Description of Work: This visit was part of my maintenance program. I paid $195 and they come out twice a year and do maintenance on my furnace (in the fall) and air conditioner (in the spring). It also gives me discounts on service calls and discounts on any items I might need to purchase. It comes with a 2 year warranty for anything they do. I have done this for a few years and am very happy with it. The people that come out are very professional, take the time to answer any questions I have and leave everything neat and clean.

Description of Work: We have them on contract to maintain and service our geothermal system. Last visit was to trouble shoot a problem and problem was resolved. They have provided services over the years from no charge visits to $30,000 in new equipment. They are prompt and responsive if emergent care needed.

Description of Work: Technicians from Apple Heating & Cooling installed a wireless thermostat ($800). It seemed not to work, so they came back and after long investigation,discovered one pump wasn't working - replacement valve quoted at $240. When they returned with the valve, they found that the real problem was a faulty pump, which they replaced at no charge because it was under warranty. Apple service is expensive, but their technicians are well qualified and pleasant to deal with.

We were very pleased with the sales associate and also the installers. | |We also purchased a maintenance value plan which enables us to have a furnace and air conditioner tune up every year. |We also have used Blind and Sons for plumbing problems that we had in a shower. |They are efficient and responsive to our needs. I will use this company for any of our heating, cooling, plumbing, or electrical needs. | | We have the peace of mind that we have someone that we can call on when we need them.

Description of Work: Cleaned the duct work. It went great and they were very accomodating, considering they were asked to leave the first time. My wife's Father was rushed to hospital and she had to leave immediately. No problems, no issues. They totally understood.

Description of Work: Blind and Sons arrived on time. Their technician did several test flushes on our toilet and found the drain was working properly and no service was required. The technician was very nice. He said that there would not be any charge & his visit would be classified as a courtesy inspection. He provided an invoice (Blind Ticket# 480398) which lists the cost of the visit as $0.00 and the explanation: "house has been vacant 6 weeks, pulled clean out, flushed several times, line clear , checked at septic tank, free flowing, will call if problem comes back Balance Due 0.00" No chargeable work was needed and I am requesting a refund. Thank you.

Description of Work: I HAD A FROSTLESS OUTDOOR FAUCET ADDED TO MY HOME IN AUGUST 2014. IN DECEMBER 2014, THE FAUCET STARTED LEAKING. THEY SENT A REPAIRMAN THE NEXT DAY AND HE REPLACED THE FAUCET WITH A BRAND NEW ONE AT NO EXPENSE TO ME,NOT EVEN A SERVICE FEE. THEY ALSO ALWAYS CALL WHEN THEY ARE ON THE WAY AND ALWAYS COVER THEIR SHOES WHEN ENTERING A HOME. I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR TEN YEARS.
