Description of Work: Fixed ceiling area in basement, use instrument to raise falling area, put in 2x2, glues, screwed to ceiling, caulked and painted. Very satisfactory. Would use him again.

Description of Work: Tim Beatrice was very thorough and prompt, and did a great job. I needed a few items done: gutters cleaned, shutter put back on the house, and some loose boards nailed down on my covered patio. Tim did all of this at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the outcome of the work.

Description of Work: Tim scrapped out the old caulk and replaced it in two bathrooms. He did a fantastic job! I will be calling him again.

Description of Work: Long list of Handyman type projects from replacing some siding to facet repair. I would highly recommend Tim Beatrice. He did an excellent job along with being very professional and personable.

Description of Work: Pavers fixed in backyard. Tim is always very prompt, professional and honest - three rare traits. He always does a great job and asks if his work is satisfactory. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Caulked around the bathtub, around the window sill in the bathroom and the bottom of the bathtub too. It looks so nice, not having to look at mold around the bath tub. Every time I go pass the bathroom I have to go in and look at the work that he did. It really makes a difference not seeing the mold. I am so happy. The quality of his work is excellent.
