willing to pay the extra cost ("Big Deal" was for a replacement only), knowing putting in a vented fan was going to be more than just switching out a light fixture. Tim was fine with that and we scheduled a time in the evening that was convenient for me to come checkout the job. He was punctual and very professional on that visit and provided a very reasonal estimate for the extra work. I was willing and able to assist with the job (which would make it go faster because one person had to be in the attic and having someone down below in the bathroom or handing up tools meant he wouldn't have to keep going back and forth.) We then scheduled a time to do the work when I could take off work. On the scheduled day, Tim was prompt and professional again and we got to work. Tim had planned ahead and brought some extra lumber to lay down in the attic, which made the job faster, safer and more comfortable. Tim worked very hard and without complaint in the cramped, dark and dusty attic. As always, little jobs turn into bigger ones: we discovered the second fixture was against the plumbing vent pipe and was in the way of the bigger fan/light combo fixture. After discussing options, Tim was happy to go together with me to Home Depot to get some extra parts and materials to re-route the vent line. In the meantime I had found the fan/light fixture that I had bought was defective and he got it exchanged for me without a hassle (even without a receipt)! The extra work re-routing the plumbing added 2 hours to the job, which I was happy to pay at his standard hourly rate ($65). Just as I had hoped, by mid-afternoon I had two working fan/lights in my bathrooms and I was very happy. Throughout, Tim was extremely professional and courteous and did a great job. He was very fair with his rates and time and was willing to let me help out. I plan on calling him to do all sorts of handyman jobs I've got around the house.

I contacted Tim after getting his name from Angie's List. He came over that night and looked at what i wanted to do. We set up a time after the plumbing install to have Tim come to complete the work. He showed up the correct morning and time and evaluated what supplies would be needed to complete the work. He went to Home Depot and bought everything necessary. He cut the tiles to the right size outside my house, so it wouldnt leave unneeded dust inside. He installed everything and checked with me throughout the job to make sure I knew what was going on and agreed to it. When everything was complete, he recapped what he did, and told me next steps like let the grouting dry for a day before use. He cleaned up any mess that was created. He called the next day to make sure everything was still to my satisfaction. He was great, and I definitely plan to use his services again when the need presents himself. He is a great and kind guy that knows his trait very well.

Tim performed exactly as expected, was punctual and even called when he said he would. I had an opportunity to speak on the phone with one of his children as I called his residence by mistake. Tim (and his family) made the entire experience pleasurable- front to back.

Tim came out for an exterior water leak issue. Very, very honest and friendly. Admitted was not the person for the job, but gave advice and direction. thanks

Tim promptly returned my initial inquiry about whether he could come take a look at the problem I was having with my fan and was able to set up an appointment for a few days later. He showed up as promised and was able to perform the repair to my fan. He was polite and professional and I would definitely use him again.

Tim called promptly after my coupon purchase and set a time to take a look at the job. When we agreed the best action was replacement, he offered good advice about what I should look for in a fan, then returned promptly to to complete the job. When I also asked him about an additional project, he advised that I consider an electrician. I appreciated his honesty and my new fan is working perfectly!

The experience was fine. Tim is very nice and he seemed very trustworthy. He is talkative and with an hourly rate I don't particularly like to be paying for conversation. Tim did the jobs I asked but I stayed alongside the whole time. Instead of bringing in a bucket of supplies, he kept going out to his truck each time he needed a new tool. I also needed to put apoxy on something to fix a knob. This seemed like an item any handman would carry, but Tim did not have it to my surprise.

I didn't know where to even begin. I looked up the handyman category and called Beatrice Home Improvement LLC since it was only a few miles from my house and had excellent reviews on Angie's List. Tim Beatrice was able to come out the next day since a client of his had to reschedule. Yeah! I was blessed. Tim is very nice and knowledgeable. And, he was able to get the job done in a short time and for a reasonable price. I will definitely give him a call again!

I spent $80 on the work. They were very cost effective. They were friendly and understanding of my travel times and stuff.

A portion of my cedar siding had developed a leak where water was running down behind and out of site so by the time I noticed it was pretty well rotted. Tim came out and said he could not give me a firm price until he had taken the siding down and assessed the damage. The extent of the damage was worse than we thought but Tim gathered all the necessary lumber and insulation and had the repair done in one day. Everything was caulked and cleaned up by the time I came home from work.

It went great. Tim is a terrific, honest, dependable and hardworking guy. We'll use him again on other handyman projects.

He gave me an accurate estimate. From start to finish he made sure to limit costs. He was upfront about his labor costs and the cost of materials. He arrived promptly and listened carefully to what I needed. He was polite and respectful. His job was top notch. I would reccommed him to anyone.

Very well. Tim did the work efficiently and very well.

We had a set of small narrow windows under our kitchen cabinets encased by three inches of trim. We wanted to update the look of the kitchen and Mr. Beatrice recommended 3/4 inch trim to fit around the windows and patching the remaining drywall gaps. We agreed and he started the project by delivering the trim to us the next afternoon for us to stain. When the trim was ready he returned and applied the trim and first coat of drywall. We called him when that was dry and he returned for a final skim coat. Throughout the process, Mr Beatrice gave us advice on steps we could take to do some of the work (sanding) ourselves and save money.
