This guy is a joke. Ordered replacement parts, which I had to pay for upfront, then never showed up to do the job, OR refund the cost of installation/ repair. My suspect is, this isn?t the first time, he?s done this, AND got away with it. Would highly recommend AVOIDING, unless you want to get scammed. Legitimately shady

We don?t recommend him. After we gave him $395 for ice maker, it started working after being unplugged for spring cleaning. Contacted and told him we would get ice maker but return installation money which was in February. Just today, 4/19/3025, I went to his house to collect ice maker and followed him to post office to get money order. He said don?t call me when you need it installed. Trust me I will never call you again.

Called him and HE TOLD ME when he would be there. He arrived an hour and a half late. ( 6:30pm ). Asked him how he is doing and he replied Exhausted. I had already emptied out refrigerator and pulled it out of opening. He asked me what is was doing wrong and I told him. He checked it with a digital thermometer gun and diagnosed it to be a bad compressor, ($1000) fix. Never removed a single screw or removed any inner panels or put an ohm meter on a single component. He made this decision because it was a 15 yr. old Samsung. Told me I would be wise to just purchase a new one. I asked him what I owed him , He said $90 for driving here and $70 for diagnostics. $165 total. I gave him cash and did not even get a receipt or itemized bill. He was here all of 20 minutes. This is why I **** to have repair people to come here. Thanks Angi for nothing.

Very courteous professional and competent. Fixed my 10 year old dryer by replacing a fuse. Access to the fuse required the entire unit to be disassembled & reassembled. Wow! Highly recommend them

Within an hour of sending an email describing the request, Mr Coleman contacted me to schedule service the next day. He was prompt, highly knowledgeable and very good value on the repair of the dryer. This business is a real gem for our area.

The service pro came to my house without a mask. So I had to wear my mask while he was here. Going into stranger homes without a mask is flirting, literally, with danger. For that reason, I cannot recommend this service rep. If I had followed my instincts and asked about masking when I was scheduling his visit this issue could have been avoided but I was focused on solving the problem with my dryer.

No one else was willing to attempt to fix my LG gas oven, but Tom Coleman was, and it works again!

Do not hire this man. He does not seem to be very knowledgeable in repairs. After six months of guessing the problem, he disappeared.
