He was a nice guy, but he dented my refrigerator. I compensated for his trip cost because did diagnose the issue, but I'm kind of upset about the damage and his lack of concern and/or offering to fix it.

He was very honest. Told me that the cost of the repair was more than the appliance was worth. He advised me to buy new and even showed me a diagram of the motor that my appliance had and told me to avoid anything that had a similar motor. He even showed me where to find this information. I would definitely recommend his services!
