They showed up on time, completed the work and charged a reasonable fee.

My hot water tank broke. I called my home warrantly company HSA and they approved the work using Wiese Plumbing, Heating and Drains. This happened on a Sunday. Was told that a person from the Wiese Plumbing company would call me and make arrangements for the hot water tank to be replaced. They did call on Sunday and said that because I had a propain tank that they would have to order one and that someone would call me on Monday. NO ONE CALLED. I had to call them and someone finally came out late Monday afternoon. At that point, I have not had hot water for two days. When they came out I was told that they had to order a tank and would not be able to install the new hot water tank till Tuesday! I would be without hot water for three days now! And that I would have to pay a $100.00 fee for a permit. I checked with the Wayne County Health Department and was told that a permit was not required to change the hot water tank. I called the home warrantly company HSA and was told that the work had to be done by Wiese Plumbing or they would not pay the service request. So I had no other option but to pay for the permit. Wiese Plumbing is over charging their customers. They never gave me a copy of the permit. And an inspector never came out to check on the hot water tank. So I feel that I have been ripped off. I

I had them come out for a leak in my shower. The first time they said it just needed putty around the drain. They put putty on my drain and charged me $80. 2 months later started leaking again. I had them come out again this time they cut into the ceiling and replaced the drain. This cost me $80 again and I had to repair the hole in the ceiling. Again it started leaking in 2 months I will never use this company again They wasted my time and money!!!!!!

They were punctual, polite, and pleasant. I got in touch with them the first call and made the appointment. I am going to call them back.

We had to go through Wiese Plumbing for our home warranty company. They wanted to charge us for a $100 for a permit to install a new water heater. After some digging, I found that the permit was not necessary through our city (Wadsworth) and I could purchase the permit over the phone through our county for $45. Wiese Plumbing would not allow us, the homeowner, to purchase the permit for the installation of our hot water heater. Due to the home warranty company not allowing us to use another plumber, we were stuck paying the $100 for the $45 permit fee. They also wanted to charge us an additional $65 fee for the installation of the hot water heater because I would not allow them to install the hot water heater on the first day. I was unaware we were going to need one because we just were going to have ours diagnosed. They swindle the customer out of their hard earned money. Stay far away from them!

Nobody likes to feel like a victim. I purchased this home in August 2012. In December, 2012, the basement sewer drain backed up into the basement. I called the company that provided the Home Warranty (HSA) and they told me that they work with Wiese Plumbing and suggested that I contact them. I left a message for Wiese. I called again on Monday morning early. They said they received my message and were sending someone out first thing that morning. After a series of phone calls, they showed up in the afternoon because the plumber's car wouldn't start. A young man snaked the drain through a small 2-3 inch drain in the corner of the basement behind the hotwater heater. He indicated that it was clogged because things were flushed down the drain that should not have been. For this reason, he advised that it would not be covered by the Home Warranty so I wrote a check for $175.09. I might add that the plumber broke the cap that was on the floor drain, left a mess to clean up and did not recover the floor drain hole. On January 27, 2013, the same happened; the basement flooded with sewage. I called Wiese and explained that they were here last month for the same problem. They said the guy who worked on my home before was no longer with the company. So they sent someone different. On Monday, Jan. 28, he did exactly the same thing; snaked the drain through the small floor drain in the basement. This time, he ran into roots and suggested that the previous guy did not know what he was doing and should have diagnosed the problem as such. He also said that the pipe was likely and quot;belliedand quot; with roots and need to be replaced. He suggested that replacement cost could be approximately $5,000 - $6,000. We were charged $133 for this visit because it has been more than 30 days since the last visit. I called the City of Twinsburg and they immediately came to my home. I explained the situation. They put a camera through the drain and asked a series of questions about the plumber. They allowed me to watch the camera all the way through the drain and to the opposite side of the street. With the camera, they found the and quot;Clean Outand quot;. We also found that the pipe was not severed anywhere but he found a section that was clogged with roots (approximately 50 feet from the drain entry) allowing only very slow draining through it. Then, they walked me outside and pointed out a triangle shape on the curb pointing to the drain line through my yard. Within 3 feet from the side walk on the drain line, they pointed out the shiny silver metal top of a 6 inch Clean Out. They commented that any plumber who knew what they were doing would look for the 6” Clean Out FIRST; and definitely not choose to snake through a 2-3 inch drain in a difficult spot in the basement floor. The good news is that all I need is a 6 inch snake through the clean out in the front yard to grind out the roots. Thank you City of Twinsburg!!!

The biggest problem that we had with them was that the quote that they had given us was quite a bit less than the invoice that they sent us. We were not happy with that because my husband had called them and asked them specifically as to how much it would be to inspect the sewer drains. I can't remember what the quote was that they gave him but he received the invoice and it was for quite a bit more.

Initially they installed the new water heater. All of a sudden we had rust or something in the water. It was an anode rod in the water heater that had gone bad. It went bad very quickly - we hadn't even had the water heater for a year yet. I had nothing but difficulty having them replace it. They finally did replace it but it was very difficult. We had to go through quite a lot getting them to do it and ndash; going to the manufacturer's website and their technical department. It should've been done under warranty. I was very displeased and don't plan on using them again.

