Jeff from Advanced Outdoor Services LLC was very prompt in returning the initial call for an estimate for the job. What was more impressive, he even returned after his first visit with a sample of both the beige and white fence slats. The estimate included Advanced Outdoor Services calling the before you dig number, obtaining a building permit, a one year installation warranty, and a lifetime warranty on the fencing. Since there were some delays in installation due to high winds and rain, the job went rather smoothy and was finished in a week. Their attention to detail was impressive. They made sure everything was straight and plumb and that the fence evenly followed the contour of the land, not installed in a stair step fashion that you usually see around. Advanced Outdoor Services used rubber mats to keep down the mud and dirt that was taken from the post holes. On first glance at the finished job, you would never know that the ground was disturbed. We are highly satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Advanced Outdoor Services, a company that is run like a great company should be.

Great! They were friendly and efficient. I needed the fence done prior to moving our dogs to our new home. They worked with our schedule and had the fence up very quickly.

Jeff came for an estimate, and e-mailed it to us that evening. We were very impressed with his professionalism of the crew, response time, and that he was able to fit us in. We have already received several compliments on the new railing, and are extremely pleased with the work done, and the quality of the railing, and we have a life-time warranty. We DEFINITELY would use them again!!

A++ Can’t recommend highly enough. Jeff and Jeremy are the owner/operators. They are the ones who make the calls, do the estimates, get the materials and put up the fence. No middleman. No subcontractors. And they were prompt, professional, diligent and respectful of my neighborhood. I wish all my interactions with service providers were like this. Old school. The way things used to be done. Please note: The cost is high because of the style of fence I asked for, as well as the type of wood (cedar).

It went great. Jeff 's estimate was the most thorough and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He gave me some good suggestions that two other estimators had not. He and his crew arrived when promised and they were all very professional and nice. They did a terrific job on the installation and they cleaned up the job site completely before they left. A couple of months later my self-closing gate was not closing on its own. I called Jeff to ask about it and he told me that it probably just needed an adjustment. He offered to come over and adjust it for me. I told him that he didn't have to do that but he insisted, at no charge. I thought that was great customer service. I would highly recommend Jeff Luman and AOS!

They did an excellent job on the fence, and amazingly, we didn't lose any plants in the process. Very easy to work with and extremely professional. The owners of the business are extremely conscientious and were on site the entire time.

These three guys did a great job on the fence installation. They were very efficient and we appreciated their attention to detail. During the quotation phase we told Jeff that we had dogs and that we were concerned about the fencing during the job. He estimated the job would take two days and assured us that they would perform the job in sections meaning demo a section then install a new section; and would make sure that the perimeter was secure at the end of the day. We very were impressed by how they left the job site at the end of the night. It was clean with the perimeter still secure for our dogs. This is a detail that separates other companies in my opinion. The job did take two days as was quoted; they never looked like they ever took a break! The quote was slightly more than another large company, Mills Fencing (who delayed multiple weeks and when they did schedule never showed up on three separate occasions). It was worth the extra money for a quality job! These guys are a small company; their attention to detail, efficiency, dependability and job ownership really shows! I never write reviews, but I thought that it was warranted in this case.

Wonderfully. The crew arrived on time, worked incredibly hard and had our fence and driveway gate completed quickly. We are delighted and couldn't be happier.

Family owned business, one of the owners came to give an estimate the same day I called and didn't try to pressure for a sale. He provided information on different types of fencing and I decided on aluminum for no maintenance and the look. I was debating the color so he dropped of samples which was very helpful, I chose classic black and it looks great. I was concerned about the landscaping being in the way but they were able to cut back the underbrush and made the fence look very nice with the contour of the landscape. The one main gate was larger than the other 3 and it required a longer post to ensure it kept straight and all the posts were installed in concrete, I was very satisfied with the quality. Once of the gates had trouble with the latch a few months after install and they came out fixed it up very quickly, there has been no other issues. I get many compliments on the look of the fence and it has been great for my 2 dogs to run around. Best decision on getting the fence and choosing AOS to install it.

I am very happy that I chose Advanced Outdoor Solutions to install my fence. Jeff visited the property to develop a plan and prepare an estimate. The price quoted seemed fair given the size of the property and the quality of the materials selected. On the agreed upon installation date, Jeff and his crew arrived at 8:30AM with all materials and tools needed to complete the job. They worked steadily through the day and by 8:00PM, the fence was up, gate and all. I was impressed that they used protective panels to hold the dirt removed by the post hole auger and carted the dirt away leaving the lawn in its original condition and also by the the fact that all fence lines were straight and all fence posts were square to the ground. The enclosure fencing was stretched taut to the split rail fence and thoroughly fastened. Throughout the project, Jeff and his crew conducted themselves in a friendly and thoroughly professional manner. Should I have need of additional fencing, I would contact Advanced Outdoor Solutions first.

