The plan provides for preventive maintenance and inspection for the furnace in fall or winter, the AC in the spring or summer, and an annual plumbing checkup. Description of Work: My kitchen sink drain was completely blocked. It was backing up into both sinks and the dishwasher. Blind and Sons arrived as scheduled. Mark did a thorough job of unblocking the drain. He checked the drain to ensure it was unclogged and remained on the job until all affected drains flowed freely. I was very satisfied with the work and would hire them again.
