The job required that he make three trips to the job site. He was very dependable, punctual and professional.

Tim came on time and went to work and completed each task and consulted me if there were over runs on the time or money. Was helpful with other suggestions.

He came the same day I called, within hours in fact, and no trip charge. I didn't have the right bolts to put it back on, but he had some in his truck. Quick and professional.

Tim did a great job replacing the broken boards on our deck. He was quick to respond when setting up an estimate and scheduling the work. He worked quickly and we were very happy with the end result. I would definitely use him again for future projects.

The provider did a great job but in my opinion the service is was over priced. Half of what I paid would be reasonable.

Very happy with the work. No leaks to report. The caulking service does not generally include cleaning and prepping the area but Beatrice Home Improvement did the work without asking for more money. I insisted on paying additional and paid $ 50 for the prep of the area and additional caulk required because it required extra due to the tub sinking a bit. Glad to have the shower useable because the other one in the condo has plumbing problems which are too expensive for me to fix at this time.

Tim arrived promptly and began work immediately. He painted an exterior light post, installed a new fixture, and certified that the dusk-to-dawn feature was working properly. Though it was not part of the original scope, Tim completed two other projects that were on my to-do list. He re-installed a basement ceiling tile that I had removed and he installed two drapery rods. When his projects were done, Tim helped me carry my wicker porch furniture from the garage up to the screened porch ... what a nice gesture!! This is the second time I have had Tim out to do work at my home and it won't be the last.

Tim always arrives on time and works very hard. He is very neat and is an excellent worker. Everything turned out perfect as always. Have used Tim before to replace a facet and do some other handyman work around the house. Would highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with the final result! Tim had recommended making the new step deeper which was a hug improvement functionally and aesthetically. The new step blended in very well with my sidewalk and patio.

Tim came to my home first to give me an estimate and scheduled the job to be done the next week. He did the work in a short amount of time (2 1/2 hours) and his work was very neat and precise.

The cost of service was for labor. I had purchased the suggested materials Tim needed for the different jobs before the appointment. Tim came out the week before and made recommendations on how to approach the redesigning of my pantry and new seat. I did remove the old shelves in the pantry, patched the holes, and painted before Tim arrived and painted the new seat and baseboard after Tim installed them. I have enjoyed my new pantry as it has been a wiser use of the space and is 100% more attractive to look at!

I called Tim out to give me an estimate on the work and he was able to come back out within a week to complete everything. He was very courteous and professional and offered a way of repairing our back steps that saved us money rather than just telling us we needed to replace the entire thing. He showed up on time and was more than willing to fully explain everything he was doing so I could do it myself the next time. He also offered helpful advice on how to fix some grout problems we are having. We will definitely be calling on him again in the future.

Tim did a great job...made the areas look like new....was very fast and very friendly to work with.

Tim did a beautiful job. He is professional and friendly and cleaned up everything when he was done. I would gladly use his services again.

He called me right away to schedule an appointment and was very flexible. He was very nice but my caulking has mold on it and he requested it be cleaned prior to him re-caulking it. I have a bad back and unable to clean the caulking myself so unfortunately had to hire someone else for the services.

I purchased a big deal for re-caulking a bathtub, but due to a misunderstanding on my part, I cancelled the deal. Tim was very gracious and understanding. I will call him for future handyman needs,

It went great. I wasn't there during their service but my husband was; it was a prompt service. He was able to do job in an hour. He contacted me within a day about me purchasing the deal. We set up a time and day and he was on time. He got it done quickly and he did a very nice job.

We discovered additional dry rot after he replaced the initial pieces, so we scheduled him twice. On both occasions he arrived on time and performed the work within budget. He was obviously very aware of the considerations for timing as well as budget. Very conscientious.
