Todd responded quickly and gave me an estimate for trimming our trees. He told me it would be a week to a week and a half until they could do the work, but we'd be away on vacation then. We returned on Saturday night, and the crew did the work on Thursday in about two and a half hours. When they arrived, Jason introduced himself and discussed the work with me, making sure he understood what I wanted. The trees look great, and the yard was cleaned up well. They even took a pile of fallen branches that we'd gathered previously. Bonus! There was an Angie's List discount (price below is net of discount).

It was one of the best experiences working with a company I didn't know and they handled a tree that was dangerous to my property. Extremely prompt, very professional, and super affordable. The owner picked up the phone right away and came out to my house within a few hours. He said they had other projects they had two do so it would be three days. Somehow they squeezed me in the next day. I am super impressed. Best experience would recommend to everyone and would use them again in a heartbeat.

They did very well. Clean, neat, nice lines and the trimming looks excellent. They were in and out in 40 minutes or so and we barely noticed them.

Their estimate was extremely fair, they called 24 hours prior to performing the service, and arrived promptly the next morning. Great experience and no headaches.

I purchased an Angies List Deal. Nelson was quick in responding to my request and in giving me an estimate. The crew was on time and very professional. There were six crew members and each one had a responsibility. They worked quickly and efficiently. The crew chief made a suggestion regarding removal of a limb that differed from my previous request. His suggestion to remove only part of the limb instead of the whole thing gave me what I needed but kept the tree looking good. It was balanced with limbs on both sides instead of lopsided. Their cleanup was excellent! Nothing left behind. Nelson and his team are easy to work with and are willing to go the extra mile to please the customer. I highly recommend them.

Well, what had happened was I bought the deal and the guy came out the next day, and I added one more tree. It was a smaller tree and it was under 70 foot and he said that it would cost an extra $100. The worst part for me after that was the wait time because from the date that I ordered it, it was almost a month before he came out and did the job. When I called the guy he said that he was waiting until he got another job in Canton. He said they will take care of me after Easter. They took everything down but I had to get someone else to grind the stump because that would have been extra. I'll never use them again.

This was a very smooth professional transaction. Todd was here to provide quote as scheduled. He evaluated area and provided a detailed quote for service. When scheduling service had to make a few calls, but owner accommodated my need to have this scheduled a week in advance to accommodate my work schedule. Workers arrived on time and were extremely professional. They took there time and were very careful around my home. It happened to be garbage day as well and the workers ensured that the sanitation workers did not miss my house due to their trucks in the way. It was a long day of work as they had to carry all the wood to the front of the house to be taken away due to the nature of my lot. They took minimal breaks and left the area extremely neat and clean. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for the great service.

This company does what they say they will do and generally they are very neat with little to no lawn damage considering the front lawn was water logged. Tree removal went well, stump removal came a week later after the ground dried out more which is understandable. All in all a good reliable company. Only complaint was we asked to have the pieces of the tree lowered with a lift as to avoid heavy dropping possibly cracking the drain pipe in the front yard that ran shallow under ground by the tree.. They did not honor that and the tree was dropped in sections. No damage done to the pipe all went well but wonder if I paid for a service I did not get. We asked about it but did not get a reply I would still recommend them as they were on time, neat and reliable.

They were great in answering the initial call and supplying an estimate. We were very pleased with the all the service they provided. They were fast, reasonably prices and friendly.

Had them come out to grind a large stump, they provided a very reasonable quote. While they were here I asked about a few smaller stumps throughout my yard, and they did them for a little extra that was more than a bargain in my opinion since they did exceptional work. They did an excellent job, I highly recommend!

They were fantastic. Matter of fact I recommended them to two of my neighbors and they both used them as well. They showed up on time, took down all 4 trees, ground the stumps, and cleaned up. They were extremely professional and very courteous. I would highly recommend them.

I just purchased the house and there were two very large black walnut trees right next to the driveway. One had been dead for some time and had a lot of rot and the other was diseased and already about halfway dead. The condition of the trees made the job challenging because anyone climbing up was at risk of hitting a rotted branch that couldn't support any weight and due to the size of the trees there was no way to take them down without climbing up and cutting off branches and taking the top half down first. Also, due to how close the trees were to the driveway the job was especially risky because if the guy did fall he'd land on a concrete driveway. I've hired other tree services before and one thing I really like about Linger's is that they always send out more than one guy. This allows for one guy to climb while the other manages the safety equipment on the ground. This is so important for homeowners to consider because hiring the wrong company that doesn't take proper precautions can come back to the homeowner being liable if someone gets hurt. As for the trees, not only did Linger's Lumberjacks take out the two trees but they cleaned up all the debris including the walnuts that had been falling all over the driveway for months and as if that wasn't good enough they also cleaned up the scrubby-looking waist high seedlings that had started taking over the flower bed the two trees were located in. After they left the entire flowerbed looked so much better and I know that's because they went above and beyond what I'd paid them to do.

