Description of Work: I bought a package and scheduled an appointment. The day before the work day, my mom had to go to the hospital. I called to cancel the appointment, felt uneasy about the answering service so I followed up with a message. The next day, as I was getting out of the shower, the work man arrived. I had to send him on his way. I need to reschedule the service. The good news is that the workman was on time.

Description of Work: This was a service contract. It includes a clean and check in the fall on my heating system. In the spring they clean and check my heat pump. The tech did a good job and felt he was engaged doing a through job. He found a valve that had a small leak and replaced it.
