Tuck was awesome. Rep came out for a free estimate; it just so happened the company had a set of steps that fit my situation but had been slightly damaged for a previous job. It was a win-win. I was offered a deep discount on the steps, which were repaired and sealed so well that it is next to impossible to detect the defect. Took the workers minutes to install the new steps and they look beautiful! I will call Tuck Precast if I ever need any work done again.

Great. After considering repairing the wood stoop, I did some research and decided a pre-fabricated set of steps was the way to go. Called around and Charlie from Tuck was able to come out the next day. Charlie and I discussed a variety of options, including a larger set of steps with a platform that had been commissioned for another job but had been slightly damaged. I was emailed an estimate the following day along with photos. While I was originally planning on the budget Century steps, the lure of the larger steps with the platform was too great. I was offered a healthy discount which I readily accepted. Less than a week after deciding, Charlie was back with the new set of steps. The damaged corner had been repaired and barely noticeable. He also made other modifications to ensure the steps fit perfectly between my driveway and house. Lastly, Charlie sealed the stoop with a top-of-the-line sealer to protect it and also gave me written instructions for the care and maintenance of the steps. The install lasted roughly an hour and Charlie left the area spotless. The steps look incredible. I highly recommend!

This Ron guy comes out on a Tuesday work about 3 or 4 hours and then leaves. He returns the following day and does the exact samething. Thursday ?& Friday of that same week he doesnt show up at all or does he call. So i calls him. Friday morning his phones off. Left message anyway. Then decided to follow up with an email needless to say he nevet replied to that until some 3 to 4 hours later and not with a phone call but email. By the time i checked my email i had already put another phone call in well this time he decides to answer so i asked him why arent he showing up or calling ? Im paying him to do a job Ron started being rude condescending and just right down nasty saying how he spends time with his children on certain days etc.. ( which might of been ok if he would have gave me direct diaogue verses no call or no show), then he goes on to say that he wouldnt be bacl until Tuesday of the following week because he has another job in Columbus Ohio. This now puts him at day 6 not working for us. So we fired him. Additional details: he finally calls and decides that this time he wants to work and we were going to give him his job if he just show up and finish the job but he couldnt even do this. He also took it upon himself to cut my front post in half without my conscent when i confronted him about cutting them off his exact words because your getting new ones and that the other ones was in his way. I was really upset. In ending when he finally did decide to show up to get his materials. And had the nerves to say that we wanted something for nothing and we got free work like Govement cheese and just right down bilerent again. We knew at that point that we made the right decision when we fired him.
Description of Work: I hired "Ron" to come out to my home to have a new brick concrete (front) porch instslled and boy i hope no one. Else experience what we did.
