Description of Work: They snaked 2 drains, the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink. The house was vacant for 2 years and we we're told the drains were most likely rusting in on themselves. It was more money than I was hoping to spend but no issues so far. Drains are working great.

My only complaint is the company's charges for parts. I have an annual service contract and the latest example of what I consider outrageous pricing was a charge of $ 73 for a $ 10 capacitor, Without the service contract discount, the charge would have been $ 80! Another example was a $ 50 fuse. I later purchased two identical fuses for $ 5.

Description of Work: I always have Blind and Sons do all my plumbing, heating/cooling and electrical. I had regular maintenance work performed on my hot water tank. The technicians are always professional. I can't say enough good about this group. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: They replaced our air conditioner with a more efficient new model. They gave us a reasonable price. The installers arrive right on time. The work was done by 2 very courteous people who were took steps to keep the floors and carpets clean and worked very diligently to finish the installation the same day. We were very satisfied with the whole process.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment, no show for 3+ hours.Received different answers as to timeliness when inquired. Technician arrives late, had scheduled $99 drain clean, technician looked at pipe and said it was corroded and if it leaked, would require a lot of service, over the $99 amount. I had just changed the trap, no corrosion anywhere. Realized that the guy either did not want to do the job or wanted to upcharge for work that should have been a few minutes with a snake. Refused any service from them, went to Lowes, got a $7 snake, a $12 pipe wrench and did the work myself. (Bad knees prevented me from doing it myself in the first place.) No problem, drain is fine, running clear, and clearly not "corroded." I would NEVER use this company for plumbing.
