TANK PRO INC

After initial phone contact, Tank Pro staff came to our house and provided a description of what needed to be done as well as an estimate of the cost of the work. The next day they came to drain the oil from the tank. The following week two workers arrived as promised with an excavator, dug a hole slightly bigger than the buried oil tank and pulled the tank out. The tank was loaded on a truck and later removed. The hole was re-filled and graded. Because a small amount of oil was found under the tank, Tank Pro returned the following week and excavated to the level of the bottom of our foundation and removed any dirt which was found to have oil in it. The hole was then filled with clean fill dirt and covered with top soil. The shrubs which had been removed for the excavation were all replaced (and are still thriving). The edge of the planting bed was replaced and grass was planted where the lawn was disturbed. At the end of the job Ed provided a letter which detailed the work which we can use as proof that the tank was removed at the time this property is sold. I could not have been happier with the staff at Tank Pro. They always answered the phone or returned phone calls promptly. They explained every aspect of this job. They were polite, friendly, and reassuring. They were very focused on safety and doing the job correctly. They have much experience with excavation and their confidence in their ability to do this job was very reassuring. I would absolutely recommend Tank Pro to anyone who has an unused buried oil tank and have put off having it removed.