Everything went great. The guys arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They took care not to damage anything along my long, thin driveway. They were all friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable with them working on my property. The price for the work done was very fair. I will use them again when I need tree work. Highly recommend.

Just a super job. 8 Hours to down and completely remove the seven trees. These were large trees. Their cleanup is extraordinary. Very tight crew who worked safely and efficiently. The supervisor was extremely professional and ran his crew like a "well oiled" machine.

Excellent. They were able to respond same-day. Work was done very quickly, including removal of fallen debris, rest of damaged tree, and stump grinding. Cleanup was excellent. Care was taken to avoid damage to flower beds. Price seemed reasonable to me. Could not ask for more.

Mark hasd lead this 2-man crew for the past 2 years and they are FABULOUS! They are always so consistent, professional and helpful. They go above and beyond. During this fall clean up they went over the beds twice if needed to sweep out clippings and debris. I am still amazed that they hand-puledl some of the beds to protect those plants that will stay green over the winter. My husband and I are thrilled with their work. We will continue to use Linger's Lumberjack for our yard work. We highly recommend them. Another Linger's crew (lead by a foreman named Chris) took down a tree for us earlier this fall. They climbed the tree to take down the crown together with a bucket truck which then removed the lower trunk. They fed feed the crown into a chipper and then placed the lower trunk onto a flatbed to haul it away. The root was ground out the next day, the hole was filled with dirt and smoothed out. Then they spread seed and covered the area with straw. All debris was cleared away each day We were so impressed with the results. They went out of their way to remove the leaves that blew onto our neighbor's lawn as well (she helped to pay for taking down the tree between our yards).

They were supposed to remove all stumps in a designated area but they didn't remove 5. They came out one day to cut the stumps to the ground. Their stump grinder came the next day and finished the job. When they came to cut down the stumps, they came 3 hours late. He never even called to tell me they would be running late. I had to call them. They dug holes in my yard from their truck. When he was back there, he left such a mess. He did not clean it up and said that he was only there to deal with trees. After they left, I had someone else come in to rotor it to the ground but all they could find were the stumps that were left behind. They gave me an estimate for 5 trees and I thought they were expensive. He lied. He said my neighbor had a contract with them yet she did not. They should have called to tell me they were running late and cleaned up the mess they made when they were getting the stumps out of the ground.

Called on a Monday, employee was out to assess the work and give an estimate around noon. I was told it would probably be a couple of weeks before they could perform the job and that they would call a day in advance. The owner called me the next day to let me know that they would be in the area on Wednesday and would like to perform the work. Everything was taken care of as discussed and they left my property in its original condition. I received the bill the following Monday and was able to pay with a credit card. I am very happy with the entire process of dealing with this business.

My experience has been wonderful. The owner, Nelson, is very polite and responsive. Mark and his assistant perform the lawn care and do a super excellent job. I have not had one issue with their work. They are polite and understanding, detail oriented, and will work with you on a schedule that suits your lawn conditions. If I needed to contact Mark by phone, he is always handy or calls me back as soon as he can. They did such a great job on the lawn, at a fair price, that our neighbor hired them as well!!! I would highly recommended them.

They did an excellent job. I had concerns about a crane getting through our front yard and into the back yard where the trees were, I need not have worried. The entire crew lead by Chris were professional, experienced, courteous, respectful, diligent, friendly and communicated with me all the while they were here. They were excellent about cleaning up as they went and made it look easy, I was so impressed with every one of them. It is very obvious that Nelson (owner) takes great pride in his company and that is reflected in the pride his crew takes in their work. It was a long day but they completed everything and made sure I was happy with the result before they left. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I might add that I always get at least 3 estimates (usually 4) for any project. I have high expectations and I can say that Lingers exceeded my expectations.

Linger's Lumberjacks did an awesome job. There were so many obstacles and we were a bit nervous, but they did not damage one thing. The crew came out with a crane and bucket truck. The crew were extremely professional and just did such a good job. They cleaned up so well also. There wasn't a single leaf or twig on the ground when they left. We were very impressed. They even put our bird feeder stands back for us that they had to move out of the way. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Company did a good job. They cut and trimmed many trees for us, including dead branches. There were a few trees that they could have removed more limbs from, but all in all, they did a good job. The only difficulty was getting an appointment scheduled due to all of the tree damage in the area because of storms. Price was very reasonable for the work they completed.

I was impressed the team of 6 guys sent to do the work - they worked together very efficiently and got the job done in one day. Good communication from owner (prompt estimate and notification the day before the job was done). Very happy with the work done.