From getting an estimate to the installation it went beautifully. Very prompt and everyone was very courteous.

I would give Jeff and his team an A++ if I could! Outstanding work, professionalism and responsiveness. Jeff replied to every one of our emails, got the work done very fast and it looked incredible! We have a very large wooden fence surrounding our house. There were several pieces of wood missing, cracked and our door that lead to the backyard had broken. In a few hours, he and his team took care of it. He never pressured us to rebuild the entire fence (something that other companies we contacted did) he instead repaired it with absolute craftsmanship. So happy with the work!

This is our second time using AOS, and it was another great experience. The crew is very professional, does high quality work, and always leaves the area cleaned up after the work is complete. During this job, they ran into an issue with one of the fence posts, where the sump pump drain pipe went under the fence post that needed to be replaced. Apparently the reason the last fence post failed there is the prior contractor put the post only 8" into the ground so as not to disturb the drain pipe. AOS notched the fence post to enable it to go all the way into the ground while also not disturbing the drain pipe. AOS is our go to fencing service provider, and I highly recommend Jeff and his crew!

This is the 2nd time I have used these guys and both times went extremely well. Two brothers own the business and they do all the work themselves. They are extremely professional, very responsive, do not cut corners, and have a lot of pride in what they do. As a full time realtor, I deal with contracters on a regular basis and Jeff, along with his brother Jeremy, are some of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Highly recommend!!

It didn't. I was a "needy" customer with questions and revisions about the fence. He did send us two quotes that I asked for to see cost differences between different kinds of fences. He Simply did not have time to inform me on fencing types and costs. I called another company who did. I admit I had a lot of questions; I guess he just didn't feel like our business was worth it. I don't want to ruin their perfect score since they didn't install a fence so I won't submit a grade lower than A but I was also a little offended. I just think if you are someone with a lot of questions during busy season, be prepared to feel annoying or be turned away.

Pricing was competitive with other estimates I received. Considerate of my neighbor who also had a dog and got their side of the fence back up first. They also crimped the wire liner so it would be snug to the ground, something the installer (someone else) of the old split rail did not do. I'm very pleased and while they are very busy and it took a while from accepting the estimate to the actual installation, they are worth the wait.

Jeff was so nice came out looked at things quickly the other men or nice polite like my dogs did an excellent job on the fence made sure there was no way the dogs could get out. Did a couple little extra touch ups at no charge I'm very pleased with them

I am very satisfied with the service provided by AOS. Jeff was a pleasure to work with-professional, friendly, and courteous. I got a couple of quotes, and the price from AOS was in line with the other quotes. However, their customer service was much better. I have a line of trees along my property line, where I wanted the fence to go, and Jeff was able to problem solve so that I could keep my trees and get my fence. Other companies had recommended that I cut down the trees, which would have been a big added expense and which I did not want to do. I am very happy with the final product. I have a great looking fence, I kept my trees, the fence and cleanup were done in one day, and everything was completed as promised. I rated them a B for responsiveness only because it sometimes takes a couple of days for them to get back to you, but I think that is to be expected when running a business where you're out in the field all day. They were very prompt at scheduled appointments. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by AOS, and would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

AOS came and installed new fencing for our side and back yard and also adjusted some older sections of fence we had installed by another company a few years ago. This included installing new 6ft privacy fence and gate, along with moving a few sections of existing fence and an existing gate as well. Jeff and his crew were professional and punctual and they worked very efficiently. The quality of their work and the materials they use is outstanding, much better than the last company we had hired. The price is very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use their services again. Jeff is very flexible with his scheduling and communication. He's easy to get in touch with and always asked questions if he wasn't sure exactly what we wanted. We sent a check with the invoice but it got lost in the mail but Jeff was very patient while that got sorted out and another check delivered for payment of the service. We were very impressed with AOS and would hire them again.

They did an exceptional job, considering the black top they had to work with was uneven and there was brush that had to be trimmed back in a few areas. I anticipated additional charges and the price of the fence to be about 50% higher, however they did not up sell or charge anything extra for the added work. I would recommend AOS over any of the big commercial fence companies because of the personal service and their attention to detail.

I have not had the work done yet which is the only reason that the Quality is rated as an NA.

He no longer did the service that I was requesting, but still made the effort to see if he would be able to. His honesty stands out to me and I respect him for that quality.
