Description of Work: replace parts on a whirlpool tub that we obtained at their advise from internet. install was done by Blind and sons.

Description of Work: We had two service calls in the last 15 months: 1. Air conitioner check up last spring and then late spring our furnace stopped working. We have had a contract through Apple Heating before Blind and Sons took over since 2008. We had very good service until we had one young tech (twice)was quite insensitive and unprofessional about telling us that we should replace our air conditioner and not offering any other solution until we asked if anything else could be done. We finally found out we could purchase freon to get us through one more summer. Yes it was expensive due to this freon being discontinued but it was much less expensive than replacing it. This spring we did have them replace it after we spoke to a Blind and Son salesperson in our home. We explained about the rudeness of this employee and that we planned to use another firm we found on Angie's list. The install went well. 2)Furnace stopped working late this spring; unfortunately they sent the same young tech from the air conditioning incident. He got angry with my husband because we had not cleaned/replaced our AprilAire filter (which we either did not know or forgot that it was OUR repsonsibility). We expected Blind & Sons to just change it yearly (as it had been when Apple Heating was independent). He told us "I told you this last year" and then walked out of our house. We called to complain and had another tech come later. He was at our home for hours trying to find out what was causing our furnace to shut off. Later that evening he got it working properly. We complained to two people over the course of a number of months about thie first younger technician who thinks he knows everything and that apparently 'customer service" was not his strong suit. Yesterday Blind & Sons called to schedule our 'free' yearly contract furnace tune up; they planned to send the SAME technician that walked out on us! I asked for the more qualified and better attitude tech who fixed our furnace. I had to ask them to write on our records to never send the first young man to our home again. You would think that this would have already been done due to complaining twice about his poor customer service/attitude. I would not have used them again if they planned to send him here again.

Description of Work: I own a rental property in Mentor, Ohio. I was contacted during routine summer maintenance of the air conditioning unit and advised that it was operating out of normal and needed to be replaced. I was quoted a price, accepted and then the work was performed. The job was done in a timely manner, on the day scheduled and at the price quoted. I highly recommend these folks.
