Lack of follow up...no return phone calls, e-mails or text. Ended up going with another company and sure glad we did! Had a neighbor with an "issue" with this company as well....

While he began the work in earnest and completed a portion of the work, he never came back with a rock hound to smooth out the ground, as he promised on multiple occasions. Also, instead of blowing the leaves to the street for the city to pick up, he blew them under the trees and said he would come back and pick them up later because there were more than he thought. He has, to this date (June 21, 2012), never completed the work in spite of numerous promises to come back and finish. Prior to this, we had used him to mow our grass and had recommended him to others in the neighborhood as being reliable and doing a good job mowing. I can no longer do that, however. I have withheld payment on this year's mowing pending his completion of the work from last year, however he stated that "that stinks" and has stopped mowing altogether. He has ignored all opportunities to settle this matter amicably. His last promise to finish by the end of May went unfulfilled. I could recommend his work but only if payment is withheld until the work is completed. I would never recommend anyone pay him before the job is done because, in my opinion, he will procrastinate and never finish the job.

On March 30, 2011, Mr. Jason Slaughter was hired to rebuild my 3 1/2' x 11' retaining wall, and to add dirt along that wall of my house. He rebuilt it but ran out of dirt to fill in next to the house. I was unable to be at the house when he did the work due to my Father-Laws Funeral. He said he would come back and add the dirt to the side of the house. Believing him, I paid him the entire $550.00. He never came back to complete adding the dirt to the side of the house. Along with this, and the major problem that occurred, is that the wall has collapsed inward. After a tremendous amount of phone calls to Mr. Slaughter with no return calls, on 7-7-2011 I finally got in contact with him on the telephone. I suggested he return part of the money until he finished the dirt work at the side of the house, and repaired the wall. Mr Slaughter told me "that I must be out of my mind"! Then he told me "to go screw myself and he would never be back"!
