Description of Work: I have worked with Blind and Sons for almost 10 years now. I had them install a new air conditioner and furnace in my previous home in 2012, something which contributed to its fairly rapid sale. I just bought a 20-year old condo in June of 2014. I knew when I made the offer on the condo that I would have to replace both the original air conditioner and furnace, so I had Blind and Sons do it the day after I moved in. They are not the cheapest provider, but they are competitive. I will continue to use them for heating and cooling in the future.

Description of Work: I initially contracted with Blind & Sons by purchasing a $35 electrical outlet replacement. The tech readily quoted all the jobs on my wish list and thoroughly explained alternate installation options and pricing. He was professional and pleasant. If I had the fixtures on hand for installation, I would have had the tech do another electrical job.

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace almost 5 years ago when we purchased this house. Since then they have serviced it and the air conditioner. Twice the air conditioner required new parts and repair. Charges were reasonable. They were always on time, did a great job and left the areas work in clean condition.
