Description of Work: Tim repaired a gutter, soffit and gate post for me. I own a rental property in Anderson but I live out of state. So I had to trust him without meeting him. He was extremely responsive, professional, and punctual. He even worked all day on one of the coldest days of the month. His prices were competitive and quality was excellent. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

I would like to give a break down of the pricing. The work that was completed at this customers rental condo in Cincinnati, Ohio is as follows: - I made an initial visit to assess the four item I was asked to fix - I purchased and replaced the kitchen faucet( Moen ) - I purchased a new disposer for the kitchen sink however, I was able to dislodge the metal spoon from inside the unit freeing the jam and eliminating the need to install the new unit and I returned it to Home Depot. - I purchased and installed a missing door hinge pin - I re-installed three brackets that had pulled out of the wall in the master bedroom. The labor charge for this work was $237.50 The materials came to $153.96 The owner and the tenant were very nice to me in all of my dealings with them in person and by phone.

Great.
Description of Work: A ceiling light was falling down, only the cable was holding it. Turns out the drywall eroded and there was no support. Relatively small but important for us. Tim came on time (actually 6 minutes early). Was very pleasant and professional. Fixed the problem immediately. The job was quick and he left the room clean. Tim is everything I expect from a handyman. He will be my first choice from now on.

Work was done as promised.
Description of Work: I had a long list of small repair jobs, In addition, Tim repaired several leaky faucets, replaced a kitchen faucet, replaced flappers in several toilets, replaced two ceiling fans on my back porch, replaced several siding strips around the screened-in porch, and repaired ceramic tile which had come lose in my shower. Tim came on time, explained costs up-front, and is very pleasant. I recommend him highly, and would certainly use him again.
