They came out, they got in touch really quickly and the wait time to get them to do the work wasn't bad at all. They explained the job real well before they did it, they walked me through every step and we ended up with the best case scenario.

I left a message last night and this morning Joe called me to help with my cracked septic riser. He gave me a great consultation! Very knowledgeable and great at explaining. I would certainly call him first when I have a problem or need work done.

The leach bed restoration process was a good option for our almost 60 year old septic system, in lieu of replacing the whole system. Joe and his crew certainly seemed to know what they were doing. It is too early to tell whether this process cured our problem, but I am optimistic that it may have, after seeing what the crew did.

very knowledgeable, his Son and friend did most of the work, THEY WAS AWESOME , Joe was there the whole time watching and advising them, but they did not really need any help, they was very gentle with the yard around the pipe, did not see them get " rattled" when a few extra challenges came up, they knew how to handle them ,, They are VERY busy, but if you can wait for them it is well worth it....

Joe at Septic Surgeons took time to explain not only how his soil fracturing technique works, but how my septic system functions. His crew was out to my home and worked very hard to fix my problem. Repairing my septic system using the Septic Surgeon's soil fracturing was a third of the cost of a new system. I am very satisfied with Septic Surgeons.

You may have to wait but if you can their experience is worth it.
