Description of Work: They failed to keep scheduled appointment for an estimate. I blocked often entire afternoon. They told me they would come between 1and 4:30. I call that 230 and was assured that they had an electrician in my area and would be coming. They called at 4:45 and indicated they could not make it. I will use another provider. I gave them a D rather than an F because they were professional on the telephone.

Description of Work: They were very nice and very cooperative. They were interested in resolving the issue. Nothing against the company, the problem was minor and my son fixed it one day while I was out.

Description of Work: Repaired a kitchen electrical outlet. He came over on a saturday. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Description of Work: New Heating and Air conditioning units, duck cleaning as well. The problems came when we had to use the new units. The gas furnace required two additional service calls for it to work (in November!) and the air conditioner required an additional service call for it to work. Responsive service, but I question the equipment or the installers...

Description of Work: I have worked with Blind and Sons for almost 10 years now. I had them install a new air conditioner and furnace in my previous home in 2012, something which contributed to its fairly rapid sale. I just bought a 20-year old condo in June of 2014. I knew when I made the offer on the condo that I would have to replace both the original air conditioner and furnace, so I had Blind and Sons do it the day after I moved in. They are not the cheapest provider, but they are competitive. I will continue to use them for heating and cooling in the future.

The tech readily quoted all the jobs on my wish list and thoroughly explained alternate installation options and pricing. He was professional and pleasant. If I had the fixtures on hand for installation, I would have had the tech do another electrical job.