Weise plumber showed up on time, got the job done quickly, cleaned up after himself, and the price was right.

We HAD a home warranty and this company was the Go TO people they called. We have only had our home for a little over a year. All of a sudden we kept having water problems. We had Weise plumbing out over 4 times for the same water problem. EACH time they charged us and the warranty company and each time they diagnosed it with another 'problem' WE STILL HAVE WATER coming into our home!!!!!!!!!!! Every time they would come out they would charge us a fee and the 'problems' would get more and more expensive to fix AND they all of a sudden became problems the warranty wouldnt cover EITHER. I contacted Weise to talk to them about the fact that I was not thrilled with paying them multiple times for a problem they have yet to fix and no one ever called me back or offered to come take care of the issue. The only good thing i can say is that they would come the next day after we called our home warranty people and the service men were friendly.

Work was done timely and at a reasonable price. Quality of workmanship was very good. We have used this company in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I have a home warranty service so paid the deductable $60 only. The disposal leaked initially when they installed it and then they came out back within a week without any charge.

The part was ordered and put in within a day. The only reason it took a day was because the part is not one that is normally kept in stock. Very professional and prompt.

They were great. My sister had a problem with her furnace and my husband called them. They came down to her house, found the problem, fixed it and the price was really reasonable. They did a lot of work in our bathroom. We had also checked with another company and had an estimate from them but Wiese were like half priced than them. The other company had suggested that they would put in one of the tub enclosure and when Wiese came out they measured and told that our bathroom wasn't big enough for one of those enclosures. We wouldn't have been able to shut our bathroom doors if we had used the other company. My husband's bother did the walls. The bathroom was basically gutted and they did all the work in there. They were on time. They had to come in couple of times because they were hard in their work. My husband's brother did walls and stuff. So they had to come out again for doing the flooring, installing the plumbing like commode and everything. They were prompt. They were real gentlemen and we didn't have any problem whatsoever with them. Actually two weeks before we recommended them to her and they fixed her problem as well. We have been living in the same house for about thirty years now and we had numerous people in the past for various works but we would say that they would probably be the best firms that we have ever used.

They were efficient and knew what they were doing. It went pretty well. They were pretty professional, but there was nothing about them in particular that really stood out.

Two guys came in a van. Got stuck in snow on driveway and the older guy spent entire time freeing van. The younger guy who actually did the work was polite, professional and friendly. A pipe behind faucet needed replaced after I damaged it attempting to make replacement myself. He needed to cut drywall to create access to the leak and still had a very tough time reaching the actual site of leak. The problem seemed solved until several days later a leak was spotted on the basement floor. I called the company and they sent another plumber out who resoldered the fitting no charge. Job is completed and I am very satisfied.

They have been in this area for a long time. I have been using their services for the last 20 years. They have done a lot of work for me. They are very professional and I will continue to use their services in future.

The plumber assigned to the job did a quick job of replacing the pump and gave me some good ideas about how to keep the sump pit sanitized. He cleaned up satisfactorily after his work. He was polite and his work was effective.

VERY nice and knowledgeable plumber. I had an appt. for anywhere between 9am-12pm. He called at 9:30 to say he was on his way. He called back to tell me he got an emergency call and asked if it was ok to take it and come to my job afterward and gave me an approx. time. He called when he was ready to leave the emergency call and come to my job. I thought this level of communication was very professional and courteous. I was trying to shower and get some things done and I didn't want to miss him at the door, so it was very helpful that he gave me a good timeline. I didn't mind the emergency call before me since he was so good about calling me to explain and reschedule if I couldn't wait. When he got there it took him no time at all to unclog the tub, fix the leaky faucet (all while letting me watch so that I could learn) and explained what he was doing and why. I also asked him a question about another plumbing issue I was tackling myself and he was very helpful with his advice, all while hurrying to get to the next customer who he was late to. I didn't want to keep him since the emergency obviously effected everyone's appointments for the day, but he was still very helpful in answering all my questions without being rude or brushing me off and running out the door. Overall I would DEFINITELY use this company again. Very professional. As far as cost I really can't tell you if it was expensive or not. This company was sent to me through my home warranty people so I paid a flat deductible amount for this work to be done.

The company was recommended as a vendor approved by our home warranty provider, HSA, and all we had to do was pay the deductible. Even though they were getting paid by the insurance company, they were still very thorough and responsive. They had to order a replacement part, but were back with 48 hours, driving up to Cleveland from Akron. They took the time to check every radiator in every room and were pleasant and respectful.

We decided that we wanted a 50 gallon hot water heater to replace our nine year old 40 gallon unit. After doing some research on the internet, checking prices of other companies, I found Weise Plumbing to have the best price with a reliable product. In all my conversations with them, they were quite helpful and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions completely. They arrived as scheduled, they were friendly and professional, they got the job done in a timely fashion and they hauled off my old unit. All in all, I was very pleased with what they did and would use them again for other things.

Called when sump pump began running constantly, they came out the same day (within 3 hours) and quickly pinpointed the problem and fixed it.

EXCELLENT AND DEDICATED SERVICE. THEY CAME OUT TWO TIMES DURING THE EVENING HOURS TO ASSURE THAT THE PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED. THEY WORKED WELL WITH OUR WARRANTY COMPANY AS WELL.
